Abstract

Oleh: Nur Asnawi Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang  Abstract Unemployment as one of the macroeconomic indicators of a country is one of the important issues that must be considered, not least in Indonesia. Unemployment in Indonesia almost half donated by college graduates are huge numbers. Ironic phenomenon that emerged in the world of education in Indonesia is the higher one's education, the probability of becoming unemployed is higher. One of the solutions offered by the government to reduce unemployment is to create jobs with government bids model of entrepreneurial But this in certain circles, especially among the educated tend to avoid this profession choice. Average - The average interest in higher office job. It is based on the calculation of the costs that they spend for education and expect a rate of return (rate of return) are comparable.

The theory of multiple-intelligences have assured to every educator that each learners is a bright child, owned by type of intelligence as innate or developed because of the culture. Learning paradigm  designed tarbiyah ulul-albab, must be able to internalize aspects of dhikr, fikr, and amal shaleh that develop four forces: spiritual depth, morality, breadth of knowledge, and professional maturity.

This is because the information obtained from social media is very broad and can be accessed anywhere. Occurrences ISIS movement in Indonesia is also influenced by social media imaging. Consequently, the spread of ISIS teraca flow quickly expanded in Indonesia because it is supported by the speed and breadth of social media networks continues to increase at any time. Such a situation, pose a serious threat the relation between religion and nationality among religions in Indonesia over the appearance of movement ISIS.

Abstract

Oleh: Abdurrahman Dosen STAI Al-Qolam Gondanglegi Malang Email: abdurrahman@staialqolam.com   Abstract This study started from the search effort a correlation between several courses prerequisite to the particular course which shows the four principles of employment in the curriculum construction: scope, sequence, continuity, articulation and balance. Where the results of this effort will be one important ingredient in the evaluation of curriculum construction in STAI Al-Qolam Gondanglegi, especially on Islamic education faculty (Prodi PAI) with CIPPevaluation model. As the beginning research hypothesis, that there is a strong correlation between the eight independent variables on the dependent variable, is a manifestation of the presence of internalized motivation. This study uses a Secondary Data Analysis (SDA) with purposive sampling technique, that is a complete transcript of PAI students in 2009. Calculation result by SPSS, and by considering three important assumption: autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, which shows that the output obtained 8 independent variable has a strong correlation to the dependent variable. Obtained figures of significance p = 0.000 0.01, which means the eighth prerequisite subjects have donated considerable influence: 90.6%, of the results of student performance on Micro Teaching courses.

The success of a strategy for implementation would have been very dependent on the accuracy of the reading strategies of internal conditions, environmental changes and the level of competition . This is used to read an analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses, and the opportunities and threats from the external environment . SWOT analysis is one option to be able to assist in making an effective strategy to win the competition . SWOT analysis is very simple and easy to use but able to give a detailed picture of the internal and external environmental conditions . This analysis is widely used for the preparation of strategic business planning that is aimed to develop a long term strategy so that the direction and objectives can be achieved and targeted so that a decision can be taken . The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of how the need for an analytical tool in understanding the internal condition of both the weaknesses and strengths as well as addressing the external environment in the form of threats and opportunities to take a strategic decision in the face of competition in the global era. Zaini Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Budi Utomo Malang Email: pojur_zen@yahoo.com   Abstract In the view of Islam, Rosulullah have recounted: "Every child is born in the state of fitrah (the potential)..etc (HR. Al-Bukhari Muslims)., it indicates that actually the orientation of education is directed to the humanist process, by learning the human as the educated and dynamic subject with all its potential—not a passive subject, which is deceived by the external powers. However, people are active-autonomous-agents—who are able to determine their own movement— voters and the center of his own life. The orientation of this education system is in accordance with the education concept in Islam that has been taken from the definition of the term tarbiyah, ta'lim and ta'dib. By applying this system, it enables us to realize the humanist, critical and creative education with high moral standards. As it is said by Abbas r.a: "Be a good mannered scholar, with a deep knowledge and alim" (Imarah, 1979:62)
