Abstract

Feminism movement generally understood as an effort to self-liberation of women from a variety of inequality of treatment in all aspects of community life. Along with the presence of feminism in the West, in the Islamic world there are also women's movement, known as Tahrirul mar'ah. Between feminism and tahrirul mar'ah have the same elements, namely the struggle to free women from a subordinate position, refresif and marginal heading on a balanced position. Mar'ah tahrirul presence is indispensable to the feminist movement in the Western world. In fact it can be assumed that women's movements that developed in Islamic countries is the influence of feminism in the West, although this is not to circumvent the internal dynamics of Muslim women themselves. In understanding the concept of gender equality, the second movement has a different frame. Some verses in the Qur'an and hadith that explains about gender equality.

Abstract

Abstract: The paradigm of freedom and religious tolerance in Islam contains teachings about human equality . On top of this equation can be formed brotherhood and friendship among religious followers in social life based on humanity for the realization of social order together. Therefor of humanity, Islam knows no exclusivism, and of the faith, Islam also does not recognize intolerance. Socially Islamic outline to the nation that is not allowed to argue with the followers of other religions, but in a polite way and ethically, and they can do good and be fair to other religious communities. Expansion of the actual interpretation of religious teachings and empirically with relevance with aspects of socio-economic realities, politics and culture is an effort of socialization and inculturation of religious values in the society and the nation, especially in the construction, so that religion can be played in development. And breadth of insight religion religious teachings will foster attitudes and views are open and inclusive to the problems of social and humanitarian mankind.

Abstract

The Results of this study discusses about religious pluralism and humanitarianism cooperation. The Paradigm of freedom and islamic consideration concern the doctrine of human equality. This equality can established the brotherhood and friendship between religions in social life based on humanity for the realization of social order together. To achieve religious harmony and inter-religious cooperation and harmonious and qualities, should be based on the factors and elements that are universal, ie factors and elements of humanity based on religious view. When the universal elements and factors that can be used effectively. Meanwhile, to realize the harmony of religious life and inter-religious cooperation requires elements and external factors, such as the state and the government.

