Abstract

The impIementation of this study was to investigate and evaIuate the variabIes that affect empIoyee performance. Job Motivation, Accounting lnformation Systerns, and lnformation TechnoIogy Usage are independent variabIes. Data from the questionnaire were coIIected from PT. XYZ workers. The study's sampIe consisted of 36 workers. MultipIe Iinear regression with a 5 percent confidence IeveI was the methodoIogy empIoyed in this investigation. The findings of this study suggest that whiIe information technoIogy usage partiaIIy has no significant impact on empIoyee performance, while  accounting information systern and job motivation partially have an impact on empIoyee performance. Based on the resuIt of the F test, it’s known that the accounting information systems, job motivation and usage ofi information technology simuItaneousIy have a significant impact on empIoyee performance. The corrected R Square resuIts show a vaIue of 0.555, or 55.5 percent, which indicates that the combined impact of Accounting lnformation Systems, Work Motivation, UtiIization of lnformation Technology, Accounting lnformation Systems, Work Motivation and lnformation Technology Usage on EmpIoyee Performance is 55.5 percent, with the remainingg44.5 percent infIuenced by factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

To determine whether a company is making progress toward its current and future goals, it is important to analyze the factor is that influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous significance of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on consumers of Sovia cooking oil at Alfamart Gondang Nganjuk. The research data of this research are numbers that are described quantitatively and analyzed statistically at the technical level. Questionnaires were used to collect data on this investigation. The research sample of 54 participants was analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using SPSS for Windows version 23 software (R2). Based on the results of the calculated F test of 17.681 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05, the conclusion of the study is that product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Sovia cooking oil product. at Alfamart Gondang Nganjuk.

Abstract

This research is a research and development research that aims to examine the design and test of an e-commerce website called Createez, a start-up that aims to empower independent designers and small or medium-sized brand owners by creating a platform to connect creators, marketplaces, and producer. Data collection techniques used in this study were using questionnaires and interviews. The design of Createez uses the design thinking method which is divided into stages: Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Model testing using Miro and Figma software. The results of this study indicate that the Design Thinking method is implemented in the design of the Createez website and in the testing phase of this website it can help overcome the problems of brand owners (creators) such as fulfillment management, capital, and product stock that is often left over.

Abstract

The background of this study is information systems accounting, because information systems accounting are very important for companies and every company must implement information systems accounting appropriately. The purpose of this study is to analyze how Dutra Digital Printing Implements an information systems accounting for sales, purchasing and inventorying raw materials. This method of research is qualitative. Procedures for collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation of the research subject. This study found that the information systems accounting of Dutra Digital Printing Printing is still not appropriate, with overlapping employee duties and responsibilities that can lead to the accumulation of tasks and lack of detailed documents and record integrity so that it can lead to data manipulation.

Abstract

The author analyzes the effect of service quality variables, price variables, location variables on customer satisfaction variables at the Perjaka Motor Workshop in Kediri Regency. The author uses a sample of 40 people who use criteria that have been confirmed by the method used is Incidental Sampling, so that this research approach the author uses quantitative. An analytical technique in this study the author uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis test points with SPSS version 23 tools. In this study the authors suggest (1) service quality does not affect customer satisfaction variables, (2) price variables have an influence on customer satisfaction , (3) location which has no effect on customer satisfaction variable, (4) service quality variable, price variable, location variable together/simultaneously have an influence on customer satisfaction variable at Perjaka Motor Workshop in Kediri Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted as a way in the process of knowing the effect of the current ratio, debt equity ratio, and return on equity of a firm's value both in partial and simultaneous terms on health sector companies listed on the IDX. With multiple linear regression method with SPSS software version 23. This result shows that the current ratio and debt equity ratio partially have no significant effect on firm value. However, the return on equity ratio in the partial form has a significant effect on a firm's value. However, the current ratio, current ratio, debt equity ratio and return on equity have a simultaneous effect on firm value in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. Previous research was conducted on pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2017, while the business in this study was carried out through health sector companies listed on the IDX with different years, 2018-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret in depth and explain the experiences experienced by MSME actors in the current era of globalization in order to strengthen their competitiveness. Competitiveness is very important for business continuity. In order for business development to compete in the market, MSME business actors must be able to create a conducive internal and external environment in order to create broad business opportunities and be able to maintain a healthy market mechanism. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach is used because this data comes from the experience of participants or events experienced by 3 participants, namely the chairman of the MSME Association, the Finance Section and workers at MSMEs. The research findings indicate that in improving the competence of human resources, several obstacles were found, such as the limited condition of human resources and the absence of training for MSMEs that hindered the development of optimal competitiveness. This makes efforts to increase the competence of human resources in MSMEs still require a lot of training, full assistance, and personal approaches from internal and external parties to increase knowledge and skills in order to strengthen the competitiveness of business units.

Abstract

This study to determine the level of purchasing decisions by analyzing the factors that influence the level of purchasing decisions including service, cafe atmosphere, and variations in the menu cafe fameliza baron nganjuk. this research method using quantitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. Sampling and research using non-probabability sampling. The population in this study were all customers cafe fameliza baron nganjuk, the number of which was not limited or unknown. The sample used is 40 respondents by using purpososive sampling technique. data collection technique used questionnaire which was then analyzed using SPSS software for windows version 25. The analysis used in this study was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination (R2), T test, F test. The results of study indicate that service factors, cafe atmosphere, and menu variations significantly influence purchasing decisions Cafe Fameliza Baron Nganjuk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the fixed asset turnover ratio, debt ratio, and current ratio on the level of partial or simultaneous occurrence of financial distress in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of fixed assets and current ratio partially has no effect on the occurrence of financial distress, the debt ratio partially has a significant effect on the occurrence of financial distress, and simultaneously the ratio of fixed assets, debt ratio, and current ratio affect the occurrence of financial distress. Previous research was conducted on the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2017, while this research was conducted on the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2021.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the implementation of the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) in the quality of preparing financial reports at Warung Makan Lesehan Brodin Kertosono. The approach used is qualitative with the type of case study (case study research). The research respondents consisted of two people who were shop managers and cashier employees. Respondents were chosen because they are considered to have information and are related to activities related to stall finance. The research data was collected through the process of observation and interviews, and analyzed using the data triagulation method. The results of the study indicate that SIMDA Finance has been applied in the financial management process of the warung although it is still based on simple criteria. The SIMDA Finance process is carried out from the collection of transaction data which will then be inputted into the system by the cashier which in each period will be reported in the form of the difference between income and expenses within a certain period (similar to a profit/loss report). From the results of this study, it is hoped that business actors and prospective actors will prepare and implement SIMDA Finance in managing their businesses to facilitate the process of recording and measuring the financial condition of their business.
