Abstract

This research is entitled: "Umrah Marketing Strategy in Increasing the Number of Pilgrims at PT. Atama Phase of the Universe”. The issues discussed in this thesis are: What are the marketing strategies for increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT Faza Atama Semesta as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The objectives of this research are: To determine marketing strategies in increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT Faza Atama Semesta and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the number of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. This research uses qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The theory used in this research is the theory of Philip Kotler. The data analysis technique used in this research is the technique from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the marketing strategy activities carried out by PT. Faza Atama Semesta in increasing the number of congregations has been implemented well. The implementation of marketing strategy activities is carried out well by using a marketing mix, namely: product, price, promotion and place. Marketing strategy planning has several conditions that must be met by a company to be successful in facing competition. This requirement is by trying to achieve a company goal by retaining customers. This means that the company must be able to satisfy and provide what its customers need and want beyond what its competitors provide, while to increase customers the company must be able to read every opportunity that exists through marketing strategies to get new customers.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Umrah Companion Strategy in Dealing with Congregation Behavior at Pt. Young Brahmin Sentosa”. This research was motivated by the lack of knowledge of the pilgrims about the Hajj pilgrimage and the diverse behavior of the pilgrims who were considered to be still inefficient in providing guidance at Pt. Young Brahmin Saentosa. To follow up on this problem the author went directly into the field to find accurate data by interviewing the head of Pt. Brahmin Muda Sentosa and the congregation at Pt. as a resource person. This is done to anticipate that there will be pilgrims who are lagging behind in their understanding of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. This research uses a type of field research, namely research carried out by coming directly to the place where the problem occurs. The technique used in this research is a survey technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents, this is to obtain valid data and facts in the field or research location. This research uses quantitative methods which emphasize numerical data (numbers) which are processed using statistical methods. The primary data in this research refers directly to resource interviews and questionnaire results from respondents, while the secondary data is obtained from books, articles related to research and archival documentation as well as activities from the Pt. Brahmin Sentosa. The results of this research show that the strategy for assisting the Umrah pilgrims at Pt. Brahmana Sentosa, namely by giving ID cards to the congregation one by one, this is done to make it easy to find pilgrims who are separated from the group. The ID card is worn around the neck of each congregation and on the back of the ID card is written Muthoif's name, hotel, cellphone number and the name of the Tour Leader so that it is easy to ask people there for help. The supporting factors for mentoring at Pt. Brahmin Sentosa, as the leader who guides, must prepare loudspeakers and prepare a travel flag.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan program Banyuasin. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin? Dan apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin? Kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pertama, kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Ka inib. Banyuasin yaitu dapat dikategorikan sebagai gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam memimpin rakyatnya, yang mencakup konsultasi antara kepala desa dengan masyarakatnya, pengambilan keputusan bersama dengan masyarakat khususnya dalam pembangunan, membagi kekuasaan terutama dalam tahap pembangunan, desentralisasi dan manajemen yang demokratis melalui musyarawah desa. Kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala desa dalam mewujudkan Banyuasin bertaqwa Desa Margorukun Jalur 14 Kab. Banyuasin yaitu: Faktor pendukung yaitu partisipasi masyarakat dalam membangun desanya sudah baik, hal ini terbukti bahwa saat atau ketika dalam hal keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses perwujudan program Banyuasin bertaqwa. Dan faktor penghambat yaitu kepala desa kurang menggerakan kepala dusun dalam menggerakkan dan melaksanakan program Banyuasin bertaqwa tingkat desa dan masyarakat belum mengetahui secara luas program desa tersebut

Abstract

This research is titled "Client Centered Technique Approach in improving the Understanding of Self Identity in Waria". Self-identity is basically something that is considered very important by every individual, because self-identity is a principle of unity that distinguishes oneself from other people. Physically, transvestites are one of the persons with social welfare problems who experience deviations in the formation of imperfect personalities and are commonly found in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of understanding of self-identity, the factors that cause low self-identity and the application of client centered techniques to improve understanding of transgender self-identity. Therefore, this research uses a type of field research, qualitative approach and descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research are transgender people assisted at the PKBI South Sumatra Institute, namely client "LF", client "M" and client "AS". Techniques used in collecting research data include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study after completing the counseling stages with 5 meetings and 3 steps of the client centered technique approach on client "LF", client "M" and client "AS" it is known that before the client centered technique is carried out, perceive various aspects of themselves as a harmony and desire not in accordance with their identity. However, after the client centered technique, their understanding of self-identity has undergone a development where they have been able to understand well the self-identity they have. The causative factors that most influence the low self-identity of clients are parents, peer groups, social interactions and work experience. Keywords: Client centered, Self-identity, Waria.
