JIK: Jurnal Ilmu Komputer adalah jurnal ilmiah yang memuat tulisan penelitian dan non penelitian dalam bidang ilmu Komputer, yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Pengelola Jurnal Ilmiah UEU. Jurnal ini terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal Ilmu Komputer sebagai wadah karya ilmiah para dosen dalam memgimplementasikan dan mempublikasikan hasil penelitian (kualitatitif, kuantitatif dan mixing) berdasarkan proses studi literasi, experimental dan yang pendanaan diperoleh secara mandiri, hibah internal maupun eksternal. Publikasi karya ilmiah sebagai salah satu unsur tridharma perguruang tinggi di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Esa Unggul dan sangat terbuka untuk kalangan dosen PTN/PTS di luar komunitas civitas akademika UEU. Abstract

Human being wishes to finish problems and gain advantages as much as possible with efficiency of resources.The research discusses and compares the use of algorithms: back-tracking and cellular automata (CA) to look for the best way and solution. The main objective of this research is to learn the characteristic of CA and backtracking methos with their implementation at seeking walke at maze. Abstract

One study to generate SVG Touristic Map using shapefile had been done. The study solved the problem cost of e-government implementation using Internet-GIS in tourism service. This reports the results of an effort to develop a software called “ITMG”. To develop software, the waterfall methodology was used in this study. The study used Visual Basic, Access, MapObjects and ASP. The ITMG was tested using Padang Map.The results showed that the ITMG fulfills the user requirements in tourism service.Keywords: e-Governmen, Internet, GIS, Map - Shapefile

Abstract

This research aim determines how ready BKPM in applications e-government and find patterns in resorts immediacy BKPM. Data this research comes from where official BKPM as respondent asked to give immediacy score towards organization management aspect, service management, application, security, network and internet, software, with hardware at his place resort works. This research result shows that in general BKPM enough ready in applications e-government although network aspect and internet with aspect hardware inclined less at resorts BKPM. Also show that resorts at province level inclined more ready in comparison with resorts at regency/city level; and so do resorts at part Indonesian west inclined more ready than resorts at part in Indonesian east.Keywords: E-government, Feasibility Study, Indonesia

Abstract

The use of advance technology that is able to speed business activities in an organization is desperately needed nowdays. The success of new technology implementation depends on quality of the technology, either,  quality of system design, quality of information presented, or quality of the service provided, which determine the level of revenue and the level of end-user satisfaction. Entering the end of 2006, a divizion of ABC Bank, namely Sales Colony, which moves into the card sale payment has started applying a kind of management information system called the Sales Colony Management System (SCMS). The SCMS is one example of the new IT application applied, which aims to accelerate the process of business activities that, viewed in terms of speed, effectiveness and efficiency. Result of the study shows that there was a significant correlation between high quality information system SCMS with the level of revenues, and the level of end-user satisfaction, where the better quality information system SCMS, the higher the level of acceptance and satisfaction of end users to the system. Many benefits and convenience of the system of information SCMS are seen. The factors that mostly affect the end-user satisfaction in the use of the information system is the quality of the information presented, the quality of  perceived ease of use, the quality of  service of the  IT Colony sales staff .Keywords: Quality, Management Information System, SCMS

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to explain the design of the simulation process for the kerosene at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Unit Pemeasaran III Cabang Bandung. The methodology used in this research is to do some simulation procedure starting from problem formulation, data collection, model definition, validation, building application, running simulation and analysing the result from the simulation. The software used in the simulation is extend simulation 6.0. The result of this distributed from depo to the individu consumer and the industrial consumer. It is also possible to get the profit which is got by the depot. It can be assumed by the total of the distributed kerosene. The procentage of the assumption is 32% for the distribution to the individual consumer and 68% for the distribution to the industrial consumer.Keywords: Distribute, Extend, Kerosene

New electricity network installing information system in PT. PLN area service sepatan registration information data customer transaction stills too complex and need many paper medias for the presentation, sometimes also livelihood time process information very slow and consume many times. This system genuinely still done according to manual, so that when does data or information hits customer transaction is difficult insides to be founded. Abstract

Aritmatic operation’s executation time in real time system is bounded by deadline. The method commonly used to meet these deadline is by employing any suitable process scheduling algorithm. These effort contains potential weakness, that is if time needed to operate is longer than its deadline, the final result can not be determined. This is caused by the algoritms of the arihtmatic operation commonly used nowday can determine a final result after completing computation or accuracy of computation equal to 100%..  This research tries to design new algorithm and its processing unit that works to fulfilled real time principles. i.e Minimax Computation whish start its computation process from the digit with highest value and the final result can be determined before completing all the process of computation. Minimax Computation consist of two unit MSB-First Addi-tion and one unit of decision Making. Result from two unit MSB-First Addition will be compared by unit of Decision Masking if their quality result equal. This unit will decide the final result. Abstract

Computer technology updates unit process revolution in manual implementation to computer technology which called computerization. PT. DOLPHIN is a company which moving in chocolate industry which still use manual registration I’ll now. With this method, still find mistake with this method a mistake which always found is registration now customer process. Less product promotions and less promotion company promotions to customers. This all mistakes are the problem which can be affecting the company do not growth. Because of computerization registration system new customer and product order base on web can be a erectly solutions in solve PT. DOLPHIN problems for process new customer registrations. Analysis and constructions system with united modeling language and system which build program language PHP from result of this research, found a system between of data base system which conduction to help for set up customer file and customer order, so with this system can changed input system.Keywords: Information System, Customer Registration, Order
