Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer service quality, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer trust dan switching barriers terhadap customer retention. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (testing hypotesis). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan keseluruhan hipotesis diuji dengan metode structural equation modeling yang menggunakan Amos 7.0. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 206 responden, yaitu para konsumen yang telah berlangganan internet melalui provider internet Speedy atau Fastnet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa variabel yang tidak mendukung hipotesis, yaitu customer trust tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap customer retention. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya dapat menambah jumlah variabel dan responden.Kata kunci: customer service quality,  customer perceived value, customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis purpose of research is to identify the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Statistics Indonesia. The methods of analysis used in this research is a simple regression analysis were processed with SPSS software version 13.0. Collecting data in this research are based on a sample of 59 employees Bureau of Finance and Directorate of Statistical Dissemination in Statistics Indonesia. In this research, the authors investigated the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Statistics Indonesia. Based on the analysis results and discussion can be concluded that public service motivation have a significant influence on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Statistics Indonesia.Keywords: public service motivation, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

AbstractExchange is  a useful  framework for conceptualization in marketing behavior. The recent objective marketing is not only creating in selling products or services and customer satisfaction needing but also the objective has been moving to creating and integrating customer value. Satisfaction, trust and commitment attributes have been used as attributes for creating customers value. Drawing on insight from extant literature this article purpose analysis of evolusion exchange in  marketing strategy. The qualitative research is used in this study by using several literatures. The author found that there was a change in  exchange paradigm from transactional to relational exchange. The moving of paradigm as parallel with the development of world economy especially in the post industry era.Keywords: relationship marketing, longlife customers value, relational exchange

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation, to determine influence of the work environment, to determine influence of intrinsic motivation and work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods. Associative research approach. The sample used were 69 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression were performed using statistical software SPSS 20. Based on the analysis by using statistical software SPSS 20 note that the regression equation Y = . Intrinsic motivation has a significant influence to employee performance. By T value > Ttable (5,703 > 1,996008). Include a significant influence between work environment to employee performance. By Tvalue  > Ttable ((3,304 > 1,996008). The coefficient of determination (Kd) = 71% shows the influence of the intrinsic motivation and work environment on employee performance, while the remaining 29%  influenced by other factors not included in this study. And the results of the F test is known that the F value > Ftable (80,967 > 3,1359), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that the intrinsic motivation and work environment has a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Intimas Lestari Nusantara.Keywords: intrinsic motivation, work environment, employee eerformance AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap  kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20 diketahui bahwa persamaan regresi berganda Y =. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu, (5,703 > 1,996008). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan nilai Thitung  > Ttabel yaitu, (3,304 > 1,996008). Nilai koefisien determinasi (Kd) = 71% menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 29% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu, (80,967 > 3,1359), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Intimas Lestari Nusantara.Kata Kunci: motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

AbstractSome challenges MEA labor courts in Indonesia will only raise the unemployment rate itself, because it has no impact on improving the living standards of the people of Indonesia. If Indonesia is not ready, then the free flow of goods, services, investment, skilled labor and capital, seen as a threat rather than an opportunity. Another challenge is the horizontal chasm between countries with advanced economy class and are still intermediate and advanced. Vertical chasm between the liberal democratic state and still authoritarian. ASEAN Economic Community which was formed with a mission to make the economy in ASEAN for the better and be able to compete with countries - countries whose economies are more advanced than the current condition of the ASEAN countries. In addition, the realization of the ASEAN Community in which there is AEC, can make ASEAN into a more strategic position in the international arena, we expect the realization of the ASEAN economic community is able to open the eyes of all parties, so that there is a dialogue between sectors that will also be complementary among stakeholders in the State sector of the economy of ASEAN countries. Indonesia challenges ahead realize meaningful change to the lives of everyday people. This opportunity is open, if not immediately used will be left behind, because the process is also followed the motion of other countries and it continues to unfold.Keywords: SMEs, Strategy, ASEAN AbstrakBeberapa  tantangan MEA seperti  lapangan  tenaga  kerja  yang  ada  di Indonesia hanya akan menaikkan angka pengangguran itu sendiri, karena tidak berdampak pada peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat Indonesia. Bila Indonesia tidak siap, maka aliran bebas barang, jasa, investasi, tenaga kerja terampil  dan  modal,  terlihat  sebagai  ancaman  daripada  peluang.  Tantangan lainnya adalah jurang horizontal antara negara dengan kelas ekonomi maju dan yang masih menengah dan maju. Jurang vertikal antara negara yang demokratis liberal dan masih otoriter. ASEAN Economic Community  yang dibentuk dengan misi menjadikan perekonomian di ASEAN menjadi lebih baik serta mampu bersaing dengan Negara - negara yang perekonomiannya lebih maju dibandingkan dengan kondisi Negara ASEAN saat ini. Selain itu juga dengan terwujudnya ASEAN Community dimana di dalamnya terdapat AEC, dapat menjadikan posisi ASEAN menjadi lebih strategis di kancah Internasional,  kita  mengharapkan  dengan  terwujudnya  komunitas  masyarakat ekonomi ASEAN ini dapat membuka mata semua pihak, sehingga terjadi suatu dialog antar sektor yang nantinya juga saling melengkapi diantara para stakeholder  sektor  ekonomi  di  Negara  negara  ASEAN. Tantangan Indonesia kedepan mewujudkan perubahan yang berarti bagi kehidupan keseharian masyarakatnya. Peluang yang  sudah  terbuka  ini,  kalau  tidak  segera dimanfaatkan akan tertinggal,  karena  proses  ini  juga  diikuti  gerak negara  lain  dan  hal  itu  terus bergulir.  Kata kunci: UMKM, Strategi, ASEAN
