Abstract

between member or between member with organizing committee of the company. Internal conflict thta happen within organization will be very influential with the development and the process of every aspect of the event in organization, due there are negative and positive impacts that caused by this internal conflict. Furthermore, company must have a conflict resolution model that very accurate so it can provide a solution as a whole as well as effective and efficient. Alleged factors that cause internal conflict are the differences in opinions, views, desires, and the goals among members of the organization causing dissatisfaction with the leader of the organization due it is considered not able to resolve the conflict well.The purpose of the research is to analyze internal conflict that happened in PT. FUMIRA’s SPSI which is between members and leader of SPSI along the cause and conflict resolve model which is conducted by SPSI.This research is using accumulation with in depth interview with the research subject. This research shows that internal conflict within SPSI is caused by differences of interest between SPSI member concerning the number of Labor Union in PT. FUMIRA SEMARANG, where as part of the member want to establish new labor union and the other part of the member want to continue as one union labor, as they want to hasten change of the leader. Due lack of sattisfaction of the member with the SPSI leader’s performance. This conflict can be solved with using Bipatrit conflict resolution model, where this conflict not only causing negative impact to the product quality but also causing positive impact in evaluation of the system and development of the worker’s competencies for SPSI and PT. FUMIRA in general.This research suggest that there must be a trust between SPSI’s leader and also the member so it can minimize the disputes on SPSI in the future.

Abstract

Growth retail business a rapid progress in a few years make competition is tight. Consumer behavior in a shop at a outlet influenced by several factors of them are the diversity products and the quality of services. Supermaket Gelael Mall Ciputra Semarang is one of the supermarkets known in Semarang city. Problems in this research s a reduction turnover income Supermarkets Gelael Ciputra Semarang in 2015, impact on the number of monthly transactions in the growth supermarkets other Semarang city.This study aims to to find out whether is the products diversity and quality service of the decision the purchase repeated through customer satisfaction on the consumer Supermarkets Gelael Ciputra Semarang. Data collection techniques used the interview and questionnaires , while the sample techniques used non probability of sampling with 100 the total sample. Data in analysis with system validity test, reliability test , the coefficients determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and f test , sobel test and path analysis. Analysis of data done quantitatively on the SPSS program version 19.0.The result showed that diversity of products and quality of services have a positive influence and significant of the decision re purchase through customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the results of the simple analysis linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test , f test, the coefficients determination test , sobel test and path analysis. Customer satisfaction as variable intervening mediate between the diversity of the decision to buy them are full mediation As well as customer satisfaction as variable intervening mediate between product diversity of the decision repeated purchases that is both partial mediation. Of the result of this research,Companies should improve the diversity of products and services to consumer to the customer satisfaction and will may make it a cause loyal to buy replenished so it the sale of company can increase.

Abstract

The development of information technology can lead consumers to quickly find out information about the existence of a product. Companies are required to provide information about their products correctly so it gets a positive response from consumers. Marketing strategies do companies is to shape the brand image and improve product quality. The main problem in this research is about ups and downs of target achievement is never reached in 2011-2015 that is not optimal. This research aims to identify that the influence of brand image and the product quality of the decision of Smartphone Samsung.This study aims to determine the influence of service quality. Whith survey approach, which requires sample of population and questioner as a means of data collection. This research is conducted to 100 responders which buy Smartphone Samsung. Technique of sample is purposive sampling. The analysis method used is a correlation coefficient, the coefficients determined, linear regression simple, linear regression double, T test and F test with program SPSS version 16.Based on the result analysis, brand image and product quality are able to explain the variables of buying decision as 92,1% while brand image has 16,4% and product quality 92,0%. Brand Image together with product quality have significant influenced toward buying decision.The conclusion of this research indicated that brand image and product quality partially and simultaneously has an influence on the making decision Smartphone Samsung. Based on the result, advice for PT. Samsung Group have to find a variation of Smartphone Samsung to improve the brand image and retaining product quality