Abstract

Dakwah pada hakikatnya adalah usaha orang beriman untuk mewujudkan Islam dalam semua segi kehidupan pada tataran individu, keluarga, masyarakat, umat dan bangsa. Sebagai aktualisasi iman, dakwah merupakan keharusan dan menjadi tugas suci bagi setiap muslim setingkat dengan kapasitas dan kapabilitas yang dimiliki. Dakwah merupakan salah satu bentuk komitmen muslim terhadap agamanya. Setiap muslim dan muslimat wajib mendakwahkan Islam, sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kesanggupan masing-masing, sesuai dengan profesi dan dedikasinya kepada orang lain, baik orang Islam maupun orang-orang yang tidak atau belum beragama Islam. Istilah dakwah digunakan dalam Al Qur’an baik dalam bentuk fi’il maupun dalam bentuk mashdar berjumlah lebih dari seratus kali. Dalam Al Qur’an, dakwah dalam arti mengajak ditemukan sebanyak 46 kali, 39 kali dalam arti mengajak kepada Islam dan kebaikan, 7 kali kepada neraka dan kejahatan.Beberapa dari ayat tersebut:Mengajak manusia kepada kebaikan dan mencegah kemungkaran ( QS. Ali Imran: 104); Mengajak manusia kepada jalan Allah (QS an-Nahl:125); Mengajak manusia kepada agama Islam (QS as-Shaf: 7); Mengajak manusia kepada jalan yang lurus (QS al-Mukminun:73); Memutuskan perkara dalam kehidupan umat manusia, kittabullah dan sunnaturrasul (QS an-Nur:48 dan 51, serta QS Ali Imran:23); Mengajak ke surga (QS al-Baqarah:122).This article discusses the meaning of propaganda used by the thematic approach and semantic analysis based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Quran is the basis for the study of the meaning of da'wah studied. The results showed, Da'wah is an attempt to realize the believer of Islam in all aspects of life at the level of individuals, families, communities, people and nation. As the actualization of faith, preaching the necessity and become a sacred duty for every Muslim a level with the capacity and capabilities. Da’wah is one of the commitments of the Muslim religion. Every Muslim and muslimat obliged to preach Islam, in accordance with the capability and capacity of each, according to the profession and dedication to others, both Muslims and people who are not or have not been Muslim. The term propaganda is used in the Qur'an either in form or in the form mashdar fi'il more than a hundred times. In the Qur'an, preaching in the sense of inviting found as many as 46 times, 39 times in a sense invite to Islam and kindness, 7 times to hell and evil. Several of the verse: Inviting people to goodness and forbid the (Qur'an, Ali Imran: 104); Invite the people to the way of Allah (Surah an-Nahl: 125); Invite people to Islam (Sura al-Shaf: 7); Invite the people to the straight path (al-Mukminun: 73); Judge in the life of mankind, kittabullah and sunnaturrasul (Surat an-Nur: 48 and 51, as well as Surah Ali Imran: 23); Invite to heaven (Surah al-Baqarah: 122).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to examine the dynamics of Indonesian Muslim women's movement of a socio-historical study of the Moslem-Fatayat NU during the period 1938-2013. The socio-historical, Indonesian Islamic women's movement can exist not only from tahrirul mar'ah movement but also the influence of the feminist movement that developed in the Western world. The development of Moslem-Fatayat plays a strategic role in social transformation efforts. Transformation through a process of awareness that ran in "evolutionary manner" rather than radical which prescribes to actualization of classical islamic text book. The most rapid development Muslimat NU-Fatayat marked by: "return to khitah 1926" and Lombok General Assembly 1997 which let them out of practical politics. In addition, the development of Moslem organization backed by edict-Fatayat Lombok 1997, which resulted in the "position of women in Islam" or al-mar'ah fi al-Islam that Islam recognizes equal rights between man and woman  in the realm of religious order vance.   Abstrak: Pergerakan Perempuan Islam Indonesia: Studi Tentang Fatayat Muslimat NU 1938-2013. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dinamika pergerakan Muslimat-Fatayat NU selama periode 1938-2013 dilihat dari pendekatan sosial historis. Pergerakan perempuan Muslim Indonesia  ada  tidak hanya melalui pergerakan tahrîr al-mar‘ah, tapi juga dampak dari perkembangan pergerakan perempuan Muslim di dunia Barat. Perkembangan Muslimat-Fatayat memegang peranan penting dalam  upaya transformasi sosial. Transformasi dilakukan melalui proses kesadaran melalui “cara evolusi”, bukan radikal yang mengharuskan aktualisasi buku-buku Islam klasik. Perkembangan paling pesat dari Muslimat NU-Fatayat ditandai oleh “kembali ke  khitah 1926” dan Majelis Umum Lombok 1997 yang membawa mereka keluar dari praktik politik. Sebagai tambahan, perkembangan organisasi Muslim telah kembali dengan adanya dekrit-fatayat Lombok 1997, yang menghasilkan “posisi perempuan dalam Islam” atau al-mar‘ah fi al-Islâm bahwa Islam mengakui hak antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam bidang agama sama. Keywords: Indonesia, perempuan Muslim, NU, Fatayat Muslimat NU

Abstract

Abstract: Nurcholish Madjid and K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid’s Neo- Modernism: Understanding the Development of Islamic Intellectual Thought. Since the 1970s Islamic thought in Indonesia has witnessed significant dynamics of development. Two of the prominent Muslim thinkers of this era are Nurcholish Madjid dan K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid both of which are commonly categorized as the thinker of Neo-modernism. Nurcholish developed such concepts as “Islam Yes, Partai Islam No!,” secularization, and secularism whereas Abdurrahman Wahid introduced such ideas as indigenization of Islam, pluralism and protection for the minority group. The author argues that both thinkers converged in the idea of making Islam as a cultural force that should be workable in whole process of nation and statehood. In this article, the author studies various aspects of Neo- modernism in the thoughts of Cak Nur and Gus Dur, as they are popularly called respectively, and analyzes the extent to which the social, cultural and religious aspects influenced their thoughts.Kata Kunci: Neo-Modernisme, Nurcholish Madjid, Abdurrahman Wahid, Islam Indonesia

