Abstract

The presence of digital banks currently provides new challenges for conventional banks. Bank operations are required to adapt to technological developments. If the customer cannot follow it, the bank will be abandoned by the customer. The purpose of this study is to explore the innovations made by Indonesian Sharia Banks in dealing with digital bank attacks. Digital services through Additive models and transformational models have been carried out, but the results are not optimal. This study uses interview data sourced from managers and frontliners of Indonesian Sharia Banks. This research approach uses a qualitative method with a case study strategy. The results of this study indicate that in optimizing branchless banking, Indonesian Sharia Banks provides account opening services through mobile banking. Another finding is that Indonesian Islamic Banks use the Gardening Strategy. The recommendation from this research is to improve branchless banking services through BSI Smart.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a deeper understanding to the public, especially Muslims, regarding the ethics of consumption in everyday life in accordance with Islamic law, namely according to the perspective of the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW so that it can bring blessings to the food or drink consumed. . This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by comprehensively examining the sources of material about consumption contained in the Qur'an and hadith. This research is focused on discussing how consumption ethics, consumption principles in Islam and consumption limits are in accordance with Islamic law. In the context of consumption activities, an understanding of good and correct consumption procedures in accordance with Islamic law is very necessary in order to bring health, safety and blessings to life. It is hoped that this article can provide additional knowledge and in-depth understanding of consumption in Islam so that it can help the Muslim community in practicing religious law, especially consumption ethics in a better way in order to obtain the blessing of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of religiosity and rational motivation on the interest in saving at BMT UGT Nusantara capem Kaliwates. This study uses quantitative research with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data collection uses statistical data analysis research instruments with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. The population in this study were customers of BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kaliwates. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for all members of the population to be selected as samples. Then this sampling technique was combined with the cluster random sampling technique, which is a technique for selecting a sample from small groups of units with a total sample taken of 96 customers at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kaliwates. In processing the data the researcher used the SPSS 25.0 program. Researchers use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and the results of data analysis and discussion of the results of the data, it was concluded that religiosity has a significant effect on the intention to save at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kaliwates with a tcount of 6.823 > ttable of 1.986 with a sig value of 0.001 <0.05. Rational motivation has a significant effect on the Interest in Saving at BMT UGT Nusantara capem Kaliwates with a tcount of 5.067 > ttable of 1.986 with a sig value of 0.001 <0.05. Meanwhile, based on the results of the Anova test or F test, it is known that the significant value for the influence of Religiosity and Rational Motivation simultaneously on the Intention to Save the community at BMT UGT Nusantara capem Kaliwates is 0.001 <0.05 and fcount value is 147.531 > ftable 3.094, thus these results give the meaning that the variable Religiosity (X1) and Rational Motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Interest in Saving (Y). H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya is the main branch office which is in the same location as the KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera Kroya head office, so when compared to other branch offices, of course BMT Ben Sejahtera Kroya has more complete services. However, in practice there are not a few problems encountered, namely the trader's decision to use financing products which results in the number of members of the financing realization experiencing instability every month. This study aims to determine whether cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors influence traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population is traders who take financing from KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya in 2021. The number of samples used is 60 respondents. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling by Purposive Sampling. The results showed that the variables of cultural factors and social factors partially had no effect on traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. Meanwhile, personal factor variables partially have a negative effect on traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. psychological factor variables partially influence traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. Variable cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors simultaneously influence traders' decisions in making financing at KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera KCU Kroya. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of religiosity and commitment on employee work ethic, then the effect of religiosity, commitment, and work ethic on work quality and the effect of religiosity on work quality through work ethic and the effect of commitment on work quality through the work ethic of Islamic Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperatives (KSPPS ) Baitul Maal wat Tamwil in the South Central Java Region with a focus on research locations in Brebes Regency and Purbalingga Regency. This research is a quantitative study with 56 BMT employees in Brebes and Purbalingga Regencies. The data collection uses a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses SEM-PLS analysis using Smart-PLS 3.2.9 software. After analyzing the data, several conclusions were obtained: (1) religiosity and commitment have a positive effect on employee work ethic; (2) religiosity and work ethic have a positive effect on the quality of employee work; (3) commitment does not affect the quality of employee work; (4) work ethic is proven to have a role as a mediating variable on the effect of religiosity on work quality; (5) work ethic is proven to have a role as a mediating variable on the effect of commitment to the work quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Islamicity Performance Index and Intellectual Capital on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The sample of this study was 7 Sharia Commercial Banks registered at Bank Indonesia and included in the Commercial Bank Business Activities (BUKU) II in 2018. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis method using Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS 20 software. Based on the result of testing, partial result of hypothesis showed that the variable Intellectual Capital (IC) has a positive signifivant effect on profitability of Comercial Sharia Bank in Indonesia, variable Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR), Directors Employes Welfare Ratio (DEWR) has a positive not significant effect on profitability). Meanwhile the variable Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) and Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR) has a negative significant effect on profitability, and Islamic Income Ratio (IsIR) has a negative not significant effect on profitability of Comercial Sharia Bank in Indonesia. Simultaneous result of hypothesis showed that the all variable independent have positive effect on profitability, and variable dominan was Intellectual capital (IC).

