<![CDATA[The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that appendicitis is the eighth leading cause of death in the world in 2020 and is estimated to be the fifth leading cause of death in the world in 2021 (Efendi, 2015). The incidence of appendicitis is more common in developing countries than developing countries, this is due to changes in dietary patterns in developed countries towards low fiber foods.Appendicitis (appendicitis) is a gastrointestinal disease and surgical disease that often occurs in society, especially among teenagers such as students. Young people tend to have poor fiber intake, for example not eating enough vegetables and fruit, which causes functional blockage of the appendix and increases bacterial growth. This can cause appendicitis. Amanah Modern Islamic College-Tahfiz Quran High School Jalan Captain Sumarsono No. used to organize those social services. 180, Helvetia Village, Medan Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The target of the activity is students from the Amanah Modern Islamic High School-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. The results of this community service have a positive impact on the parties involved, especially the students of Amanah Modern Islamic High School-Tahfiz Qur'an Middle School. Students can increase their knowledge about preventing appendicitis in teenagers. In addition, students can improve skills in preventing appendicitis in teenagers by trying to consume high fiber such as vegetables and fruit to prevent appendicitis.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning in making food and drink garnishes has been integrated into the vocational school curriculum, but there is a problem faced by students when the learning process for making garnishes in class X takes place online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition results in the minimal ability of students to make garnishes. Based on this background, the proposed training for making drink garnishes and tumpeng were really needed by these students. The methods used in training for making drink garnishes and tumpeng are interactive lectures, practices, questions and answers, and discussions. Training in making drink garnishes and tumpeng were given to class XII in Culinary Service Department at State Vocational High School 1 Sayung. This training begins with filling in the participant attendance list, then opening the activity, providing materials, assistance with the practice of making garnishes, followed by discussion, then ends with a group photo. The level of success of this training can be concluded through 2 (two) indicators, which are the students' enthusiasm for participating in this activity and the students' ability to independently make drink garnishes and tumpeng. The final result obtained was that the students were very enthusiastic about participating in the training from beginning until the end, then the students showed an attitude of having implemented the garnish making process well]]>

<![CDATA[Early The fashion industry in Indonesia is one of the contributors to fabric waste which is difficult to handle, requires special handling so that fabric waste can decompose or become a multi-purpose product. The Zero Waste pattern is a technique in making clothing patterns that places the pattern effectively without leaving fabric residue. The Zero Waste pattern can be used in making clothes and trousers so it is effective in reducing fabric waste. The target of this training is class 2 and class 3 Fashion Design Vocational School students who are taking pattern subjects. This training aims to provide additional knowledge to students in the field of fashion pattern making. This training is expected to be able to add new experiences so as to improve the skills and competencies of Fashion Design students. The method used is to provide insight and training in Zero Waste pattern making to vocational school students. This training produces trousers products using the Zero Waste pattern. Pants products with the Zero Waste pattern can become a trend for contemporary young people and leave no waste.]]>

<![CDATA[Socialization activities regarding anti-plagiarism and wisely usage of social media for new students are activities that are integrated in the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) program in 2023. The aim of this socialization activities are to provide new students with new understanding and knowledge regarding anti-plagiarism and wise in using social media. The implementation stage of this socialization activities consists of 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The method used in this socialization activities are by providing information and presenting material for 1 (one) hour. The successful achievement of socialization activities for anti-plagiarism and wisely usage of social media was concluded through 2 (two) indicators, namely participant enthusiasm and participant ability in answering questions from the speaker. For the enthusiasm of the participants, all of them were very enthusiastic about the material provided. This was shown by all participants arriving on time and seriously following the socialization from the beginning until the end of proram. Regarding the participant's ability to answer questions from the speaker, all questions submitted by the speaker can be answered well and correctly by the participant.]]>

<![CDATA[AKS Ibu Kartini is a Vocational College where 80% of student activities are in work laboratories which are at risk of work accidents, so it is necessary to conduct outreach on the introduction of Occupational Safety, Health and the Environment (K3L). The aim of the outreach is for participants to know and apply K3L at work to improve health, minimize work risks, create a healthy work environment, and increase work productivity and healthy living behavior with Zero Waste. The methods used for socialization are interactive lectures, Javanese questions and discussions.Training on introducing Safety, Occupational Health and the Environment (K3L) and Healthy Living Behavior with Zero Waste was given to semester 1 students during the Introduction to New Student Campus Life (PKKMB) activity. This training begins with filling in the participant attendance list, then officially opening the activity, providing materials, followed by questions and answers and discussion, then ends with a group photo. The level of success of this training can be concluded through 2 (two) indicators, namely participant enthusiasm and student enthusiasm in the smooth running of this socialization activity, starting from the preparation process to implementation and participants having knowledge in answering quizzes]]>
