Abstract

Technology currently controls people's lives, and if used properly, it may give numerous advantages. Especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of purchasing and selling transactions are conducted digitally. Through social media, marketing becomes more effective and efficient, creating several options for retailers to attract more impulse buyers through digital incentives. This study aims to determine if the variables of content marketing, frequency of ad serving, and service quality have a significant impact on impulse purchases at the Qomeshop Fashion Store in Kediri City. Using questionnaires as study data, a quantitative method is employed. This study employs the technique of accidental sampling, and the sample consists of forty consumers who entered the qomeshop fashion store in Kediri. The SPSS IBM 23 application is utilized to perform the data analysis. This study used multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R2), the t-test, and the F-test for data analysis. The results of this study reveal that content marketing, ad serving frequency, and service quality have a substantial impact on impulse purchases. At the Qomeshop Fashion Store in Kediri, content marketing, ad serving frequency, and service quality all have a substantial influence on impulse purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for adjusting the price of raw materials on tempe producers. The technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is the owner of tempe producers in Jantok Village, Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency. The research variable is the impact of the increase in the price of raw materials and the strategy of tempe products. This study used interviews with the owners of tempe producers in Jantok Village, Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency. The results of this study indicate that the raw material for making tempeh using soybeans is very influential on the costs that must be incurred by tempe producers, additional capital by tempe producers took the initiative to reduce the size of tempe from tempe size of 4.3 cm into tempeh size to 3.5 cm. The strategy adopted by tempe producers is to travel between villages and deposit them to restaurants.

Abstract

This study is motivated by competition in the photocopying and printing service business, which is getting tighter daily and will indirectly affect businesses in the service sector in maintaining competition. Therefore, consumer satisfaction in using photocopy and print services is influenced by several factors, including the location of service quality and facilities. This study aims to determine and analyze location, service quality, and facilities' significant influence on customer satisfaction in Photocopy and Print FIRA Kediri. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with causal research techniques where the method of collecting data by spreading questionnaires. The technique in sampling uses non-probability techniques. The test tools used in this study are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS statistical software version23. The results of this study show that location, quality of service, and facilities have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes managerial governance in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Sukamanah, Bogor Regency with the Village Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approach. As an organizational profit, BUMDes Sukamanah has succeeded in generating large profits with superior business units that have economic value, as well as involving local residents collectively, such as village market businesses, provision of clean water facilities, and motor vehicle tax services that are relevant to the SDGs Desa concept, namely the village. proper clean water and sanitation, and equitable economic growth. This descriptive qualitative research method aims to determine the managerial of BUMDes Sukamanah with the SDGs Desa approach. The results showed that the type of business planning, organizing, actuating and controlling the Sukamanah BUMDes was going well in accordance with several points of the SDGs Desa substance. The conclusion of the research is that managerially carried out well in profit organizations with the SDGs Desa approach, generates profits, it is not surprising that Sukamanah BUMDes was awarded as the best BUMDes and became a pilot village with billions of Rupiah assets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the branding and distribution channels that are carried out by PT Sinergi Sejuta Usmik so that the company is increasingly widely known by the Indonesian people. Data collection was done by means of the interview method. With informants, namely the owner and marketing manager who have an important role for the progress of the Company. The results of this study state that the branding carried out by PT Sinergi Sejuta Usmik is still not fully implemented as expected because there are still many things that happen because they have to choose what company to partner with to be part of the branding that is being carried out. With what the Owner and Marketing Manager have done, building distribution channels anywhere can be done as long as it can benefit the company and by building distribution channels not only makes PT Sinergi Sejuta Usmik widely known but can also help marketing MSME actors from throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to detemine the effect of the learning environment parental support  the learning achievemennt  class X studnts majoring in Aconting at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri. This research approach and technique uses quantitative, while the research technique uses causality. The samplle used in  study was 30 students majoring in accounting class X with SPSS software for windows version 23. Data collection method using questionnaires. . Data analysis used clasical asumptiont test, multiplle regresion analysi test, coficient determination test and hypothesis testing. The resultsthe study using SPSS 23 showthat: 1. The learning environment has  efect on learning achievement with a value of (0.001 < 0.05), which means H0 is rejected. 2. Parental support has an effect on learning achievement with a value of (0.001 <0.05) which means H0 is rejected. 3. The learning environment and parental support affect learning achievement simultaneously (0.003 < 0.005), which means H0 is rejected. With a coefficient of determination of 0.059 or 5.9%. So it was concluded that there was an influce the learning environmen and parental support the learning achievement of class X students majoring in Accounting at SMK PGRI 3 Kediri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability, transparency and participation on the allocation of village funds in realizing Good Governance in villages in the Papar District, Kediri Regency. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to village officials who met the criteria in the Papar District, Kediri Regency. The research respondents were 80 respondents who had a background in the process of managing Village Fund Allocations, this study used a quantitative approach with associative panelman technique which was used to reveal problems that were causal in nature between two variables or more. Diana's research model using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study are that accountability, transparency and partial participation have a significant effect on the allocation of village funds in realizing Good Governance in Villages in Papar District.

Abstract

PetLyfe application is an application about digitizing medical records and pet care. The PetLyfe application helps solve user problems meeting the care and maintenance needs of pets. Therefore, designing the user experience of the PetLyfe application will help overcome these problems. This design process uses the design thinking method through five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design thinking method focuses on problem solving based on user experience and is effective for solving complex problems. Testing this research using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) with the results of the attractiveness aspect value of 1.65 getting the good category, the perspicuity aspect value of 1.75 getting the good category, efficiency aspect (efficiency) 1.61 getting the good category. , the dependability aspect was 1.54 in the good category, the stimulation aspect was 1.74 in the excellent category, and the novelty aspect was 1.49 in the good category.

Abstract

Hexahaq Trenggalek Packaged Drinking Water Factory is an industry in the field of drinking water supply. Early research was conducted in order to determine the HR in the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory, especially on the performance of factory employees. Leadership, work ethic and work environment are important aspects that will be examined at the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Water Factory. These three variables have a major influence on the factory so that further research needs to be done. The population is 40 employees of Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Water Factory by using questionnaires as data collection. All of these three variables obtained significant values, which means that all variables have an influence on the performance of Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory employees. The results of the analysis state that all variables have a large impact on performance. By 69.8% these three variables affect the performance of the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory. It is hoped that with this research the performance system at the Hexahaq Trenggalek Bottled Drinking Water Factory will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the relationship (correlation) between product quality variables, service quality variables and customer satisfaction variables at Kedai Romo Kopi Kediri as the object of research. Kedai Romo Kopi is a coffee shop with its address at Jalan Harinjing 128, Kepung Barat, Kediri. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 35 people of various ages and genders. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of data analysis show the conclusion that the product quality variable as X1 and service quality as X2 has a significant effect on the variable (Y) of consumer satisfaction partially (separately) or jointly (simultaneously).
