Abstract

Generally violence means as physical and psychology attack and also someone mental integrity. The violence type concerned in family such as physical, psychological, sexual and economy. The violence concerned at family triggered or caused of many factor and reasonsuch as jealous, envy, low economy, low education and forced marriage. In general, every Christian family member ever concern violence in their family in different way. That conclusion obtained through Descriptive naturalistic method. The writer interview the catholic family in Tofa Parish appropriate with the research location which definite to support the Thesis that study on this main research. Based on this situation, church present as a lighter through pastoral agent in creation, catechism, family pastoral and marriage preparation courses. Sint Paul read the context in His era mandate Christ love become base of the husband and wife in the same manner as intended on Ephesians 5: 22-33. Although Paul remark became a sign or base for from a new catholic family. That love must always alive on a true catholic family.

Abstract

The study is entitled THE EFFECT OF COMPETENCY OF CATHOLICRELIGION TEACHERS ON STUDENT LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS IN KUPANG 2 STATE SMP. The reason the authors chose this title was because based on the writer's observations while carrying out field experience in Kupang State Middle School 2, the authors saw the lack of activeness of students in attending lessons, it was caused due to lack of infrastructure such as classrooms to carry out learning activities and most students also thought religious studies are lessons that are young or not difficult. Because it is called for a Catholic teacher who has competence in teaching. The results of the study showed that based on descriptive statistical analysis the achievement of Catholic teacher teacher competency indicators on student achievement inKupang 2 Public Middle School was 33.10% or in the poor category, while the achievement of student learning achievement indicators was 33.8% at categorically not good means that Catholic teachers do not show the ability in teaching and learning activities. Based on the results of the partial test (t) it is known that the calculated value 1.369 with a significant levelof 0.000 this significant value is smaller than the alpha set which is 0.05, the decision is to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha), meaning variable Catholic teacher competence (X) has a significant effect on student learning achievement (Y) in Kupang State Middle School 2.

Abstract

This study was made to find out how deep of living faith of the faithfull in the Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) or in Indonesia called Komunitas Basis Gerejani (KBG). This research is a concern for the lives of the faithful in the basic ecclesial community. Basic Ecclesial Community is one of the communities that has become a community model that can be a light to illuminate the situation of the Indonesian people after the 1998 Reformation. This idea was born in the agreement of the conference of the Indonesian Catholic Church, (Sidang Agung Gereja Katolik Indonesia (SAGKI) tahun 2000). According to Indonesian Catholic Church leaders (Bishops) and representatives of the people who were present, it was found that the deterioration of the life of the nation and state that occurred in post-Reformation Indonesia was caused by the deterioration of living faith. Thus, SAGKI recommends BEC as a "way" to build a common spirit in advancing the nation. This research is made with a qualitative model. Relevant theories to be used as a framework of thinking and asking questions were also presented in this study. Reports on the results of this study are made descriptively, by dividing them into sub-subthemes according to the classification of questions that have been made.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengulas tentang pengalaman Umat dalam menjalankan Devosi dan Ekaristi Kudus. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil pengolahan atas penelitian sederhana tentang pengalaman umat menyangkut topic tersebut di atas (devosi dan ekaristi). Pertanyaan-pertanyaan dasar dalam penelitian singkat ini adalah apa yang menjadi tujuan umat ketika melakukan devosi kunjungan sakramen mahakudus dan juga ketika mereka merayakan ekatisti. Mengapa mereka melaksanakan kegiatan ini? Bagaimana tindakan mereka dibaca dalam kaca mata teologis-liturgis? Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode fenomenologis dan analisis yang dipakai dalam memperlakukan data fenomenologis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriftif-kritis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah: (1). Semua Informan yang diwawancarai mengungkapkan bahwa tujuan mengikuti kegiatan adorasi dan perayaan ekaristi adalah untuk menenangkan diri. (2) Alasan mereka untuk melakukan kegiatan ini adalah adanya pengalaman rohani yang dialami.

Abstract

The presence of young people is a sign of youth and the community. Young people with a passionate spirit always want to move forward. They want new things. In this context, young people aspire to true identity. In this process they also experienced a lot of confusing things, because they lacked adequate guidance and assistance, especially in living the Christian faith. Many young people also feel a kind of crisis of faith, because they tend to be interesting and satisfying, especially in the age of progress in information and communication technology. Young people need assistance for the sake of forming an integral identity and character. The church is very attentive to the formation of self-character and fostering the faith of young people. The Church runs special coaching in dealing with Catholic youth through pastoral young people. Fostering the Christian youth is a dedication of the Church in proclaiming the Kingdom of God. Young people are the subject of the formation of the Church to produce Christian believers who are able to live up to evangelical values. For the value of the gospel, young people are able to participate and be responsible for the development of God's Kingdom in the world. In addition, the moral attitude of young people can be well patterned based on faith in Christ. Thus, pastoral youth is an urgent matter that the Church needs to develop in every pastoral activity.

