Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of employees at KUA in the Alang-Width sub-district of Palembang City, to determine the quality of service at the Alang-Width KUA in Palembang City, and to determine performance management in improving service quality at the Alang-Width KUA in Palembang City. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the first study, performance, are significant. Good performance will result in effective and maximum service because employees have a high level of education, creativity, initiative, work experience, and ability. A good work ethic can increase employees' abilities in their respective fields. Second, reliability: service providers also understand what the community wants so that no community complains about unclear and lengthy services. Responsiveness: trying to provide the best service in other fields. Even the KUA itself was once exemplary. Assurance: has guaranteed the best possible service. Empathy: the kindness and friendliness of the community, as well as mutual respect and gratitude, is also one of the characteristics of exemplary public service. Tangibles: view of service providers and facilities at KUA, Alang-Width sub-district, Palembang City. Third, performance planning: by determining a planning system to obtain land to construct religious affairs office facilities as a whole and complete. Performance implementation: excellent service is to provide the best possible service to customers so that customers feel satisfied.

Abstract

Soap operas are defined as dramas in a series of episodes that present stories from various characters simultaneously. The research is entitled Analysis of sinetron shows ikatan cinta in RCTI on the social behavior of the community palembang. Ikatan Cinta, an Indonesian soap opera created by MNC Pictures, had its television debut on RCTI on October 19, 2020 at 19.30 WIB. It's a soap opera directed by Doddy Djanas, has the genres of drama, romance, family and comedy. The screenwriters are Theresia Fransisca and Donna Rosamayna. The bond of love tells the story of two siblings, without them realizing it, they love the same man and in the end it causes family conflict. This study aims to determine the interest in watching soap operas Bonds of Love on RCTI and to find out how soap operas affect the social behavior of the people in  Palembang. The research used in this study began with data collection, recording, interpretation, application of the properties and objects studied included in a descriptive qualitative approach using the uses and gratifications theory. The subjects in this study were the people Palembang. This method forms data in the form of text or speech from each person's behavior that is seen. After analyzing the data, it was proven that the public was interested in watching soap operas that had an interesting storyline and visualization of the cast, and it was also proven that the soap opera Ikatan Cinta did not change behavior, but some followed the fashion style and the names of the characters from the soap opera Ikatan Cinta

Abstract

And methods a news anchor uses to present information that the audience likes. The title of this study is Analysis Of The Professionalism Of News Anchor Najwa Shihab To Attract Viewing Interest. This study discusses the news anchor Najwa Shihab who is also the host of the Mata Najwa program, which has existed since 2008 until now which is also aired on Najwa Shihab's YouTube and media company Narasi TV. This study aims to analyze the professionalism of news anchor Najwa Shihab in attracting viewing interest. The research used in this study begins with data collection, observation, recording interpretations, and application of the properties and objects under study, which are included in a descriptive quantitative approach that uses the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes. The subject of this study was a video show of the Mata Najwa program hosted by Najwa Shihab, aired on 'Najwa Shihab's YouTube channel. This method forms data from the behavior that has been observed according to the aspect of professionalism. After analyzing, it is known the professionalism of news anchor Najwa Shihab in attracting interest in watching someone and how he packages a program like Mata Najwa that persists with achievements and a trusted image for the community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of toxic relationships in counselees that have an impact on psychological illness and experiencing psychological trauma. The counselor seeks to use the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) technique to help counselees identify irrational views to be rational and encourage counselees to change their views in a more encouraging and helpful direction. Yourself to be better. The research title concerns the Application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in overcoming psychological trauma in adolescents experiencing Toxic Relationships at the Women Crisis Center (WCC) in Palembang City. The research aims to discover trauma symptoms in adolescents experiencing toxic relationships at the Women Crisis Center in Palembang City and to analyze the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy techniques in dealing with unhealthy relationships in adolescents. Researchers use qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are that first, the symptoms of trauma in adolescents experiencing Toxic relationships at the Women Crisis Center in Palembang City are starting to lose self-confidence, triggering excessive emotions, always lying with their own words, committing violence if they feel unhappy with the actions or attitudes of client S as well as limiting the client's interactions with other people to make the client feel constrained and create a feeling of trauma and fear for the client with what is called a dating relationship. Second, the application of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy techniques in dealing with Toxic Relationships in adolescents, namely through three stages to obtain the results of handling Toxic relationships in young client S, where the initial stage (awareness) is an increase in the sense of empathy, respect, sincerity (genuineness), the concreteness of the problem, confrontation. Then in the second stage (process) where the client is diagnosed by convincing the client, increasing client S's awareness, to inviting the client to improve the pattern of irrational thinking to rational thinking.

