Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Problem Solving Learning (PSL) Model Using Concrete Media in Improving Mathematics Learning about Geometry for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 7 Kutosari in the Academic Year of 2015/2016. The objectives of this research to improve Mathematics learning through the application of PSL. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were teachers and students of the fifth grade of SD Negeri 7 Kutosari in the academic year of 2015/2016. The conclusion of this research is the application of PSL using concrete media can improve Mathematics learning for the fifth grade of SD Negeri 7 Kutosari in the academic year of 2015/2016.Keywords: Problem Solving Learning (PSL) method, concrete media, Mathematics learning Abstrak: Penerapan Metode Problem Solving Learning (PSL) dengan media benda konkret tentang Bangun Ruang dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 7 Kutosari Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Model Kontekstual untuk Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Matematika Bagi Siswa Kelas III SDN 3 Karanganyar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan menerapan pembelajaran dengan model kontekstual dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran Matematika tentang bilangan cacah pada siswa kelas III SD dan menemukan kendala serta solusi selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: penerapan model kontekstual dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran Matematika tentang bilangan cacah pada siswa kelas III. Kendalanya yaitu: siswa malu bertanya, beberapa siswa pasif dalam diskusi kelompok, dan kurang percaya diri saat presentasi. Solusinya ialah: memotivasi siswa, dengan mengajak siswa bermain dengan tujuan lebih mengenal sikap dan kepribadian siswa, mengarahkan siswa untuk bekerja sama dengan kelompok sesuai dengan nama buah, dan membimbing siswa saat  menyampaikan presentasi. Kata kunci: Model Kontekstual, Pembelajaran Matematika.

Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Realistic Mathematics Education Approach Using Visual Media in Improving Mathematics Learning for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 2 Krandegan. The objectives of this research are to improve Mathematics learning in  the  fifth  grade  students  of  SDN  2  Krandegan. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were 32 students of the fifth grade of SDN 2 Krandegan in academic year 2015/2016. Techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and tests. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of technique and sources. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The conclusion of this research is the application of Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach using visual media can improve Mathematics learning for the fifth grade students of SDN 2 Krandegan in academic year 2015/2016. Keywords: RME, visual media, MathematicsAbstrak: Penerapan  Pendekatan  Pendidikan Matematika Realistik  dengan Media Visual  dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran  Matematika  pada Siswa Kelas V  SDN 2 Krandegan. Subjek  penelitian  ini  adalah  siswa  kelas  V SDN  2 Krandegan tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah  32  siswa.  Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan lembar soal. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan PMR dengan media visual secara tepat dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran Matematika pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Krandegan Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 Kata kunci: PMR, media visual, Matematika

Abstract

Abstract: The Application of Visualization, Auditory, Kinesthetic Learning Using Concrete Media in Improving Natural Science Learning for the Fourth Grade Students of Elementary Schools. The objective of this collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve natural science learning for the fourth grade students of elementary schools.This research is conducted within two cycles in two meetings. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, interview, and documentation. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of sources and technique. The results of this research showed that the application of VAK learning using concrete media can improve natural science learning for the fourth grade students of elementary schools. Moreover, in the beginning of the treatments, the percentage of learning mastery of students is 53.57%, then it reached 89.12% in the end of treatments in the cycle two.Keywords:  VAK, concrete media, natural science, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Efforts Usage Inquiry Methods in Learning Mathematics of simple geometry in Class IV Elementary School 1 Jatiluhur Year 2012/2013. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of methods of inquiry in improving mathematics learning of simple geometry. This research was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 1 Jatiluhur. The data source of this research is the students, teachers, and observer. Data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, interview and test. The validity of the source data using triangulation techniques and triangulation of data collection techniques. The conclusions of this study is the use of inquiry method can improve learning math on simple geometry in grade IV SDN 1 Jatiluhur year 2012/2013. Abstract