Abstract

The basic reason for the writer to choose this title is the concern and expectation of the writer on Wekakeu Inpres Elementary School students' understanding of children's cognitive development or abilities so minimal and less active in following lessons in class. Because many children do not attend early education or do not pass early education. The author wants to find out thenumber of children who took early education and who did not attend early education. What factors influence these children so they are not active in class. The focus of the study in this goal is to explore the extent of children's understanding of early education for children's cognitive development with interview techniques. The formulation of the problem to be raised is how to describe the cognitive development of children in Wekakeu Inpres Elementary School, factors that affect children's cognitive development in following thelessons and what efforts are made to improve children's cognitive development. The purpose of the research is to answer the formulation of the problem raised. This research is intended for Wekakeu Inpres Elementary School Children, institutions and for parents. The term limits are limited to an explanation of the terms used in the title. The results showed that the wekakeu inpres elementary school students did not understand the role of early education for children's cognitive development because of internal and external factors. For this reason, efforts must be made that students have the will to overcome internal and externalfactors

Abstract

The fundamental reason for the researchers choosing this title is: the reality of the lack of awareness of the people about Sunday's eucharist at the Santo Michael Parish Church. A Christians have not understood the importance of the eucharist in everyday life. The Eucharist is very important in the life of the ummah as the source and peak of the whole human life (PUMR 16). Why is that? Because there is salvation that comes from God. The formulation of the problem to be raised is the extent to which the understanding and awareness of the people in the parish of Saint Michael Kada with factors that support and hinder people's understanding and solutions to overcome them. The purpose of the research is to answer the formulation of the problem presented. The foundation of the theory developed is an explanation of concepts and theories relating to the Eucharist. Also uses Biblical and theological fundamentals about the Eucharist. The hypothesis that was built in this study was that the people did not understand the Eucharist culminating on Sundays, and the efforts that would be made by means of socialization and policies made by the Parish Priest. The research method used in this study is naturalistic descriptive. Naturalistic is another name for qualitative methods which refers to the description of the natural situation of the people and the presentation of data that is data analysis. Descriptive refers to the level of explanation or process to explain something. The location of this study is the Santo Michael Parish Church, to support the efficiency and effectiveness of research. The instruments of this study were parish priest, 2 catechists, 1 DPP and 3 people as data sources. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of testing the validity of the data is by extending observations and increasing perseverance. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study and discussion of the title above are based on research that is located in the Santo Michael Parish of Kada approximately one month. Data sources were 7 people including the parish priest. Questions given to informants amounted to 11 questions to answer the problem formulation. As for the problems found in the participation of the people in attending the Eucharistic celebration on Sunday, most of the Kada parishioners did not attend the Eucharistic celebration on Sundays, it was caused by some people who did not understand the meaning of the Eucharist on Sunday so they preferred trading on the market. Abstract

Marriage and the family is one of the most precious of human values. The Church wants to talk and provide assistance to the families and try to let your husband-wife can live up to the values of marriage. to the families who are still wavering and doubt, anxious and agitated and was looking for the truth, and to the families who unjustly blocked for mengahayati their married life freely. With the support of the first group, second group lit up, and helps other groups, then the Church offers services of service to everyone who is wondering about the ultimate purpose of marriage and the family. The pastoral care of the family is the church services maintenance reflective of God against his creation, especially against humans through pastoral service tercerminlah provide God's attitude and concern for human life. Therefore, by calling pastoral care marriage and family thing that want is shown is how the effort and the attention of the Church in the nurturing and care of the wedding so keep Harmony, sturdy, and sejathera. The planned marriage of God is cintah which is based on a marriage of love. This communion of love must always be fought so that remains so an ideal marriage, according to the draft of the God and happy. Happiness marriage can happen when Christ was present as the center of the marriage relationship (cf. Ephesians 5:22 -33). Abstract

Adoration is the most harmonious way of expressing the relationship between the celebration of the commemoration of the Lord's sacrifice and His continued presence in the Sacrament of the Altar. The basic reason why the author raised this title as research is because in the area of Mayor B of the Parish of Santa Maria Assumpta, the people who take part in Adoration are very inversely proportional to mass on Sundays or on major holidays and there are people who follow Adoration because they have personal problems. Therefore, this study aims to determine the extent of understanding of the people in the area of Mayor B of the Santa Maria Assumpta parish in participating in Adoration. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, the reason the author uses this method is because this method is considered the most appropriate to the problem that the writer chose. This method aims to process natural data found in the field without engineering, and displays in the form of a systematic and real situation description in the form of a collection of sentences. Based on the results of the interview data analysis, the writer knows that the people in the area of Mayor B of the Parish of Santa Maria Assumpta have not realized the importance of participating in Adoration because they think that attending mass on Sundays or on major holidays is much more important by participating in Adoration. The inhibiting factors are busyness, no willingness from within (lazy) and association. The effort that needs to be done is the need for catechesis regarding the importance of participating in Adoration, as well as sharing of experiences of faith in order to encourage people to participate in Adoration.

Abstract

One of the cultural elements in society, especially members of the Anunut tribe, respects the traditional house as a legacy from their ancestors which is sometimes seen as a cultural perspective. The form of traditional houses is not the same in every tribe. But basically have the same function. In the theoretical basis, the author uses the biblical foundation of the Old Testament, New Testament, theological, pastoral and cultural. The hypothesis developed in this paper is the function of the Anunut tribal house as a unifying tool as well as a symbol of the presence of the highest form. Based on the analysis of the interview data, it is known that the understanding of the members of the tribe is still lacking due to the very low education of the community so that the members of the tribe only understand it to the extent of custom which causes the dualism of faith. The inhibiting factor is the lack of involvement of Anunut tribe members in spiritual activities at the church and ceremonial materials. The supporting factor is involving all members of the Anunut tribe in tribal ceremonies, providing motivation and appreciating the implementation of adat. Efforts made, namely the Benteng Gading neighborhood committee, involve members of the Anunut tribe in spiritual activities in the church and in the environment so that the tribal members' faith system radiates the brotherly love of Jesus Christ in the life of faith.
