Abstract

AbstractRural chickens are widely developed by artificial insemination methods, so good quality semen is needed so that fertility and hatching eggs are high. Moringa is famous as a "miracle" plant that contains high and complete nutrients. This study was conducted to examine the effects of moringa oleifera supplementation on chicken semen production. In this study used roosters aged about 1 year weighing an average of 2.0 kg as much as 15 tails divided into 5 treatments, each 3 repeats, each repeat consists of 1 tail. The first group of chickens were used as controls, not given treatment, only given basal feed (T0). The second group of chickens were given 1 gram of moringa leaf powder, every day (T1), group 3 chickens were given 2 grams of moringa leaf powder per day (T2). Furthermore, chickens in group 4 (T3) were given moringa leaf extract supplements of 0.1 ml per head per day were smoked daily and the 5th group (T4) was given moringa extract supplements as much as 0.2 ml were smoked daily. The variables observed were the volume of semen, the number of spermatozoa, motility, live sperm, sperm mass movement, color, viscosity and pH of the semen. Semen volume, the number of spermatozoa, motility and percentage of live sperm were analyzed with variance analysis using the spss series 25 program, while viscosity, color and pH were reported in a descriptive analysis. The results showed that chickens supplemented moringa leaves in powder form as much as 2 grams per day (T2) and extract as much as 0.2 ml per day (T4), showed a significant increase in cement volume (0.45±0.01 ml) (P<0.05) compared to the volume of cement in chicken control which was only 0.29±00.07ml. Likewise, the concentration of spermatozoa, motility, live spermatozoa and movement of spermatozoa mass showed improvement in quality, but had no effect on the color, consistency and pH of semen. It can be concluded that supplementation of moringa leaves, both in the form of powder and extract can increase the production of chicken cement. Key words: Moringa oleifera, rural chicken, semen production

Abstract

Abstract - Developments in the world of industry, which grew rapidly making the company should be able to compete globally by observing and maintaining the product of quality that will be marketed. Selection of suppliers is important to support the company's product quality, since the selection of suppliers that may cause huge losses for the company itself. This study aims to determine the best suppliers of raw materials by means of selecting suppliers based on existing criteria. This research was conducted at PT. Nara Summit Industry, Cikarang. There are four different suppliers with the same raw material. Selection using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with calculations using the obtained value Superdecision supplier01 (S01) is 0.19146, the value supplier02 (S02) 0.17739, supplier03 (S03) 0.17538 and supplier04 (S04) 0.45576. Seen that supplier4 (S04) has the highest value, then the preferred suppliers of raw materials for PT. Pemilihan supplier merupakan hal penting untuk menunjang kualitas produk perusahaan, karena pemilihan supplier yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan supplier bahan baku terbaik dengan cara menyeleksi supplier berdasarkan kriteria yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Nara Summit Industry, Cikarang ada 4 pemasok yang berbeda dengan bahan baku yang sama. Program ini menyeleksi dan membina 21 mahasiswa agar dapat menjadi pengusaha mikro mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah pembelajaran praktis berbasis proyek bisnis dengan melatih dan menilai kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merintis dan menjalankan bisnis berdasarkan 4 kriteria penilaian yang meliputi : kepribadian, kerjasama, kepemimpinan dan keahlian pemasaran online untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mengatasi hambatan keterbatasan pendanaan produksi. Pelaksanaan IbK ini meliputi 4 tahap yang terdiri dari perekrutan, pendekatan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring evaluasi terhadap 21 calon tenant selama 8 bulan. Dari kegiatan tersebut, didapatkan hasil 16 tenant menjadi wirausahawan mandiri dan 5 orang masih belum berhasil.Kata kunci : Kewirausahaan, Pemasaran Online, Kampus, Mandiri, Tenant