Abstract

Sufism is an esoteric dimension of Islam, which differs from the outer aspect of Islam known as shari’a. This view did not emerge at the early time because Sufism was not regarded as the inner manifestation of Islam, as it is so now. Rather, it was seen as Islam itself. Tarekat in its initial phase constituted associations of people who wanted to escape from a worldly life. However, this orientation shifted since the associations broadened their roles into socio-political life by engaging in revolts against colonialism as it occurred in Banten in 1888. This peasant revolt movement was not an independent move without a significant contribution from the sufi brotherhood since actors in the revolt were members of tarekat. According to Banten Residen, almost all of the employees in his office including police were the members of tarekat. One salient feature of the movement is concerned with the xenophobic spirit that rejected the presence of foreigners and advocated a holy war.

Abstract

Rice flour is biopolymer that be used the main ingredient for making bioplastic (Biodegradable plate). Product formation is done rice flour dan startfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding starfruit filtrate (Averrhoa bilimbi L) to water absorption and biodegradation. This study uses the phase inversion method with variations in the volume of the startfruit filtrate (Averrhoa bilimbi L) much as 10 ml,15 ml, 20 ml, and 25 ml. The result of the formation of biodegradable plates with the addition of startfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi L) filtrate produce a brown color, hard texture, and rough on the surface og the product. The Result showed that each addition of starfruit filtrate (Averrhoa bilimbi L) volume could increase the charachteristic of water absorption and biodegradation with each percentage 48,29 %, 51,78 %, 53,62%, 55,27 % and 11,77 % 24,52 %, 28,42 %, 36,88 %. Confirmation of the product surface through scanning electron microscopy provides information that the resulting bioplastic has a less dense particle arrangement and the formation of pores on the surface. starfruit filtrate (Averrhoa bilimbi L) can be used in modifying because contains compounds that are weakly acidic with pH 5.

Abstract

In a literary work, the message of da'wah can always be packed interestingly by the author. Novel Bumi Cinta is one of the most popular Islamic novels ever published. This novel is written from Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The purpose of this research is to examine and explain the message of da'wah contained in the novel. In this thesis the authors use descriptive qualitative method, the data used is the description of the existing story on the dialogue and the paragraphs found in the novel. By using qualitative content analysis technique can get description of mass communication message content objectively, systematically, and relevant sociologically, description and analysis. In this thesis message da'wah in categorize into three parts, namely: aqidah message, message sharia, and morals messages. After the analysis and the various kinds there are many messages of da'wah contained in the novel, but of the three categories of message preaching is the most dominant of this novel is about the message aqidah, which this novel is intended to teach the readers how to defend the aqidah from temptation world.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explain and straighten about the view of the community on the image of boarding schools that are less good in some communities carried out in the cottage messagerenren Ar_Riyadh 13 Ulu Palembang.Karena as the development dzaman and the development of world of technology increasingly sophisticated, the parents began to smarter in choosing educational institutions for his son. However, there are some people who are not paying attention and give attention to their children so that the boarding school is suitable for their children so that the community indirectly assume that boarding school as a daycare and place of naughty children. Therefore the thesis that the researcher created entitled "Public Relations Strategy In Straightening People's View Of Image Pondok Pesantren Ar-Riyadh 13 Ulu Palembang" The problems in this study are: How Strategies Conducted Public Relations Pondok Pesantren In Straightening People's Views Against Ar-Riyadh Boarding House 13 Ulu Palembang? How is the performance of Ar-Riyadh boarding school public relations? This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was obtained based on interviews, observation and documentation. While to analyze data using descriptive qualitative research method. Descriptive study is part of qualitative research that seeks to describe a phenomenon, events, events that will occur now. With the aim to find out how the performance of public relations is being run and what causes the occurrence of problems faced by public relations itself.
