Abstract

The decreased repurchase intention on the Itemku site can be influenced by various factors, such as the lack of information received by customers or reduced customer trust. This study aims to analyze the effect of E-WOM on repurchase intention, the effect of E-WOM on trust, the effect of trust on repurchase intention, and the role of trust as a mediator of the effect of E-WOM on repurchase intention. This study had a sample of 100 Itemku site customers who were domiciled in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used consisted of descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of the study show that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on trust. Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Trust is able to partially mediate the effect of E-WOM on repurchase intention. This study contribute to the existing empirical evidence by further expanding our understanding of the role of trust as a mediator in the influence of E-WOM on repurchase intention. Practical implications make it useful for Itemku companies to be able to use this study as a learning reference.

Abstract

Several studies assess the existence of Students' Information Systems and the desire for reuse behavior is still a gap. The presence of technology for some researchers makes its fears for users. Technology becomes something new and binds users with several rules in operating it into another problem in the presence of the Students' Information System. The principle of S-DL and technology is to assess the problem of creating corporate value with the market. The S-DL logic outlines how technological innovation becomes a driver of service innovation by offering customers the value proposition they desperately want. This study selected 145 respondents with the model testing analysis technique with the SEM-AMOS approach. The results of testing all hypotheses significantly encourage companies to engage and utilize technology in higher education. The results of analyzing the data collected show that the S-DL Principle identified Sustainable Use Decision as a learner's decision to continue using TAM and Information Systems

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Tax Avoidance, Capital Intensity, ROA Net Income, Inventory Intensity, and Size on Tax Revenue. The population in this study are financial sector banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is done through a literature study. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of quantitative descriptive data. Quantitative data were obtained from the annual financial reports of financial sector banking companies obtained from the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The results of the study show that ROA Net Income has a positive and significant effect on tax revenues.
