Abstract

Adanya anomali alam yang ditandai peningkatan suhu secara cepat dan intensif di dalam maupun di atas permukaan bumi menyebabkan musim hujan dan kemarau di luar kebiasaannya (el nino dan lanina) serta meningkatnya aktivitas gunung berapi, sehinnga berdampak terjadinya bencanaalam seperti erosi, banjir dan longsor maupun semburan lava atau abu vulkan menyebar hingga jauhke luar daerah. Tentunya dalam rangka mengupayakan untuk menekan resiko dampak bencana tersebut dan memelihara kelestarian alam suatu daerah (termasuk perencanaan dan perbaikan pembangunan Sub Das Samin) diperlukan langkah awal melalui upaya mengetahui pemetaan penentuan batas tanah pertanian dan lingkungannya.Untuk mewujudkan pemetaan daerah ini dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa hal: (1) identifikasi dan analisis tingkat kesuburan tanah dan/atau kesesuaian lahan; (2) inventarisasi iklim, jenis tanah, topografi, drainase, vegetasi, penggunaan tanah, kerawanan terhadap erosi, longsor, banjir, pola usaha tani, ketinggian tempat; dan (3) demografi, kondisi social ekonomi penduduk sekitar Sub Das Samin. Langkah ini kesemuanya dilandasi peraturan per-UU yang berlaku. Luaran dalam bentuk: (1) pengetahuan cara membuat peta batas tanah pertanian dan pengetahuan cara membuat rekomendasi kepada pejabat pemerintah khususnya di Kabupaten Karanganyar, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan Kabupaten Klaten.; (2) softcopy; (3) publikasi ilmiah. Abstract

The study aims to measure the performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta by Balanced Scorecard approach. It is a quantitative study with descriptive design. The study was conducted by measuring the level performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta on four aspects (perspectives) performance in the Balanced Scorecard, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspective. The primary data which is questionnaire was used to measure both the performance of customer perspective and learning and growth perspective, while the secondary data was used to measure both the financial perspective performance and internal business process perspective. The study used students and teachers and also staffs of SMKN 6 Surakarta as respondents. The final result of the study shows that the performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta is on the very good level in general. The performance of financial perspective shows good performance which qualifies the requirement of economical, effective, and efficient, while the performance of customer perspective gains good category. In addition, the performance of internal business processes shows very good level and also the performance of learning and growth perspective shows good category. The results recommend SMKN 6 Surakarta to (1) make effort to improve the school performance which has been at the good level into very good category, (2) the staffs and the librarian should improve the service quality to students, (3) the teachers should concern much more toward the problem of student’s learning, (4) the school leader should be more accommodative and creative in dealing with any school problems, so that the performance of SMKN 6 Surakarta will improve. Abstract

The stock exchange is the value of a stock that reflects the wealth of the company that issued the shares, which change or fluctuate depends on the new accepted information. The development of a company’s stock exchange reflects the value of the company shares, so the wealth of the shareholders shows from the market price of the shares . The purpose of this study is to know and to analyze the differences of the stock exchange before and after listing on the listing LQ45 , as well as to determine the effect of stock prices before and after listing partially and simultaneously influence the stock trading volume. The population of the study is LQ45; is stock listed company and out of membership LQ45 calculation during the period of August 2012 to January 2013; PT. State Savings Bank Tbk , PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk , PT . Gajah Tunggal Tbk , PT . Krakatau Steel Tbk , and PT . Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. The data collecting technique is library research; the researcher takes the data from related literatures or books. Data are taken from the following website: http//www.idx.co.id and: http // www.financeyahoo.com. The data analysing technique is simple linear regression analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result of the study shows differences in stock exchange before and after listing the following companies; State Savings Bank Tbk, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, and PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. While there is no significantly different in the company of PT. Krakatau Steel Tbk between the stock exchange before and after listing. To State Savings Bank Tbk and PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, variables before listing contribute significant influence toward the volume of trade, while the variables after listing shows no significant influence toward the volume of trade. Whereas to PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk and PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, variables before and after the listing has no significant effect on the volume of trade. While to PT Krakatau Steel Tbk, variables before and after the listing show no significant influent toward the volume of trade. Keywords : Stock Price , Listing , LQ 45 and IDX

Abstract

Motivasi kerja karyawan adalah kemampuan untuk melakukan pekerjaan agar lebih giat untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Motivasi kerja biasanya dipengaruhi oleh sikap dari pimpinan itu sendiri. Perhatian seorang pimpinan dalam melakukan pekerjaan bawahannya akan membuat mereka selaku bawahan merasa diperhatikan. Sehingga muncul perasaan senang dan menigkatkan minat untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan yang dibebankan kepadanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan UNIBA Surakarta diharapkan pimpinan menggunakan insentif, kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi, karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi yang tinggi. Di antara ketiga variabel yang penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan tersebut variabel insentif adalah yang paling dominan. Dengan demikian insentif yang harus lebih diutamakan meski tidak boleh mengabaikan variabel yang lain. Kata Kunci : Insentif, Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi

