Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturer performance on student learning motivation so that learning can be optimized in accordance with campus academic guidelines. The method in this study was quantitative using simple linear regression analysis with a sample of 220 respondents. The primary data source used a questionnaire which was distributed to respondents according to the sample in this study. The results of the study obtained a significance value of 0.456 so that there was no effect of lecturer performance on student learning motivation. And the R Square value in the determinant coefficient table is 0.003, which means that the influence of the lecturer's performance variable on learning motivation is 0.30%, it can be assumed that there are many other factors that influence student learning motivation that are not examined in this study such as family relationships, relationships with friends peers, infrastructure and so forth.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role of global competence in practice in the industrial world on work productivity with motivation as a moderating variable that influences it with this type of applied research using quantitative methods Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) explaratory prediction using SmartPLS software , the results of the research In this case, there is a significant effect between Global Competence on Work Productivity, while for the motivation variable as a moderating Global Competence on work productivity, it has a very small effect, namely 0.817 but has no effect at a significant level of 0.005.

Abstract

The development Organization of Islamic boarding institutions as one of religius social organization in Indonesia gets special attention from former religius organizations. This attention is reasonable, because in no longer time Organization has spreaded all over Indonesia / Nusantara. This phenomenon is interesting to study in the perspective of communication science : what is the communication concept and strategy of organization development ? Based on the problem, this reseach is aimed to study and find the communication concept and strategy of development . This reseach uses qualitatif-phenomenology approach, and to collect data is used interview, partisipation observation, and documentation. The reseach subject is the general Organization . The result of reseach shows that there are some proponent / supporting factors in the communication concept and strategy of organization developiment ,its like to (1) becoming the values and concept of religion as guidance to rule all organization activities, (2) using command management approach “imamah jama’ah” as communication strategy of organization development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the management of the Aulia Cendekia Palembang Islamic boarding school, and the efforts made by the Aulia Cendekia Paalembang Islamic boarding school to improve the skills of the Santri in preaching. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The types of data sources for this research are primary and secondary data sources, the primary data sources in this study are the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, the chairman of the Aulia Cendekia Palembang Islamic boarding school dormitory, Ustadz / Ustadzah da'wah supervisors, students and female students of class XII MA, and administrators related to preaching coaches . Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation and data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Aulia Cendekia Islamic boarding school in Palembang has implemented management principles by implementing daily activities for each student and female student, at the Aulia Cendekia Islamic boarding school there are also planning and evaluation to make it better, besides that there are also economic aspects, aspects education, aspects of da'wah, and aspects in the pesantren environment. There is a program for the XII MA, namely the ni'hai program, there are also weekly muhadoroh and monthly muhadoroh kubro. Da'wah training is very important for students. The efforts made by Islamic boarding schools are so that students and female students can appear in society, following the best female students and female students for competitions in order to train their abilities. self-quality, allows them to appear in society, and can potentially be part of the da'wah. The inhibiting factor is the lack of library facilities so that students and female students do not look for materials for da'wah training, nor is the motivation of human resources to take part in preaching training.

Abstract

This research seeks to elaborate on the work ethic of employees in an institution and the impact it has on their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic on employee performance in the regional office of the Ministry of Religion, South Sumatra province. This research is a field research (field research) with a quantitative approach. Data collection and survey techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, sampling was carried out by using non-probability sampling technique; saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique that makes the entire population as a sample totaling 44 people. Data were analyzed by Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Simple linear regression analysis, Basic assumption test and Hypothesis Test (t test and Determination Coefficient Test) using SPSS version 23 software tools. The results showed that there was an effect of work ethic on performance employee. It is proven that the R Square value in the table is 0.114 which indicates that the Employee Performance variable (Y) is influenced by the Work Ethics variable (X) of 11.4% and the remaining 88.6% is influenced by other factors not examined such as motivation and others.