Abstract

Nowadays, the growth of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is emerged it was caused by the growing business in micro-small scale, which is one of them is enting-enting gepuk enterprises in Salatiga. Nevertheless, in conjunction with the emegence of enting-enting gepuk enterprises, the competition among the similiar products or the subtitution products was triggered. The competitions of various brands of enting-enting gepuk have allowed the improvement in marketing strategy for each SMEs enting-enting gepuk. One of the marketing strategies to support the product promotion in order to satisfy the consumers is marketing mix.This research is aimed to know the marketing mix which is implied by enting-enting gepuk enterprises in Salatiga. This research used descriptive analysis, with interviews and observations as its data collection technique. Data sample technique used purposive method. Sample of this research is 5 (five) respondents who are the owner of enting-enting gepuk enterprises in Salatiga.This research concludes that enting-enting gepuk enterprises in Salatiga have did the innovation on product design by adding the choice of flavor variant and change the product packaging design, technical innovation in the form of machine use, product development by producing product besides enting-enting gepuk. Pricing strategies by offering products at different prices based on the amount of contents in a single pack. Promotional strategies tend to be passive. Distribution strategies use direct marketing channels. Based on the aforementioned statements, the researcher suggested that the owner of enting-enting gepuk enterprises can improve their creativities to create new innovations, create a product with a smaller amount of content in one package so the price set more affordable, improve the product promotion with social media or online sites to expand the market, improve the cooperation with the distributor or shops that located throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the influence of Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Social Competence and Business Environment to Business Growth at Restaurant in Tembalang District, Semarang. This research type is explanatory research. Sampling technique is using non probability sampling with 90 samples of business owners. Technique of data collection with questioner and documentation. Data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, coeficient of determination (R2), partial significance test (t test) and simultant significance test (f test) using SPSS 16.0 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, partially and simultantly entrepreneur knowledge, social competence and business environment have an influence on business growth. Suggestions for restaurant business owners in Tembalang District is to increase the knowledge related to business management especially on their human resources so their business can grow better.

Abstract

The existence of a batik shop business competition getting tougher in the city of Pekalongan, indirectly provide great challenges for the retail business to enhance purchase decisions. Purchase decision is the goal that must be achieved by each company. To achieve that goal, the shop batik Larissa need to pay attention to any matters that may affect the purchasing decision. This study examines the purchase decisions of Larissa Gallery & Workshop Pekalongan, relation to store atmosphere, product design and pricing.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of store atmosphere, product design and price of purchase at Larissa Gallery & Workshop Pekalongan. This research type is explanatory research with 100 respondents were taken by using a purposive sampling method and sampling of incidental. In this study, assisted by computer programs to process data that is SPSS version 23.0.The results showed that store atmosphere have influence on purchasing decisions with correlation coefficient 0.581, and the determination of the coefficient 33.8%, product design has an impact on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of correlation of 0.395, and the determination of the coefficient 15.6%, and prices have an impact on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of correlation of 0.287, and the determination of the coefficient 8.2%. Store atmosphere, product design and price collectively have an impact on purchasing decisions with the equation Y = -1.874 + 0.186 X1+0.132 X2+0.128 X3.The conclusion of this research is store atmosphere, product design and price influence to purchasing decision. The suggestions in this research is to improve the performance of its employees to be more interactive in serving the consumers who come, as well as improve the convenience of the shop atmosphere, then the company should be able to make design make-up of batik models and motifs that will be selling company, Up design model and interesting batik motifs will increase the appetite of batik product design expected by consumers, as well as the company in the sense of need to pay attention to several factors in terms of pricing to match the quality of the product in get it.

Abstract

Business development requires companies to survive in the competition. Companies are more required to provide the optimal quality of services provided to consumers to create satisfaction so that consumers are loyal to the company. In addition, good pricing can also increase customer satisfaction. Toga Mas Book Store which is a retail company is required to be able to apply it. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Bookstore Toga Mas Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling amounted to 100 people. This research uses quantitative analysis technique. Analytical methods used are correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and test of sobel with SPSS program version 16. Based on the analysis, service quality and price have influence to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Quality of service and price have contribution influence to customer satisfaction variable equal to 29,2% where service quality have contribution 20,2% and price have contribution 28,7%. Quality of service and price have contribution influence to customer loyalty variable equal to 47,6% where service quality have contribution 38,6% and price have contribution 43,9%. Quality of service and price together have significant effect to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty . The conclusion of this study indicates that the quality of service and price partially or simultaneously affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty bookstore Toga Mas Semarang Smartphone. Based on these results, suggestions for the Toga Mas bookstore must be to improve the quality of service and maintain a pricing strategy.

