Abstract

Indikator keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan adalah kepuasan pasien(Depkes RI, 2008). Konsep mutu layanan sangat memiliki kaitan dengan kepuasan pasien. Mutu pelayanan kesehatan menunjukkan pada tingkat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan dalam menimbulkan rasa puas pada diri setiap pasien. Makin sempurna kepuasaan tersebut, makin baik pula mutu pelayanan kesehatan (Depkes RI, 2008). Pada penelitian ini kepuasan pasien diukur dengan ke adanya mutu pelayanan terkait kualitas pelayanan dan kompetensi pegawai di Puskemas Halmahera kota Semarang. Indikator yang membentuk secara signifikan variabel kepuasan pasien adalah K1,K2,K4 dan K6 , Indikator yang membangun variabel kompetensi pegawai adalah KOP1,KOP2,KOP3,KOP4, dan KOP7 sedangkan indikator-indikator pada variabel yaitu reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy dan responsiveness signifikan dalam membentuk variabel kualitas pelayanan. variabel kepuasan pasien dan kompetensi pegawai memiliki nilai construct reliability (CR)  lebih dari 0,7 sehingga  memiliki konsistensi tinggi namun nilai Average Variance Extracted (AVE) untuk keseluruhan variabel baik first-order maupun second-order kurang valid.An indicator of the success of a service in the world of health is patient satisfaction. The thing that is no less important in serving patients to achieve patient satisfaction is the quality of service at the hospital. The quality of health services shows the level of perfection of health services in creating a sense of satisfaction in each patient. The more perfect the satisfaction, the better the quality of health services. In this study, patient satisfaction was measured by the quality of service related to service quality and employee competence at the Halmahera Health Center in Semarang. The indicators that make up significantly the patient satisfaction variable are KP1, KP2, KP4, and KP6, the indicators that build the employee competence variable are KOP1, KOP2, KOP3, KOP4, and KOP7 while the indicators on the variables are reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness significant in shaping the service quality variable. The variable of patient satisfaction and employee competence has a construct reliability (CR) value of more than 0.7 so that it has high consistency but the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value for all variables, both first-order and second-order, is less valid.

Abstract

The logistic growth model with proportional harvesting is a population growth model that takes into account harvesting factors. In real life, not all conditions can be known with certainty, such as different growth rates in each population and harvest rates depending on the needs of the harvester. To overcome these conditions, there is a concept that accommodates the problem of uncertainty, namely the fuzzy concept. This concept can be induced into a logistic model with proportional harvesting which assumes the intrinsic growth rate and the harvest rate is expressed by fuzzy numbers. The purpose of this research is to form a logistic model with fuzzy proportional harvesting, analyze the stability of the model, and form a numerical simulation. This study uses the alpha-cut method to generalize the intrinsic growth rate and harvest rate from crisp numbers to fuzzy numbers, then the Graded Mean Integration Representation (GMIR) method to defuzzify the model, and the linearization method to analyze the stability of the model. The results of this study obtained a logistic model with proportional harvesting. Then the model was developed into a logistic model with fuzzy proportional harvesting by assuming the intrinsic growth rate and the harvest rate expressed by fuzzy numbers. From the model obtained 2 equilibrium points, namely the first equilibrium point is unstable and the second equilibrium point is asymptotically stable under certain conditions. Model simulation is given to show illustration of stability analysis. From the simulation, it can also be shown that the higher the graded mean value, the lower the population.

Abstract

The epidemic models Susceptible, Exposed, Infected and Recovered (SEIR) are used for the spread of diseases that have a latent period (incubation period) which one is measles disease. Latent periods are entered into the Exposed class. Measles itself after the incubation period will experience clinical symptoms consisting of three stages, which are prodromal stage, eruption stage and healing stage. Due to these clinical symptoms, the SEIR model can be modified by dividing the Infected class into two classes, which are Infected Prodromal class and Infected Eruption class. While the healing stage enters Recovered class. The spread of measles can be made into an epidemic model with five classes which are  and . The purpose of this study is to explain the modification of the model, determine and analyze the model's local stability at the equilibrium point of the model and to interpret model simulations with multiple stability-eligible parameter values. The results obtained from this study are modification of  model which is  model. Based on model, two equilibrium points obtained which are disease-free equilibrium points and endemic equilibrium points, which are locally asymtotics stable with conditions. Model simulations are presented to support an explanation of model stability analysis based on stability-meeting parameters

Abstract

When the first operation’s inverse axiom is deleted from the ring,  an algebraic structure, the semiring, is generated. Subsemiring is one of the subjects covered in semiring. The concepts of fuzzy subsemiring, anti subsemiring fuzzy semiring, and complement are introduced in this paper. In addition, the anti-subsemiring fuzzy semiring, a wedge, or a combination of two or more fuzzy anti-subsemiring associated with a non-empty subset of the semiring whose membership criteria are defined by the membership value of the zero elements will be discussed.

Abstract

A life insurance contract contains the amount of funds that must be paid by insured as a responsibility for a received compensation. There funds are called as premium. Payment of the premium which paid with one payment at the beginning of the contract time called as net single premium. One factor that influenced the calculation of life insurance premiums is a life probability. In general, a life probability constructed by the assumption that death only involves two conditions, life and death. Yet, there are another condition for the insured that also affect a person’s death condition which is sick. The objecktive of this research is to determine net single premium of term life insurance formula using transition probability as a life probability. The first will constructed transition from three condition which are health, sick, and death as stochastic process. Transition probability will be determined by solving Chapman Kolmogorov system differential equation. Then the probability transition that determined will be used for calculate net single premium from term life insurance. Net single premium will be determined by using expectation value of present value of benefit random variables. From this research get formula of net single premium of term life insurance contains discount function, transition probability, and force of mortality of someone.

Abstract

Insurance is a risk transfer from the insured to the insurer. In general insurance companies are grouped into two types that life insurance and general insurance. For measure risk in general insurance the method used is using a measure of risk. In the study of risk management, there is one method forming risk measure known a distortion function. The purpose of this study is prove theorems of properties a measure of coherent and consistent risk of distortion. In this study explain the formation of a measure of risk distortion using a distortion function, indicates that if the distortion function is a concave function and shows the consistency of risk distortion measures preserve second order stochastic dominance and show coherence and consistency several of distortion risk measures. The results of this study concave distortion function is a necessary condition and sufficient condition for coherence and a strictly concave distortion function is a necessary condition and sufficient condition for strict ordering consistent with preserve second order stochastic dominance.