Abstract

Illegal wildlife trade is a serious threat to the conservation of wildlife in Indonesia. Wildlife illegally traded based on the facts found in the field are mostly caught from the wild, instead of breeding. Natural Resources Conservation Center as an institution that has an important role in rescue efforts are strategic and Endangered species protection of law number 5 of 1990 on Conservation of Biological Resources and Ecosystems This study to determine how the efforts of the Conservation Section of Region I Surakarta Agency conservation of natural resources in Central Java in the protection of endangered species in the region and the challenges faced every obstacle In overall role of the Natural Resources Conservation Center has been running well but there is still a shortage of human resources and lack of infrastructure to support the performance. Abstract

Cyber crime merupakan jenis kejahatan baru yang lahir karena pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Di Indonesia masih banyak sekali kasus-kasus yang menyangkut mengenai Cyber crime yang sulit untuk diselesaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai upaya penyelesaian perkara cyber crime dikota Surakarta ditinjau dari Undang-Undang No.11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab sulitnya penyelesaian perkara cyber crime dikota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada masyarakat pengguna intenet dan kepolisian resor Surakarta (polres), serta dari berbagai pustaka. Kemudian dihubungkan teori hukum, bahwa yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hukum adalah substansi hukum, subsistem, dan kultur. Penelitian ini mengasilkan data, bahwa penyelesaian kejahatan cybercrime dan faktor penghambat penyelesaiannya yaitu cara persuasif, kemudian meingkatkan kualitas penegak hukum dalam penyelesaian perkara, menjadikan hukum sebagai dasar setiap tindakan dan faktor-faktor penyebab sulitnya penyelesaian kejahatan cybercrime yaitu, banyaknya masyarakat masih kurang memahami adanya UU ITE di indonesia, sedangkan dari sisi subsistem (polresta Surakarta) merasa kesulitan penyelesaian kejahatan dunia maya ini karena sulit untuk menetukan tempat kejahatan tersebut dilakukan, oleh karena kecanggihan teknologi yang memungkinkan untuk tidak dapat dilacaknya penggunaan internet. Abstract

This paper discusses about performance of local governments in Indonesia. Performance is an issue that is currently rampant discussed because of performance related to accountability or responsibility in managing state finances government mandated by the society to them. This study aims to examine the effect of financial investigation from Supreme Audit Institution in Indonesia - BPK RI (audit findings of internal control weakness, audit findings of noncompliance with regulations, and audit opinion) with the local government’s performance in Indonesia.This study uses multiple regression method to 315 districts/municipalities as a sample selected by purposive sampling method. This study provides evidence that the result of investigation by BPK about audit findings of internal control weakness and audit findings of noncompliance with regulations have significant negative effect on local government’s performance, and audit opinion have significant positive effect on local government’s performance. That means the implementation of investigating is very influential the local government’s performance in Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi word of mouth, kelompok rujukan, citra corporate terhadap penentuan keputusan individu mendaftar di STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Data penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta yang terpilih menjadi sampel sebanyak 82 orang dari 450 orang yang mendaftar ulang. Sedangkan metode untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mempengaruhi penentuan keputusan individu mendaftar pada STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Variabel komunikasi word of mouth, kelompok rujukan dan citra corporate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penentuan keputusan individu mendaftar pada STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Abstract

For through the stages it takes quite a long time up to 439 days the details stated in Law No. 2 Year 2012 Viewed from the angle of its own legal research, then in this study the authors use different types of normative legal research, research capacity and prescriptive approaches law. PT.Pertamina and The Village Ngesrep as the party that will do the release land release process is not implemented in accordance with the law. The process of land release cash Ngesrep village is neither party must include Lands Board (BPN) in cash land clearing procedures this village, it was assessed that both the mengesampibgkan an important role in the release of government land. Moreover in the case of setting the magnitude of change in the form of land loss is the successor, the Countryside or Appraiser PT.Pertamina not use that in this case comes from the Board of Lands. It is feared would adversely affect later on because in fixing the compensation shall only based on the price of land around. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau aspek materiil argumentasi hukum memori banding jaksa penutut umum dalam mengajukan upaya hukum banding terhadap putusan pengadilan tipikor pada pengadilan negeri Rangkasbitung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum doktrinal yang bersifat preskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). Bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer yaitu Undang-Undang No.8 Tahun 1981 Tentang Hukum Acara Pidana dan Undang-Undang No.31 Tahun 1999 jo. Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2001 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, serta bahan hukum sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan, yakni argumentasi hukum memori banding jaksa penuntut umum pada pokoknya menyangkut dua hal yaitu mengenai pidana penjara dan denda yang dijatuhkan oleh Pengadilan Tipikor Rangkasbitung dan menyangkut pidana tambahan pembayaran uang pengganti yang tidak dimasukkan dalam amar putusan pengadilan tipikor Rangkasbitung kepada Terdakwa Kata Kunci: Argumentasi Hukum, Memori Banding, Penuntut Umum