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of digital villages in efforts to empower the community's economy in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency, as well as explain BUMDes' efforts for tourism-based community economic empowerment in Sidomulyo Village, Silo District, Jember Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. In determining the informants researchers used a purposive technique . While data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the role of digital villages in efforts to empower the economy through a process including creating a village information system (SID) by creating the MallDesa application. BUMDes' efforts to empower tourism-based community economies in Sidomulyo village, Silo sub-district, Jember district in realizing an empowerment in the Raja Raja Domba tourism are using several stages including capital assistance, infrastructure assistance, mentoring assistance, and marketing assistance.

Abstract

Sukuk-waqf is an innovation for economic sustainability, overcoming the humanitarian funding gap, for charitable fundraising or humanitarian purposes, and a modern scheme for developing waqf assets. CWLS is a cash waqf program resulting from collaboration and innovation in Islamic finance and social investment in Indonesia. The existence of CWLS contributes to the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. This shows that the capacity of the sharia economy is broad and makes a contribution to national development. The approach in this study uses a Socio-Legal and Hermeneutic approach. In Law 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf related to Financing it is explained in Article 59, namely in carrying out BWI duties, the Government is obliged to assist with operational costs. CWLS is allowed because it is in Law Number 41 of 2004 and clarified by Law number 42 of 2006. In the governance of the implementation of CWLS in Indonesia it has been carried out in accordance with an Islamic economic perspective, it has been proven that the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding Wakaf Sukuk has been established.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamicity Performance Index and Liquidity Through Intellectual Capital on the Financial Performance of Islamic Commercial Banks. The type of data used in this study is panel data, namely quarterly from 2019 to 2021 and using samples of 5 (five) Sharia Commercial Banks with Purposive Sampling techniques as the sampling technique used in this study. The analysis method used in this study is panel data regression analysis and Path analysis using Eviews 10.0 and Microsoft excel 2016 software. The results in this study show that the Islamicity Performance Index has a significant effect on Intellectual Capital. Liquidity has a significant effect on Intellectual Capital. Islamicity Performance Index has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Liquidity has a significant effect on Return On Assets. Intellectual Capital does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Meanwhile, simultaneously the Islamicity Performance Index and liquidity have a significant effect on Intellectual Capital. Islamicity Performance Index, liquidity, and Intellectual Capital have a significant effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

Currently, the use of fintech is very common in everyday life and continues to increase, but there are still many MSME players who have not been able to realize and be able to use it properly. Increasing financial literacy and the use of fintech can be a big model to help MSME players minimize the risks that occur in making decisions to improve financial performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influenceof Fintech Peer to Peer Lending and Payment Gateway on the development of MSMEs in North Sumatra Province. This type of research is field research with a Quantitative approach with primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed to MSME actors in North Sumatra Province, totaling 109 samples which are then processed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques.Judging from the results of structural model analysis or inner model throughhypothesis testing path coefficients and T statistical significance values by determining T-statistical values through bootstrapping procedures. So it can be concluded that X1 or P2P has a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in North Sumatra Province. While the resulting value in the variableX2 to Y with t Statistic 2.131 and p Value 0.034 can be explained by the value of t Statistic 2.131 > t table 1.96 or p Value 0.034 < 0.05, then statistically H2 is accepted meaning that variable X2 has a significant effect on Y. So it can be concluded that X2 or Payment Gateway has a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in North Sumatra Province. variabel X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y. So it can be concluded that X2 or Payment Gateway has a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in North Sumatra Province.
