Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of public services in the Musi Rawas District Transportation Department and to find out what strategies Musi Rawas District Transportation Agency is doing in Improving the Quality of Public Services. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive pattern, intending to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of the object or subject being studied appropriately, namely internal and external factors of the Department of Transportation of Musi Rawas Regency, using SWOT analysis. The process of using a SWOT analysis is done by looking at internal conditions about strengths and weaknesses, as well as external conditions namely opportunities (threats) and thearts (opportunities) of the Department of Transportation, Musi Rawas Regency. The research was conducted through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with research informants. Determination of priorities and alternative strategies is carried out through the Groub Discution Forum (FGD), the participants of which are research informants, namely officials in the Department of Transportation, Musi Rawas Regency. The FGD participants were also from related stakeholders. From the results of the research and discussion, alternative strategies were recommended to the Musi Rawas District Transportation Office in Improving the Quality of Public Services namely; (1) strategies for increasing human resources, (2) strategies for strengthening regulations, and (3) strategies for improving facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study leadership motivation, competence, and motivation for service quality in the Musi Rawas Land Office, both simultaneously and partially. The sample of this study were 50 employees at the Musi Rawas Land Office. The research data were collected with a questionnaire submitted through data quality tests namely validity and reliability and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t test of determination (R2) and f test. Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) Obtained from the level of competition or the relationship between leadership style, competence, and work motivation of employees has a high relationship that is 94.6%. The result of determination (R2) of 89% means that the percentage of style motivation, employee competence and motivation towards service quality is 89% in this study. The results of the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test) were carried out to prove the leadership style, competence and work motivation that were significant to the quality of service at the Musi Rawas Land Office. calculate which is higher than ftabel that is 389,472> 2.81 and the probability (sig 0,000) is less than or less than 0.05 So Ha; accepted and Ho; rejected. The most dominant variable affecting service quality at the Musi Rawas Land Office is competency with a conversion value of 0.944. A positive and strong relationship which means getting higher competence will be higher than the quality of service at the Musi Rawas Land Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning of North Musi Rawas Regency, both simultaneously and partially. The results obtained are: 1) partial test (t test) conducted proves that Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of North Musi Rawas Regency. Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Musi Rawas Regency. Leadership and Organizational Culture significantly influence the performance of employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of North Musi Rawas Regency, as evidenced by, the calculated value of f = 9.010 is greater than the value of ftabel = 2.79. Organizational Culture and Work Discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of North Musi Rawas Regency, the value of fcount = 8071 is greater than the value of ftabel = 2.79. Leadership and Work Discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Musi Rawas Regency, as evidenced by the calculated value of = 3.005 greater than the value of ftabel = 2.79. Leadership, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of North Musi Rawas Regency, as evidenced by the calculated value of = 5,897 which is greater than the value of ftabel = 2.79.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine disaster management carried out by the Regional Government in this case the Social Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a qualitative study using a type of research with case studies. The subject of the case study is the analysis of disaster management planning with other words Analysis of Disaster Management Planning is the Focus of this Research. To support the focus of research, the researcher makes sub-focus - sub focus, to represent and better direct the focus of the research, while the sub focus - the sub focus consists of; The planning process is carried out; Structured and planned planning. And planning that is ongoing and sustainable. Results of research findings, that based on several theories and research findings, it can be seen that the process of disaster management planning in the Social Office of musi rawas district is oriented to the process of activities within the Social Service alone, no process has yet been seen involving other parties. Coordination with related agencies has not been reflected in the understanding of planning in the Musi Rawas Regency Social Service. It is recommended that related parties in cross-sectoral in Musi Rawas Regency be involved in the process of disaster management planning in the Musi Rawas Regency Social Service.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the Impact of education, competence, training and motivation on the quality of trainees partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and samples in this study amounting to 81 people consisting of training participants and organizing teams. Research Results The influence of education, competence, training and motivation on the quality of training participants at the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas. Obtained Fcount value of 212.522 and Ftable of 2.48. It means that there is a positive and significant influence of education, competence, training and motivation on the quality of training participants at the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas. The influence of education, training and motivation on the quality of the trainees in the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas Regency has a Fcount of 162.505 and a Ftable of 2.48. The Impact of competence, training and motivation on the quality of trainees in the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas Fcount value of 199.593 and Ftable 2.48 This shows that there is a positive and significant Impact of competence, training and motivation on the quality of trainees at the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas. The influence of education, competence and training on the quality of the trainees in the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas Regency has a Fcount of 162,505 and a Ftable of 2.48.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal control of credit granting at PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Source of data used sourced from the primary form of observation of the operational activities of PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau and interviews with employees (commissioners, directors, internal audit team, and employees), as well as related customers regarding the internal control of lending at PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau. Secondary data obtained directly from PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau in the form of documentation relating to internal control of credit extension. The results showed the internal control of credit granting at PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta Lubuklinggau as a whole has been largely carried out well, but there are still weaknesses, namely the lack of objective AO marketing as a surveyor in credit lending decisions, and the absence of separation of authority, main tasks and functions between the AO marketing, analysts credit, and billing.

Abstract

The purpose is to knowed competency, service to satisfaction. The sample are 96 People. The collection data used quisioner, observation, and document. Partial test (t-test) doing to know influence independent variable and dependent variable as Simultan. The recapitulation regression linier, it’s ttest is 4,921 > ttabel = 0,67705 And the significat sig t is 0,000. Its means simultan is independent variable (product quality and service) have influence to dependent variable (the statisfaction). Simultan test (F test) are Ftest is 57,099 > Ftabel = 3,94 and the signification sig F is 0,000. So its partial signifation in the independent variable (quality product and service) have influence to dependent variable (statisfaction). R square is have a positif colleration is 0,817. Its mean the colleration Independent variable and dependent variable with simultan is hight as 8,17%. Than the colleration is good if the value as I with asumsy the onether dependent is cosntan.