Abstract

Pengaruh Pupuk Organik Cair Nasa dan Pupuk Kompos Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Jeruk Manis (Citrus aurantium). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair nasa dan pupuk kompos serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan bibit jeruk manis, dan juga untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk organik cair nasa dan dosis pupuk kompos yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan bibit jeruk manis (Citrus aurantium).Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dalam percobaan faktorial 3 x 3, dengan 5 ulangan. Terdiri atas 2 faktor perlakuan. Faktor I adalah jenis pupuk organik cair Nasa (V), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : tanpa pupuk organik cair Nasa (v0), konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Nasa 1 ml/l.air (v1), dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair Nasa 2 ml/l.air (v2). Faktor II adalah dosis pupuk kompos (K), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : dosis pupuk kompos 15 ton/ha setara 15 g/polibag (k1), dosis pupuk kompos 30 ton/ha setara 30 g/polibag (k2), dan dosis pupuk kompos 45 ton/ha setara 45 g/polibag (k3).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk Nasa tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun umur 90 hari setelah tanam.  Berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi bibit umur 60 hari setelah tanam, jumlah daun umur 30 hari dan 60 hari setelah tanam dan diameter batang umur 30 hari dan 60 hari setelah tanam.Interaksi perlakuan antara perlakuan pupuk Nasa dan pupuk kompos berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi bibit umur 30 hari dan 60 hari setelah tanam, jumlah daun umur 30 hari, umur 60 hari dan umur 90 hari setelah tanam, diameter batang umur 30 hari dan umur 90 hari setelah tanam.  Berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang umur 60 hari setelah tanam.  Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter batang umur 60 hari setelah tanam.

Abstract

This experience aims to result the influence of cow manure and liquid organic fertilizer Super Natural Nutrition as well as their interaction and the resulting growth of land cress plant and obtain dosage of the cow manure and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer super natural nutrition is right to land cress plant.The research was carried out for two months, from lateMaret 2016 to Mei 2016.From land preparation until crops.The location of the research in Mekar Jaya village, SebuluSubdistric and Kutai Kartanegara regency, East Kalimantan Province.Experiment design using a factorial 4 x 4 in a random design group (RAK), with consists of two factors experiment and three group. The first factors is the cow manure (P)this research consists of 4 levels : without cow manureorcontrol (p0), 5 ton/ha cow manureis equel to320 g/plot (p1), 10 ton/ha cow manure is equel to640 g/plot (p2), and 15ton/ha cow manure is equel to960 g/plot (p3). The secondfactors is theconsentrationof liquid organic fertilizer super natural nutrition (N)consists of 4 levels : without liquid organic fertilizer super natural nutrition(n0), theconsentrationof liquid organic fertilizer Super Natural Nutrition 1 ml/l.water (n1),consentrationof liquid organic fertilizer Super Natural Nutrition 2 ml/l.water (n2) and thenconsentrationof liquid organic fertilizer Super Natural Nutrition 3 ml/l.water (n3).The result showed that cow manure treatment (P) is significant effect plant height at 10 days after planting. The very significant effect plant height age at 20 days and 30 days after planting.Number of tilers for hill and weight of the crop per plant. The highest treatment  weight of the crop per plant is p3 (dosage cow manure 15 ton/ha equel 960 g/plot) is 69,32 g/plant and the lowest weight of the fresh plant in the treatment of p0 without cow manure or control is 40,00 g/plant.Treatmentof liquid organic fertilizer Super Natural Nutrition (N) does not significant effect with number of tilers for hill. The Significanlyt effect plant height at 10 days after planting.Very significantly effect plant height at 20 days and 30 days after plantingdanweight of the crop per plant.The highesttreatment  weight of the crop per plant is n3 (concentrationpupuk organik cair Super Natural Nutrition 3 ml/l.water) is 65,25 g/plant and then The lowest treatment weight of the crop per plant p0 (control treatment), yaitu 46,70 g/plant.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the effect of bokashi fertilizer and Green Tonik liquid fertilizer and its interaction on the growth and yield of long bean plant, as well as to find the proper dosage of bokashi fertilizer and Green Tonik liquid fertilizer concentration for obtaining the best yield of long bean.The research was conducted using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in 4 x 4 Factorial Experiment and four replications.  The factor was the dosage of bokashi fertilizer (B) consisting of 4 levels : no bokashi fertilizer application (b0), 100 g/polybag(b1), 200 g/polybag (b2), and 300 g/polybag(b3).   The second factor was the concentration of Green Tonik liquid fertilizer (N) consisting 4 levels : no Green Tonikfertilizer application (n0), 2 ml/ l water (n1),  4 ml/l water (n2), and 6 ml/lwater (n3).The results showed that: (1) the bokashi fertilizer treatment affected significantly on the plant lenght at age 15 days after planting, number of pods and weight of pods per plant, but it did not affect significantly on the plant lenght at age 22, 29 and 36 days after planting, age of plants flowered, and pods lenght; (2)the Green Tonik liquid treatment affected significantly on the plant lenght at age 22, 29, and 60 days after plantingand weight of pods per plant, but it did not affect significantly on the plant lenght at age 15 days after planting, age of plant flowered, and pods lenght;  (3) the interaction treatment between bokashi fertilizer and Green Tonik liquid fertilizer affected significantly on the plant lenght at age 15 days after planting, pods lenght, and weight of pods per plant, but did not affect significantly on the plant lenght at age 22, 29, and 36 after planting, age of plant flowered, and number of pods; and (4) the weighest weight of pods per plant was produced in b2n3 treatment of 401,75 g/plant, while the lighest one was produced in b0n0 treatment of 145,75 g/plant.

