Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran pada Perusahaan Depo Jaya Bangunan Mataram Lombok.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Depo Jaya Bangunan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan komunikasi pemasaran. Kajian teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah komunikasi, unsur-unsur komunikasi, tujuan komunikasi, strategi komunikasi, komunikasi korporasi, komunikasi pemasaran, elemen komunikasi pemasaran, komunikasi pemasaran terpadu, strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 dari 6 elemen komunikasi pemasaran yang dijalankan oleh Depo Jaya Bangunan dalam aktivitas pemasarannya. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh Depo Jaya Bangunan dalam pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi pemasaran ialah pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan beberapa program/event tidak terlaksana dan distribusi informasi penjualan dan aktivitas promosi lain yang terbatas kepada khalayak.

Abstract

The people of West Nusa Tenggara especially in Mataram City, also felt the impact of COVID-19 pandemic. Although the COVID-19 information and its health protocols has been spread widely, Mataram’s residents dealing with the pandemic in different behaviors. This becomes a question of the effectiveness of COVID-19 health protocol message conveyed to Mataram’s residents by the government and medical team as the parties who makes policies and tackles this pandemic. This research aims to determine the form, process of communication messages, and the effectiveness of COVID-19 health protocol message from the perspective of Mataram local residents. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman model analysis, and the data checking technique uses triangulation method. The results indicate that the government and medical team in conveying the COVID-19 health protocol message used interpersonal communication forms, primary and secondary communication message processes, and the health protocol messages conveyed were effective. However, there are still obstacles that hinder the process of understanding and implementing the COVID-19 health protocol. In this research also provides recommendations to help improve the pattern of conveying COVID-19 health protocol messages to public.

Abstract

The decadency that happened due to the Covid-19 pandemic affected various sectors in life including the economic sector in Indonesia. Therefore, so many companies have to decrease their human resources which leads to layoffs. This makes so many people try to survive by starting small businesses or MSMEs. However, the social restriction enforced by the government creates even new problems. The pattern of consumers’ behavior, production, and the distribution of goods and services were forced to change due to the requirement of conducting most activities online. Hence, the MSME actors shift to the digital marketing technique to offset the requirement. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether digital marketing is beneficial for MSMEs in Central Lombok amid the pandemic. This research is using a qualitative descriptive method with a triangulation approach, a method that combines interviews and observation to check the data fact that will be processed. The subject of this research is MSMEs in Central Lombok that use digital marketing or online sales via social media and other online platforms. Using the 4Cs approach, the result shows that digital marketing happened to be highly beneficial for MSMEs in Central Lombok during the pandemic.

Abstract

Garudayana digital comics are comics that tell about characters in the Javanese wayang world, such as Gatotkaca. This study aims to find out how the depiction of heroes in wayang with those in digital comics. The theory used in this research is message theory. The paradigm in this research is constructivist with the semiotic method of Charles Sanders Pierce. Pierce's triangular theory of meaning explains the relationship between the signs in the digital comic so that it can be seen how the meaning and depiction are produced in the digital comic. The results of this study indicate that the depiction of the hero character Gatotkaca in wayang in this digital comic is quite the same as that in wayang. Things such as the clothes used to the things of strength and expression depicted in this digital comic have almost represented the character of Gatotkaca in the wayang world.