Abstract

Organization culture in the company can be a guide for the employee to doing the job and norms behavior. So as motivation is an important element in the company to improve employee performance. Aim for this research is to describe and analyze influence organization culture and motivation to employee performance in PT. BPR Artha Huda Abadi Pati.       This research used 74 PT BPR Artha Huda Abadi Pati marketing departemen employee as a population and respondents. Sampling technique used in this research is by using non-probability sampling technique that is Purposive Sampling. Analysis method to process the data is using correlation coefficient, determinant coefficient, simple linear regression, and double linear regression, T-Test, F-Test with SPSS V.16 program.       The result of analyzing data organization culture and motivation id take effect to employee performance. Organization culture and motivation can describe variable of employee’s performance amount to 40,4%. Organization culture can explain employee performance amount to 28,6%, while motivation can explain amount to 20,2%. Organization culture and motivation together affect to the employee’s performance.        Conclusion from this research is organization culture and motivation partially have effect to the PT. BPR Artha Huda Abadi Pati employee’s performance. Suggestion that can be give is how the company can create good corporate order so that employees can work well and discipline in work, give direction employees to the culture of all K3 (Satisfaction, Safety and Health) and good communication and provision of better facilities.

Abstract

The main needs such as food and beverages are necessities that must be met. In thisfast-paced era, humans need everything easy and practical, especially drinks. This resulted inmany companies in Indonesia competing to produce soft drinks in packaging. Therefore,every business must be able to increase sales in order to survive in this business world. Inparticular, this study discusses the purchase of Tea Ready Drinking In Packing brand TehBotol Sosro Semarang which during the year 2012-2016 decreased sales. If it is not repairedand resolved is not impossible will cause problems for PT. Sinar Sosro Semarang in thefuture.Aim of this research was to found of price, quality and brand image on purchasing decisionsof Tea Ready Drink In Packaging Teh Botol Sosro on consumers Student S1 Faculty of Social andPolitical Sciences Diponegoro University Semarang. Type of research used is eksplanatory research.The samples used are 100 respondents who consume of Teh Botol Sosro. The sampling techniqueused is Purposive Sampling. Methods of data analysis using correlation test, determination test,simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and f test with the help of IBMSPPS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0.Based on the analysis results concluded that price, product quality and brand imagehave a positive effect on purchasing decision. Significantly, price variables, product qualityand brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. There are some indicatorsthat are still below average, suggestions given to the company is to megevaluasi pricecompetitors, re-evaluate the quality of its products and maintain its brand image.

Abstract

The stock price is a form of public trust in the company’s performance. Stock price are influenced by two factors, that are the fundamental factor or factor related to the performance of a company and market factor (investors and potential investors trust), the factors that are determined from the external company. There are various sectors of open manufacture or manufaktur tbk listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). One of them is the multifarious industry sector which consists of 7 sub-sectors of open manufacturing companies or manufaktur tbk. The automotive and component sub-sectors consissts of 13 open manufacturing companies or manufaktur tbk. In the last three years the automotive and component sub-sectors have fluctuated in the ROA, ROE, EPS, DER, and stock price so that investors have difficulty determining the decision indicator to invest.This type of research is an explanatory research, with the population that can be studied in the automotive and component sub-sectors with a total of 11 companies. The type of data source that used is the secondary data obtained indirectly. The type of data used in this study are time series data and cross section data or often referred as panel data. Methods of data analysis used are classical assumption, correlation, determination, simple regression, multiple regression, and signification test by using SPSS application.This study concludes that ROA and EPS have an effect on stock price, which mean ROA and EPS have increase, then stock price partially increase. While ROE and DER have no effect on stock price. Testing simultaneously shows ROA, ROE, EPS, and DER have an effect on stock price. If ROA, ROE, EPS, and DER increase, then the stock price increases as well.Based on that matter, the authors suggest that automotive and component sub-sectors companies should pay attention to indicators on ROA, ROE, EPS, and DER so stock price will increase. So that the investors are interested to invest their asset in the company.
