Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality, price and location variables on customer satisfaction with Maulana Laundry. This study uses a quantitative causal approach. The population used is Maulana Laundry customers who have used laundry services 2 times. The sample used was 40 people with accidental sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data with a questionnaire method. The analytical technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the study show that service quality partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a sig value. 0.001. And the price partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction with the value of sig. 0.427. And the location partially has no significant effect on customer satisfaction with the value of sig. 0.277. Meanwhile, simultaneously the quality of service, price and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the value of sig. 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the PAD growth rate, independece level, effectiveness level, efficiency level on capital expenditures partially and simultaneously has on the district or city budget realization reports in East Java from 2020 to 2021. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques using panel data regression analysis and assisted by STATA for windows version 16. The results of this study indicate that the growth rate of PAD and level of efficiency partially have a significant effect on capital expenditure. While the level of independece and the level of effectiveness have no significant effect on capital expenditures. Simultaneously the growth rate of PAD, independence, effectiveness, and efficiency have a significant effect on capital expenditures. This research has data novelty in the form of a year period, namely 2020-2021 and supporting software, namely STATA for windows version 16.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the store atmosphere and service quality partially or simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Kaki Empat Petcare. The selected population are consumers who have purchased products or service users at Kaki Empat Petcare. The total sample is 30 people by collecting data by using questionnaires. The method applied is quantitative causality by using accidental sampling. In this study, the results obtained indicate that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.004. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on 0.006. Store atmosphere simultaneously with service quality has a significant and positive effect

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the financial statements of MSMEs DNR Bags & Boutique are in accordance with SAK-EMKM standards or not, and analyze how the financial statements of MSMEs DNR Bags & Boutique are currently applied. The focus of this study uses a Qualitative approach. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation are used as data collection procedures and analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results showed that (1) DNR Bags & Boutique stores have not implemented financial statement recording standards in accordance with SAK-EMKM (2) Financial statements DNR Bags & Boutique stores only record such as cash in, cash out, incoming goods, and outgoing goods (3) Unavailability of human resources who master or know the process of preparing financial statements in accordance with SAK-EMKM standards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of economic conditions and consumptive behavior on students' learning motivation. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach with observational data collection techniques, interviews and questionnaires. Using saturated sampling technique. The analysis uses a Likert scale, and the analysis uses classical assumptions, multiple regression, t-test, and f-test. Findings (1) partially show that parents' financial status has a positive effect on learning motivation Sig. 0.009 <0.05, H_o is rejected, H_a is accepted, (2) partial consumption behavior on learning motivation has a positive effect on Sig. 0.029<0.05, H_o is rejected, H_a is accepted, (3) At the same time, the influence of parents' economic conditions and consumptive behavior on learning motivation has a positive effect on Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, H_o failed, H_alulus. it has been concluded that the economic conditions of parents and consumptive behavior have a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class XI IPS SMAN 6 Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, sharia supervisory board, and audit committee on financial performance partially in Islamic banking registered with the Financial Services Authority from 2018 to 2021. This type of research is quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS for windows version 25. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. Data collection using the documentation method. The results of this study indicate that the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, sharia supervisory board, and audit committee partially has no effect on financial performance. The novelty of this study uses the 2018-2021 observation year period, and uses the variables of the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, Sharia supervisory board, and audit committee.

Abstract

The purpose this study is to analyze whether there is significant influence between the variables of leadership, emotional intelligence, and work motivation simultaneously or partially on the performance of UD Mitra Jaya Farm employees. The approach used in this study is quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, the sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, the sample size used is 50 employees, and the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and test hypothesis with SPSSv25 tool. The results showed that leadership and work motivation had a significant effect, emotional intelligence had no significant effect, and there was a significant influence on the simultaneous leadership, emotional intelligence, and work motivation variables on the performance of UD Mitra Jaya Farm employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there was a significant effect of the variables of organizational communication, motivation and compensation partially or simultaneously on employee satisfaction at UD Mitra Jaya Farm. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and the type of causal relationship research, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, the sample size used is 50 employees, and the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that there was a significant effect of organizational communication and compensation variables, no significant influence of motivational variables, and there was a significant influence of organizational communication, motivation and compensation variables simultaneously on employee satisfaction at UD Mitra Jaya Farm.

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to asccertain the level of customer satisfaction at the Shopee online shop. The research approach used is quantitative and is a descriptive type of research. The population used in this research were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The sample was determined by 92 students who were taken using the simple random sampling method. Collecting data make use of questionnaire which is then analyzed using Importance Performance analysis. The results of this study are that there are still some student customers who are not fulfil with the services provided by Shopee based on 5 dimensions of service quality in direct evidence (tangible), responsiveness (responsiveness) , reliability (reliability), concern ( empathy) and assurance (assurance).

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the Indonesian economy, including the hotel sector. Hotel XYZ is one of the four-star visitor hotels in Jakarta which has decreased in number, hotel management is making efforts to be able to rise after the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to describe increasing competence as a strategy for XYZ hotel after the covid 19 pandemic, especially the front office department. The research method was carried out qualitatively where the data were obtained through observation, structured interviews with key informants from the company, and documentary techniques. The findings of this study are that efforts to increase the competence of front office employees at Hotel XYZ are carried out with a training approach through the On The Job Training & coaching method and the Off The Job Training method through role play and scheduled discussions with topics/materials based on data from the types of customer complaints. After carrying out the training the number of complaints dropped and guests were satisfied with the services provided.