Abstract: The Implementation of PQ4R Strategy Using Leaflet as Teaching Material in Improving Students? Learning Outcomes of Social Science Learning for the Fourth Grade Students. This research aims to improve learning outcomes of social science with the implementation of PQ4R strategy by using leaflet as teaching material. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research conducted within three cycles. Each meeting consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of this research were 23 fourth grade students in SDN 1 Jatisari. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of sources and technique. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this research showed that the implementation of PQ4R strategy using leaflet as teaching material can improve students? learning outcomes of social science reaches 95.65%. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of PQ4R strategy using leaflet as teaching material can improve students? learning outcomes of social science. Abstract

Abstract: Application of Model Mind Map in Improving Learning Outcomes IPS on Technology Development IV Elementary School Grade 2 Jatisari District of Kebumen Kebumen Academic Year 2014/2015. This study aims to (1) describe the use of mind mapping models in improving learning outcomes IPS about technological developments fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jatisari academic year 2014/2015. (2) improve learning outcomes IPS about technological developments fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jatisari academic year 2014/2015. (3) describe the obstacles and solutions use mind mapping models in improving learning outcomes IPS about technological developments fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Jatisari academic year 2014/2015. This study is a collaborative action research conducted in three cycles, each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the use of the model mind map according to the procedure correctly it can improve learning outcomes IPS about technological developments fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kebumen Kebumen Jatisari District of the academic year 2014/2015. In the pre-action completeness percentage reaches 25% of new students, having carried out the action on the first cycle completeness percentage of students increased to 93.85%, in the second cycle and third cycle increased to 96.42%.Keywords: model of Mind Map, student learning outcomes, IPS, technological developments

Abstract

Abstract: The Use of REACT Strategy Using Visual Media in Improving Social Science Learning Outcomes about Cooperation for the Fourth Grade Students of SD Negeri 3 Panjer. The objective of this research is to improve social science learning outcomes about cooperation for the fourth grade of SD Negeri 3 Panjer through the implementation of REACT using visual media. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles through stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Panjer totaling 22 students. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, and interview. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of sources and triangulation of technique. The result of this research showed that the implementation of REACT strategy using visual media can improve social science learning outcomes for the fourth grade students of elementary schools. It was proved by the increase of learning mastery percentage in the first cycle 72.73%, in the second cycle 81.82%, and in the third cycle 90.91%. Keywords: REACT strategy, visual media, learning outcomes, social science Abstrak: Penerapan Strategi REACT dengan Media Visual dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPS tentang Koperasi pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 3 Panjer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD melalui penerapan strategi REACT dengan media visual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa IV SDN 3 Panjer dengan 22 siswa. Data penelitian ini berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi REACT dengan media visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus I mencapai 72,73%, siklus II mencapai 81,82%, dan siklus III mencapai 90,91%. Kata Kunci: Strategi REACT,  Media Visual, Hasil Belajar, IPS

Sila Rahmawati. The Application of Research Based Learning (RBL) Using Scientific Approach in Improving Social Science Learning in SDN 1 Sukomulyo in Academic Year 2015/2016. The objectives of this research are to describe the application of Research Based Learning using Scientific approach and to improve social science learning. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). Validity of the data used in this research was the triangulation of sources and techniques. Analysis of data applied qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Abstract

Abstract: Using Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) methods by Magazine Children Media to Improve Reading Interests and Skills Grade IV Elementary School 1 Jogopaten in Academic Year 2014/2015. The purpose of this study is to increase interest and reading skills . This study is a collaborative classroom action research conducted in two cycles. This study uses four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study is the fourth grade students at SDN 1 Jogopaten the academic year of 2014/2015. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques such as triangulation of data sources and data collection techniques. Source of data in this study are students, fourth grade teacher, researcher, and colleagues. Data collection techniques were used that test and non test. The results showed that the application of the CIRC with children's magazines media can increase the interest and skills of reading with a score questionnaire interest in reading increased by 12.73%. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan membaca.. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Jogopaten tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi yang berupa triangulasi sumber data dan teknik pengumpulan data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa, guru kelas IV, peneliti, dan teman sejawat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CIRC dengan media majalah anak-anak dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan membaca dengan skor angket minat membaca mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,73%. Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan keterampilan membaca mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,12%. Kata kunci: CIRC, majalah anak-anak, minat, keterampilan membaca
