Abstract

Background: Perineal rupture is a tear that occurs in the perineum during labour. The highest cause of maternal death is bleeding, one of the causes of which is perineal rupture with an incidence rate of 16%.Research Objectives: To analyze the factors that influence the incidence of perineal rupture in women giving birth based on previous studies.Research Methods: This study used the Scoping Review method with various references, research journal searches were conducted from several databases such as Google Scholar, Science Direct and Pubmed with related keywords, such as "Factors" OR "Mother" OR "Perineum" OR "Rupture" OR “maternity”. While the search used Indonesian with the chosen keywords, namely "Factors that influence perineal rupture", the results obtained from 7 research journals from the 2017 - 2021 timeframe matched the mix of inclusion and exclusion.Research Results: The results obtained from 7 research journals show that the factors that influence perineal rupture in women giving birth are:Conclusion: Factors that influence perineal rupture in birthing mothers include; Parity factor, delivery distance, newborn weight, pushing technique factor, perineal mass factor.

Abstract

Cases of epilepsy in the world are about 50 million people, 80 % are found in developing countries. Epilepsy is characterized by repeated seizures for no reason. Treatment of epilepsy is with anti-epileptic drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of use of anti-epileptic drugs in BPJS outpatient epilepsy patients at Purwogondo Hospital for the period January – December 2021. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative design. The data retrieval technique uses data from medical records. The sampling technique used is the total sampling on the medical record data of epilepsy patients in January – December 2021 as many as 353 prescription sheets. Data analysis using qualitative. Based on the results of research that epilepsy is widely suffered in male patients (60 %). The age range of people with epilepsy is dominated in children 6- 11 years (35 %) and the type of prescription visits in people with epilepsy is for one-week use of the drug (84 %). Based on the amount of drugs most prescribe at Purwogondo Hospital, namely phenytoin 10mg (31 %) with a single prescribing type (59 %).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan siswa XII dalam menghadapi ujian nasional di SMKN 3 Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 99 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa sebagian besar responden adalah termasuk memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang ringan yaitu sebanyak 43 responden (43,4%), sedangkan untuk tingkat kecemasan tidak cemas sebanyak 2 responden (2,0%), tingkat kecemasan sedang sebanyak 34 responden (34,3%), tingkat kecemasan berat sebanyak 19 responden (19,2%), tingkat kecemasan panik sebanyak 1 responden (1,0%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas sejumlah 43,4% siswa mengalami tingkat kecemasan yang ringan dalam menghadapi ujian nasional di SMKN 3 Kota Magelang.