Abstract

The emergence of drug resistant and multidrug-resistant microbes as well as the lack of any current chemotherapy augmented the necessity to search for new and better anti-infective drug.. This study was aim to screen potential antiinfective extracts of sponges collected from Bunaken, Manado and to report on their antibacterial and antifungal properties. Testing for antiinfective agents was conducted using dilution method. Nutrient Agar was used as the testing media and nutrient broth for the inoculation of microorganisms. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi were used as the testing bacteria and Candida albicans as the testing fungi. Chloramphenicol was used as positive control for anti bacterial activity and Ketokonazol for antifungi. The two acetone extracts tested (MD-01aceton and MD-02aceton), all of them showed inhibition activities. Following partition with chloroform and methanol, all chloroform extracts inhibited the growth of both bacteria and fungi. These extracts then are considered to be potential candidates for further isolation and characterization as antiinfective agents.

Abstract

AbstractDevelopment programs implemented in Indonesia aimed to give greater attention to poverty alleviation efforts. One such program is the Revolving Loan Program PNPM Urban. Sub-District of Magelang District of Southern North Tidar including one of the areas subject to the PNPM Urban. It is interesting to study because it can be said that the Village is one of the areas in the district of South Magelang failure Revolving Loan Program PNPM Urban start of 2011 to February 2014 with the 0 % rate of return and the level of congestion reaches 100 %.The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The purpose of the research is done by using the theory rogram evaluation according to Bridgman and Davis. Sources of data in this study was obtained from interviews with sources and records or documents related to the study. Data collection techniques is by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and conclusion.Basically failure Revolving Loan Program PNPM Urban Village in North Tidar of them influenced by the mindset of the population should differ from the rural population. But society in general more individual selfish and do not have an attitude of indifference. This can be reflected not only on the members of self-help groups (KSM) alone but also of good managers management of CommunitySelf-Reliance Agency (BKM), Financial Management Unit (UPK) and facilitatorswho are less focused on job performance is influenced by the other principal.Fixing a healthy communication systems can provide synergies betweeninstitutions that are able to run better in the future.Keywords: Evaluation Program, Revolving Loan, Village North Tidar

Abstract

KontraS as civil society (organization) has done advocacies for Munir murder case for nine years. Any efforts have been done by using advocacy strategies such as case investigation, legal assistance, demonstration, and making opinion in mass media. But those efforts seem like hit a great wall: government's willing to handle and reveal Murnir murder case. KontraS's efforts should be continue to reveal Murnir murder case by keep the solidarity with other civil society. Then, KontraS should make issue expansion for Murnir murder case such as relating the case with human rights defender and ntelligent regulations draft to keep society to still remember for this case.Keywords: KontraS, civil society, Munir, human rights

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of one stop service has been implemented by KPPT Kudus Regency will directly impact on the high business license so as to increase the chances of the investment climate. Indicators of successful implementation of OSS using Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) in accordance with Decree No. 63 of 2003 MENPAN analyzed descriptively by looking at the phenomenon that is happening in the community. Looking at the various aspects that have been analyzed can be concluded that the ease of licensing after the implementation of OSS that can boost a business license so investment opportunities in the Kudus Regency is getting better.Keywords: OSS, Licensing and Investment.
