Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial knowledge on gender relations and the intentions of individual investor transactions in the Indonesian capital market. Given the high number of passive investors in Indonesia it is important to know the influence to improve understanding of financial knowledge, especially about stocks. Test method using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with a sample of 41 individual investors who conduct transactions selling and buying shares. The results showed that gender has no significant effect on transaction intention. The interaction variables gender* transaction intentions have a positive and significant effect on the transaction intent. This implies the importance of improving the understanding of investors' financial knowledge in order to generate the intention to transact shares.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship necessarily present an important role for business development of Kampung Wisata Organik Pesona Agro. It is coused by the potential such as green house, organic water and fish ponds should be developed and the potential to improve production. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of entrepreneurship and human resources could developed Kampung Wisata Organik Pesona Agro. The results showed that entrepreneurship has not contributed yet. Then, the quality of human resources of Kampung Wisata Organik Pesona Agro has its limitations as well as time management expert organic crops because it does as a side job.

Abstract

Consumer behavior towards purchasing decisions is something that should be studied by marketers to know and understand how consumers make decisions, and the extent to which marketing stimuli can provide stimulation to the purchasing decision. So they can know what are the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that are considered in the purchase decision of cooking oil Bimoli housewives Kebonagung Village District Purworejo Pasuruan. Population and sample in this study were housewives Kebonagung Village District Purworejo Town of Pasuruan who bought and used cooking oil Bimoli. The number of samples is determined using a quota sampling of 50 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analyzed using factor analysis to test the hypothesis. The results showed that of the eight factors suspected to be considered in the purchase decision, there are five factors that influence purchasing decisions, namely: price factors, social factors, psychological factors, distribution factors, and personal factors.

Abstract

At this time, it is known that in the era of globalization people are required to have such a useful provision like the foreign language skills such as English. Many foreign language education institutions also have been established in Indonesia as well as in Malang for example English First (EF), The British Institute (TBI), Institute for Language and Education Professionals LIA (LBPP LIA). Therefore, many language institutions that hold promotions in attracting students and one of them is English First (EF). There are two research problem: First, how is the differences in the effectiveness of the expo and open house to increase the number of students at the EF. Second, how is the differences in the effectiveness of expo and open house on the interests of prospective Indonesian and foreign students at EF. As this study used quantitative methods. In this research expo looks much more effective at getting students while held this event compared to the open house. In the expo can also be obtained advantages that could be closer to prospective customers and get a better response compared with the approach using the email or telephone. Effectiveness of the expo and open house at the interests of prospective Indonesian students and foreign students at the EF did not have a significant difference. In this case means that the two candidates both Indonesian and foreign students also have a passion for learning in EF.

Abstract

Pembangunan suatu negara adalah hal yang paling utama dilakukan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat. Salah satu hal yang merupakan tolak ukur pembangunan adlah dengan berkurangnya angka dan pengangguran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan di Indonesia selama kurun waktu lima tahunan 2011-2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji regresi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 33 provinsi yang ada di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara IPM dengan kemiskinan, sedangkan untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi dan TPT tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence the dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), leverage the company proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) to return stock in companies manufacturing sub-sectors of the food and drinks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 20013-2015. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and selected according to established criteria. Model analysis used multiple linear regression. From the analysis of the following results, dividend policy (DPR), the company's leverage (DER), profitability (ROE) either partially or simultaneously has no effect on stock returns

Abstract

UD. Galarasa is a home industry engaged in the production of snacks with its main product, "Kacang Aneh". The company’s vision is to provide healthy snack products to be consumed by the public. Healthy that is correspond to the Minister of Health standards through P-IRT certification, and halal standards that is correspond to LPPOM MUI through Halal certifications. Healthy and halal certification process can be easily done if the company has standard operating procedure (SOP). Activities used in this IbM are create training modules, provide training, and gives assignments in accordance with the needs of the document and business processes. This training is able to change the behavior of individuals and organizations process refers to food quality and safety, and is able to improve individual insights of modern corporate management in accordance with the quality management system.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang sangat pesat saat ini berpengaruh bagi masyarakat dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan bisnis baik besar maupun kecil agar dapat dikenal secara global. Dampak yang paling nyata adalah selain dikenal juga dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan dan profit. Digital Marketing adalah salah satu media pemasaran yang sangat besar memberikan pengaruh. Dengan menggunakan digital marketing dalam hal ini adalah sosial media, ibu-ibu PKK di RW 02 Randuagung Singosari Malang memasarkan hasil indutri rumahan berupa kerajinan tangan tas dari bungkus minuman instan. Awalnya kegiatan ini hanya sebagai pengisi waktu luang, tetapi saat ini justru menjadi kegiatan utama sebagai penambah perputaran ekonomi dalam rumah tangga. Dahulu kegiatan penjualan hasil industri ini secara konvesional maupun tradisiona, mereka membuat produk hanya berdasarkan pesanan. Tetapi setelah mengenal adanya sosial media ibu-ibu PKK ini sudah mulai menerima banyak pesanan, sehingga volume penjualan semakin meningkat pesat dibandingkan saaat penjualan dengan cara lama. Digital marketing dipandang sebagai media yang paling baik sebagai sarana promosi yang paling efektif dan efisien serta mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan yang signifikan, dari pendapatan perbulan bersih Rp. 1.000.000,- s.d. Rp. 1.500.000,- sekarang bisa mencapai Rp. 2.000.000 s.d. 3.500.000,- (100%).

Interactive Control System is a system that has a positive impact on the formation and implementation of the strategy. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh antara pemberian tunjangan sosial dengan prestasi kerja. Serta untuk mengetahui program tunjangan sosial manakah yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian penjelasan dengan menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Jawa Timur Park, Malang yang berjumlah 130 orang. Mengingat keterbatasan waktu dan biaya, penulis hanya mengambil dari 50% dari populasi yaitu sebanyak 65 orang karyawan sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesa ini adalah metode statistik dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan analisis korelasi berganda, telah terbukti bahwa peubah jaminantenaga kerja (X1), peubah pelayanan kesehatan (X2), dan peubah program bantuan karyawan (X3) secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna terhadap peubah prestasi kerja (Y). Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis kedua dengan analisis secara parsial, menyatakan bahwa peubah jaminan tenaga kerja (X1) berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap peubah prestasi kerja (Y) terbukti kebenarannya.
