Abstract

Good nutrition is a key condition of health and has an impact on the quality of human resources. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) malnutrition is determined based on anthropometric indicators according to weight to height length (BW/BH) with z-score of W/H of ≤ 3 SD and the presence or absence of edema. This study aims to determine the factors associated with malnutrition status among under-five children. This was a quantitative analytic descriptive study with cross sectional method. The population in this study was all mothers who had children with malnutrition status at Cebongan Community Health Center who were selected using total sampling technique, namely 27 people. The results showed that there was no relationship between malnutrition status of under-five children with maternal education (p=0.975), LBW (p=0.670) and exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.083) at Cebongan CHC Salatiga.

Abstract

While locked in correctional institutions, inmates' space is limited and isolated from the community. This situation can be a stressor that causes stress on inmates. The stress felt by the individuals can cause an effort to react to the stress experienced. This reaction is an activity to make adjustments to certain stimulatory situations, which if not done properly will cause physical and psychological disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-help groups on the level of depression in inmates of correctional institutions. The design of research used quasi experiment with one group pretest - posttest. 20 respondents were divided into 4 self help groups that were held with frequency of 6 times in 3 weeks to solve issues. Data was analyzed using Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of self-help groups on the stress level of inmates in correctional institutions marked by a p-value of 0.002 p <0.05. Experience and information obtained during self-help groups can be used as a source of coping for inmates so that adaptive coping can be achieved and stress problems can be overcome.

Abstract

INTISARI Selama masa kelahiran terkadang dukungan dari keluarga sangat diperlukan. Keadaan seperti ini dapat menjadi pencetus yang menyebabkan depresi pada ibu postpartum. Depresi yang dirasakan oleh individu dapat menimbulkan upaya untuk melakukan reaksi terhadap depresi yang dialami. Reaksi tersebut merupakan suatu aktivitas untuk melakukan penyesuaian diri terhadap situasi perangsang tertentu, yang apabila tidak dapat dilakukan dengan baik akan menyebabkan gangguan fisik maupun psikologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemberian terapi self help group terhadap ibu dengan depresi post partum. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasy eksperiment dengan one group pretest – posttest. 15 responden dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok melakukan kegiatan self help group selama 4 kali dalam 1 minggu untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh self help group terhadap tingkat depresi postpartum ditandai dengan nilai p-value 0,03. Pengalaman dan informasi yang didapat selama self-help groups dapat dijadikan sumber koping bagi responden sehingga tercapai koping yang adaptif dan masalah depresi dapat teratasi.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit atau gangguan metabolisme kronis yang ditandai dengan tingginya kadar gula darah disertai dengan gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat, lipid dan protein sebagai akibat dari insulfisiensi fungsi insulin, yang dapat disebabkan oleh gangguan reproduksi insulin oleh sel-sel beta Langerhans kelenjar prankreas atau disebabkan oleh kurang responsifnya sel-sel tubuh terhadap insulin. Jumlah kasus diabetes di dunia beberapa tahun terakhir ini semakin meningkat sehingga sangat harus diperhatikan. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang peresepan obat antidiabetes melitus di Fasilitas Kesehatan daerah Gombong periode Januari Maret 2020.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui presentase peresepan obat Antidiabetes melitus pada pasien di Fasilitas Kesehatan daerah Gombong periode Januari Maret 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perempuan paling banyak mengalami diabetes sebanyak 112 penderita atau 68,71%, rentang usia 51-60 paling banyak mengalami diabetes sebanyak 83 penderita atau 50,92%, berdasarkan kondisi pasien diabetes melitus tipe II + komplikasi 155 resep atau 70,55%, terapi obat yang banyak digunakan yaitu metformin sebanyak 107 resep, golongan obat yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu golongan biguanida sebanyak 107 resep, berdasarkan pola persepan obat tunggal dan kombinasi yaitu obat tunggal yang sering digunakan yaitu metformin sebanyak 80 resep atau 49,08%,dan obat kombinasi yaitu metformin + glimepiride sebanyak 20 resep atau 12,27%
