Abstract

ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT GURU DAN KARYAWAN MADRASAH ALIYAH SWASTA DI KOTA MALANG   Oleh: Siswanto Zaim Mukaffi Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang   Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment of employee’s private Islamic higher education school based on biographical characteristics. Biographical characteristics are consists of age, gender, marital status, number of children, education level, education, and salary. Total sample in the research are 70 respondents. Data analysis is executed by independent samples t-test and Analysis of Varians (Anova). Based on the research indicate that employee organization commitment is quitely different between men and women.  The implementation of Islamic work ethic based on marital status is quietly different in higher level of significant. Managerial implications of human resource management requires to enhance an organizational commitment of private Islamic higher education school women employees. Besides, there are many competitions outside made corporation needs great strategies to pass and win competition. One of these is leadership style. Nowdays, for global change of corporation, transformation, generate organization or corporate effectiveness we need a transformational leadership style. This feature is very fundamental and vital that distinguishes it from other creatures . With the feature of human thinking , deciding what is good and bad , and has the character of a very high curiosity. Tradition of thinking that has led to the tradition of philosophy, namely to think deeply about all that is. From this philosophical traditions emerged various disciplines of science, thus giving birth to the science and technology in containers based on sensory experience. In other words, the birth of the science and philosophy of science because of tradition, which is able to meet the intellectual void. While religion is supreme and ultimate truth that comes from God through revelation to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Surely guiding people to the real truth. Thus fulfilled the void of spirituality in religion. Harmonization of intellectual and spiritual greatness will give birth to civilization based on two sources of Islamic law are the al-Qur’ân and al-Hadîth are the ideals of Muslims in historicism long way in life. EFEKTIFITAS TERAPI DZIKIR TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN (LP) WANITA KELAS II A SUKUN MALANG Oleh:Mohamad Tulus Dosen FITK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Email: moh.tulus@gmail.com Nely Ilmi Qoth’iyah Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan Maskumambang Dukun Gresik Email: neli.ilmi@gmail.com Abstract This study aimed to know the effect of dhikr toward level of anxiety of pregnant women with quasi- experimental research design with pre - test - post-test control group design. Subjects were pregnant women in prison (LP) in Women Prison Malang that chosen with purposive random sampling and  divided in experimental group and control group. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and psychology TMAS scale. It was analyzed by Wilcoxon signed ranks analysis. From a statistical test Wilcoxon signed ranks test with a significance level of 20% ( α = 12:20 ) was obtained assuming significant 0109 0:20. Ha was accepted, means there was a positive effect between dhikr therapy with decreased anxiety levels of pregnant women in prisons, the higher the level of dhikr, the lower the level of anxiety. It can be concluded that the therapy is effective in reducing the dhikr anxiety levels of pregnant women in prisons.   Keywords: Therapy Dhikr, Anxiety, and Pregnant Women in Prison

Etymologically, fiction derived from the root of a finger (latin) means the pretense. On the novel, the author as a writer as well as figures that play basically just considered to be feigned.But precisely because of that, mock impersonate via a character invented and portrayed in literary works become interesting.Furthermore the literary work into a work of value after going through the reading by the readers, researchers and connoisseurs. Abstract

Islam di tengah Putaran Masyarakat Global Oleh: Angga Teguh Prastyo  Abstract Islam and civilization interconnected one another. Civilization is result of good Islam. While certifiable Islamis result of awareness of civilized civilization. So, it is important to plan Islam which has positive contribution of development of civilization. Everything that owned by human being such as heart, soul, mind, ear, feet, hand, have potency to equip existing of civilization or even create modern civilization. Hearth and mind for example, are the source of human being for being attitude and decide policy. Hearth and mind require benefaction values so that a clarification value of civilization will grow from them. Process mind and hearth have a meaning to build resources of human being. Islam is succes if resources of human being is built maximally and ever can boost up prestige of human being it self. If measured with scale, mind and hearth which are the first time on zero it can be turn into ten getting education. That is the real Islam which can be told succeed. Forming an Islam system which be able to process and utilize capable to process and utiliable both of that human being potency is an obligation which have to be done. Both of them have potency to lift the quality of Indonesia human resources to be better. Both of them  are fundamental element of every human being. Heart and mind solidarity will be behaviour. Behaviuor is coherent kindness image in each human. Besides that, behaviour also have a function as kind hearted maturity symbol of human being. Because of becoming identity, duty of the first time is how behaviour becomes  positive identity it self.
