Abstract

Intense economic competition can place companies in a state of prolonged and increasingly out of control financial crisis. so that it will result in the company being in a financial condition that experienced a decline before bankruptcy or what is commonly known as Financial Distress. Researchers discuss the effect of liquidity, leverage and company size on Financial Distress in this article. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 19 companies. This research data was obtained from the Property and Real Estate sectors through the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The findings in this study reveal that firm size has an effect on Financial Distress and liquidity and leverage have no effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

In today's business world, many new food products are emerging, one of which is banana cake. This study aims to determine whether consumers, marketing, price, packaging, and taste quality on sales of MSME products, bolen banana Lamongan. The research method used is a quantitative method that contains facts and figures. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study, namely the customer bolen bananas for 4 months from February 2022 to May 2022, a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. The results showed that the equation Y=5,292-0.123-0.016-0.003-0.008+e which means that the variables independent is X1,X2,X3,X4 do not have a positive value or have no effect on the dependent variable while the X5 variable has a positive value which means it has an effect on the value variable dependent

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of earnings persistence, company size, and capital structure on the Earning Response Coefficient in property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019 – 2021. In several previous studies regarding the Earning Response Coefficient, it has several limitations, such as a lack of independent variables, using the same independent variables, and so on. So this study uses other variables such as earnings persistence, company size, and capital structure. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method, which can produce a sample of 17 companies of 82 companies obtained from the results of eliminating the sample criteria. Methods of data analysis using Panel Data Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that earnings persistence and firm size have no effect on the Earning Response Coefficient. While the capital structure has a positive influence on the Earning Response Coefficient.

Abstract

With the rapid development and innovation of Smartphone technologies, consumers are becoming fussy and selective in choosing their Smartphones. Most consumers only have chosen a high quality of branded Smartphones which they believe have high Brand Equity. Apple, a Smartphone brand that currently dropped from the second to the third biggest market share before Samsung and Huawei brand is one of the top three trusted brands of Smartphones in Malaysia that consumers believed to have high Brand Equity. This paper focused on Apple due to the drop in its market shares in Malaysia by conducting further investigation on its brand equity against consumer choices, particularly on its iPhone. The investigation focused on the consumers’ choices against Brand Equity and all its four determinants which are Brand Loyalty, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, and Brand Image. 115 smartphone users (samples) were conveniently recruited in Kuala Lumpur and all questionnaires were successfully handed out to every one of them. Data collected were analyzed using SPSS. Surprisingly, the hypotheses for the test of the causal relationship between the antecedents of brand equity and consumer choice are found to be significant. Besides the dropped in Apple’s market share in Malaysia, most Smartphone users believed that Apple still has high brand equity. This research able to give a clear insight into the factors that influence brand equity simultaneously reveal the impact on the consumers’ choices towards Apple smartphones and it will help in reaching out to more consumers particularly for Apple and other Smartphone producers

Abstract

The dynamic, competitive and complex business environment nowadays demanded for entrepreneurs or new players in business venturing to create extra ordinary sustainable competitive advantages in order to achieve the business stated objectives, missions and vision simultaneously excel in the market. One of the well-known recipes and tools to achieve these dreams is through a well written and excellent business plan. Business planning is known as one of the business management tools used to achieve those stated venture’s dreams (objectives, missions and vision simultaneously excel in the market). Consequently, a business venture should prepare a convincing and promising business plan to attract investors. It is known that, investors are willing to invest or will be more prepared to invest in a business venture when they believe that the business planning is realistic and profitable based on their forecast and prediction of the business viability. When business plan is prepared based on correct information and data, investors will have confidence in the market, product or service of the business. The accuracy of a business plan will reflect the management’s ability, experience and history in running the business. Undeniable, many new ventures failed due to the failure of entrepreneurs to prepare an excellent business plan. Nevertheless, what it takes to develop a good business plan? Therefore, this paper will critically discuss the various aspects in the recipe of making a business plan an excellent document for new venture entrepreneurs. Careful analyses of twenty-one articles with different themes pertaining to business plan and its relationship to the success or failure of any new ventures yields some insights on issues prevalent in the matter. Abstract

Abstract

When Uzbekistan left the Soviet Union 30 years ago and declared independence, the United States was one of the first to recognize it and establish diplomatic relations. Former US ambassadors were given the floor at a virtual forum hosted by the Republican Embassy in Washington. According to Uzbek Ambassador to the United States and Canada Javlon Vahabov, they have made an invaluable contribution to making the two countries, strategic partners. In 1992, the American Embassy was opened in Tashkent. Henry Clark, the first US ambassador to Uzbekistan, recalls how the country spent its days of coupons and economic hardship when it was difficult to boil a pot. Political scientist Ainura Akmatalieva mentions “In the US Central Asian policy, the desire to strengthen relations with Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will prevail over regional dialogue”. It is stated that the USA focuses on Uzbekistan because of Afghanistan, and stability. Abstract

Study This aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on Tiktok Shop customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable among students in Medan. The approach used in the study This is an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were Medan city students who had made purchases at the Tiktok Shop 2 or more times, the number of which is unknown. The sample for this research was 390 respondents. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using a quantitative approach using SEM PLS. Research results show that brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly affect Tiktok Shop's customer loyalty. Brand image, product quality, and price positively and significantly affect Tiktok Shop's customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, price has no positive and insignificant effect on TikTok Shop customer loyalty. Brand image, product quality, and price positively and significantly affect Tiktok Shop customer loyalty through customer satisfaction among students in Medan

Abstract

It is always become a dream of every entrepreneur to witness the growth of their venture. Growing venture is a signal of success. However, there is not easy to manage the growth of every venture in the organizational lifecycle. The ability to manage the stage of growth by entrepreneurs will determine whether the venture able to reach other phases in the lifecycle of not. There are many considerations need to take into account if the entrepreneurs want to achieve the ultimate stage in the lifecycle and off course so many sacrifice need to be done for that. Careful analyses of fourteen articles with different themes on organizational growth yield some insights on issues prevalent in the matter. Finally, this paper proposes an integrated model for the suggestions on how business venture could manage those growths. The suggestions are constructed based on insights drawn from the analyses of the articles. The suggested strategies may be used as a guide for any business ventures and may be useful tools for consultants to use in handling tasks relating to the managing of the stage of growth in the organizational lifecycle

Abstract

In achieving the state's goal of providing comprehensive welfare for all Indonesian people, BUMDes has an equal distribution role and grants village autonomy so that it does not depend on the state. BUMDes which in its implementation has problems such as the utilization of existing resources and the effectiveness of production in the business activities carried out is something that must receive attention because this is a common problem but will pose a big obstacle if not handled properly. For this reason, Supply Chain Management may provide a benefit which can solve problems that occur in BUMDes business activities. Therefore, this study aims to explore and find answers to the Utilization of Supply Chain Management for BUMDes. Researchers in this study used a qualitative method which used books and journals that might be available to researchers as the main source and other relevant data as secondary sources. The researcher found that the use of Supply Chain Management in BUMDes business activities has a positive and significant effect if done correctly, because by using this method, BUMDes can make better use of their human resources and the provision of production goods will be wider, not only for local people. the surrounding area can even reach the international market if done properly.