Abstract

This study entitled Self-concept of transgender women from a humanistic perspective (a case analysis study of "M" clients) in Pajar Bulan Village, Kec. Tanjung Batu Regency. Ogan Ilir. Waria have been known since ancient times. The Qur'an mentions sexual deviations committed by his people, the Prophet Lut. Deviant sexual behavior that has started to harm is homosexual. The phenomenon of waria is a real explanation that cannot be denied its existence in society. However, not many people know the real life background of transgender people. This research is a qualitative research with a case study type. Qualitative research method is a descriptive research and tends to use analysis. When analyzing self-concept in transgender women, the researcher uses a humanistic perspective to see how a client's self-concept and reasons for turning into a waria are based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers. waria. The self-concept of waria can be analyzed through a humanistic perspective. Where this humanistic perspective is able to see human life as humans themselves see their lives. The condition of client "M" began when he was a teenager aged 15 years because of his behavior and environmental factors. cellphone but the family does not respond to his wishes. This is a hard trigger for client "M" to change himself as a waria and plus he has no job so that family factors as well as finances are the reason he becomes a waria.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics is a set of values ​​about good and bad, right and wrong in running a business based on the principles of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith and those that have been exemplified by the prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to find out how the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at traditional market traders in Makarti Jaya sub-district, Banyuasin district. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. In this study the data techniques used included observation and interviews. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that traders in the Makarti Jaya market have not fully implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics, especially in terms of the principles of justice and responsibility in providing quality goods, there are still traders who mix good quality and bad quality goods for sale, besides that lack of friendliness of traders to buyers, and there are still traders who force buyers to buy their wares. However, there are also traders who have applied the principles of Islamic business ethics, such as the principle of monotheism, in which traders continue to perform prayers in selling even though they cannot be on time, and compete fairly among fellow traders and provide payment grace periods to buyers.

Abstract

This research is entitled Da'wah Training Methods in Realizing the Darus Sakinah Mosque Youth's Desire to Become Da'i/Da'iah. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the da'wah training methods in realizing the desire of young people at the Darus Sakinah Mosque to become Da'i/Da'iah, (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of da'wah training methods in realizing the desires of the Darus Sakinah Mosque youth to become Da'i/Da'iah. The research methodology used is qualitative, with research subjects consisting of 10 informants from the Darus Sakinah Mosque. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) first, the preaching of Al-Hikmah teenagers are trained to understand that they must be clever in choosing words in which the words conveyed by the da'i must contain wisdom that is very much needed by da'wah so that the congregation is moved. Second, da'wah bil hal as an act of moving the assembly so that da'wah is more oriented towards the development of economic and social education in the community. Third, preaching Bil Oral preachers will be trained to use verbal skills and extensive knowledge needed so that later the implementation of da'wah can be easily understood by the congregation. Fourth, preaching kitabah as preaching that uses writing, whether in the form of using arguments, for example, prospective preachers will be trained to be good at writing verses of the Qur'an so that the steps to become preachers/da'iahs are maximized. (2) Factors supporting the first da'wah method, there is support from various parties, especially the DKM board who provide input and constructive criticism both related to da'wah training activities to the material that will be studied by teenagers. Second, there was support from Gema Hikmah, a da'wah training organization from Rambutan District which was organized to form competition activities starting from the Mosque Youth Communication Forum (FKRM) of Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. While the inhibiting factor, namely limited funds, is very important in every organization to carry out an activity.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of guidance on Hajj rituals on the independence of pilgrims at KBIHU Al Muhajirin Palembang. The type of research used is field research and a quantitative approach using survey techniques. This study uses primary and secondary data types, primary data obtained directly from the responses of the pilgrims from KBIHU Al Muhajirin Palembang and secondary data obtained from various books, journals, and articles related to this research. This study used data collection methods by distributing questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative analysis technique with a validity test, reliability test, basic assumption test (normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test), and simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t-test and coefficient of determination test). The results of the data processing using the SPSS program version 25.0 obtained a value of t-count > t-table (3.805 > 2.01063) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. There is an influence between variables. The results of the Coefficient value also evidence this. The determination (Adj R2) is 0.216, which shows that the effect of the Hajj Manasik Guidance variable on the Independence of the Pilgrims is 21.6%. In comparison, the remaining 78.4% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied or included in this study's regression.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the transformational leadership of the sub-district head in increasing employee loyalty at the Penuguan Straits sub-district office and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is qualitative. Based on the results of the sub-district head's transformational leadership research in increasing employee loyalty at the Penuguan Straits sub-district office, it has shown good leadership in becoming a leader with a transformational leadership style. Efforts to increase employee loyalty at the Penuguan Straits sub-district office are a must to implement. The sub-district head as a facilitator in the sub-district area has a large role that has been delegated to be able to increase the loyalty of his employees by providing motivation and giving trust to employees in carrying out their respective duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This research is entitled youth empowerment through a snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City. Against the background of the problem, there are still many teenagers who have not gotten a job, which in the current era is difficult to get the job they want, but their educational status is a problem in order to have a decent job in Sukodadi. The formulation of the problem in this study first is how to empower youth through a snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City. Inhibiting factors in empowering youth through the snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City. The study aimed to analyze youth empowerment through the snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City, and find out what factors are the obstacles in empowering youth through the snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City. The theory used in this research is the theory of community empowerment. The approach used in this research is qualitative. the type of research used is field research. The type of data used is qualitative data, thtoection technique in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation and the data analysis technique used in this study is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results obtained from this study were from empowering youth through a snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City, firstly teenagers must have graduated from school so they can focus on work. The two teenagers must also be over the age of 18 and have permission from their parents so that they can work without a burden. Third, there are inhibiting factors in empowering youth through the snow motorbike washing business in Sukodadi, Sukarami District, Palembang City.
