Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables between work discipline, motivation and compensation for employee inventories in the Canggu ornamental fish farming group. The approach used is quantitative causality, data collection using questionnaires using measuring tools distributed through online forms to respondents. The sample used for this test is IHC employees as many as 40 people. By using reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption and validity test, as well as hypothesis testing using simultaneous F test and partial t test, using the SPSS 23 program tool. The results of this study partially state that compensation with a sig value of 0.724 and work discipline with a sig value of 0.060 no relevant effect or sig. on employee productivity, while partially motivation with a sig of 0.003 has a significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously compensation, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee products with a sig value of 0.000.

Abstract

Research aims to understand motivation and quality of human resources development to increase the employee performance.This study used a qualitative approach type use qualitative approach descriptive.Data collection procedures by means observation, interview, and documentation.The informants, using a technique 5r (relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, reassurance), objects on this study is the umkm home industry plisket drapery drapery and employees.The result of the research indicated that motivation given to the employee performance is the process well and employees receive some motivation to be applied in the workplace without any coercion because they need more spirit urge to work while quality of human resources development on the performance call employees by means, like own family dexterous, a rapid means work with maximum results. Novelty this research showed skill in work as a clerk plisket drapery must own employees , agile and also how quick but the results remain good.

Abstract

Uncertain economic conditions force investors to take a lot of consideration in investing, so that the presentation of relevant information to users of financial statements regarding going concern audit opinions is very important to make business decisions more precise. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the Going Concern Opinion. The method used in this study is Iogistic regression. Abstract

The background of this research is due to the intense business competition, business people must have a strategy in defending their business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions at a Toko Bunga 3 Putra. This study uses a causal causal technique with a sample of 40 respondents who were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25 software. the result that the three independent variables have a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine the impact style of leadership , work environment, and OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) in PDAM Kediri Regency employee performance, a type of causality study. The sample obtained by PDAM Kabupaten Kediri for this study was a random sample of 40 from the general population, conducted by random sampling. Collect data using questionnaires analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that leadership style, work environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially and simultaneously significantly perfomance employee of influence.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Adisurya Hotel Kediri, where the hotel is one of the sectors needed to support tourism in the local area. The purpose of this study: 1) To analyze workload, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant partial effect on employee performance. 2) To analyze workload, compensation, and employee satisfaction have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. The method used is quantitative causality method. Data analysis techniques for this study: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (f test and t test) and coefficient of determination test. The results showed: 1) The results of the t-test of the workload variable had no significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.140. 2) The results of the t-test of the compensation variable have a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000. 3) The results of the t-test of the employee satisfaction variable have no significant positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.558. 4) The results of the F test show that the variables of workload, compensation and employee performance have an effect on employee performance as indicated by the result of 0.000. 5) The results of the R2 test obtained results of 0.850. The important point in this study is that there is a positive but not significant effect on the workload and job satisfaction variables, so that it can be a new reference for future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to forcast the short term of usage clean water at the local water company (PDAM) Kabupaten Kediri by using the model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). The data usage is clean water usage data from September 2020 to May 2022 with a quantitative descriptive approach. While data processing using software E-Views 10 application. The result of this research indicated that model ARIMA (5,1,0) as the best model for forcasting the next 7 months clean water usage at PDAM Kabupaten Kediri which produces a positive trend pattern and tends to rise every month from juny – december 2022 in a row berturut 239672 m3, 2377734 m3, 238403 m3, 240608 m3, 240427 m3, 241039 m3, 243185 m3.

Abstract

The rapid growth of MSMEs affects the strength of capital. MSMEs are growing rapidly making capital loans to banks/investor. However, not all MSMEs can get credit easily, due to unfulfilled requirements. Financial statements that do’nt meet the standards. PT XYZ does’nt yet know about SAK-EMKM-based financial reports that became active on January 1, 2018. This study is to find out: 1) PT XYZ SAK-EMKM implementation, 2) Factors causing MSMEs have not implemented SAK-EMKM to prepare financial reports. The descriptive qualitative method was employed in this investigation. Collecting data obtained through documentation and interviews of financial statements. The findings indicate that PT XYZ has not recorded financial statements in their entirety in line with SAK-EMKM. At PT XYZ, the elements that cause SAK-EMKM are not in place, internal factors are the  HR and SAK are not understood. The absence of oversight from parties interested in MSMEs' financial disclosures is an external factor

Abstract

The research objective is to identify the factors influencing employee performance. In this study the independent variable is employee performance, while the independent work environment, and workload at the Department of Trade Kediri Regency. The population used is all employees and the sample in this study is 60 employees. The method used is the 5% multiple linear regression analysis technique as the overall level of confidence regarding the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the partial test prove that the variance of the work environment and workload significantly affects employee performance. Meanwhile, it has a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Kediri Regency Trade Office

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the analysis of the effect of cooperative income, principal savings, mandatory savings, voluntary savings and member loans on the remaining operating results at KSP Kharisma Nganjuk district. The hypothesis was tested using time series data assisted by microsoft excel 2007 and Stata for windows version 16. The method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data, namely the financial statement of KSP Kharisma Nganjuk regerency for the period 2019 – 2021. The results of this study are that cooperative income has a long term effevt on the remaining operating results, principal savings have a long term effect on the remaining operating results, mandatory savings have a long term effect on the remaining operating results, voluntary savings have a long term effect on the remaining operating results and member loans have a long term effect on the remaining operating results. With the probability value of cooperative income 0,0000 < 0,05, the probability value of principal savings 0,0082 < 0,10, the probability value of mandatory savings 0,0025 < 0,05, the probability value of voluntary savings 0,0003 < 0,05 and the probablity value of member loans 0,000 < 0,05.
