Abstract

Background : The number of the elderly people in Indonesia in 2011 is about 24 million peoples or nearly 10 percent of the population. In fact in 1970 there were only 2 million peoples. For 40 years, the increasing of the elderly 10-fold while the population only increased 2-fold (Kompas, 2012). The developing of elderly population need a special attentions especially how to develop the quality of their line this has aim to keep their healthy. Elder posyandu works as well as the aim, will give chance opportunity for elder to get well health service. So they live will keep well and maximal. For the elder must use this opportunity of the program as well probably their healthy will keep cared and showed by the health worker (Wahono, 2010). The knowledge of elder when they know this program will influence their motivation to join in this program (Ismawati, 2010). So very important to develop their knowledge for the benefit of join in elder program for make their live motivate to join it. Purpose : to determine the relationship of the knowledge about elderly with their motivation to attend elderly posyandu at Candi Karangnongko. Methods : The method of the study is Analytic correlation with cross sectional design and the object of the study is elderly people at Candi Karangnongko. The sampling techniques using non-probability sampling technique with a kind of saturation sampling, it means that sampling by taking all the members of the population which are being sampled. Results : The elderly knowledge about elderly posyandu at Candi Karangnongko is quite enough, it?s about 20 peoples (50,0%) . The motivations of the elderly to attend elderly posyandu at Candi Karangnongko is high, it?s about 35 people (87,5%).

Abstract

Background: Sex outside of marriage and adversely affected and the actors themselves around. The impact of which the possibility of contracting sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy outside marriage. It is also impact the high rate of abortion.Each year there are approximately 2.3 million abortions in Indonesia, where 20 percent of teenagers do. Objective: To describe the knowledge and attitudes about premarital sex teens in SMK N 3 Klaten. This study uses descriptive and cross-sectional design of the study. The population in this study as many as 332 students. The amount of samples taken in this study was 96 students. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling Techniques. Research Methods: Respondents had knowledge about premarital sex in the category of good knowledge that by 82 students (85.4%), respondents are included in the category quite as many as 12 students (12.5%) and much less category 2 students (2.1%). Attitudes about premarital sex in the negative category were 63 students (65.6%), respondents in the positive category 33 students (34.4%). Results: illustrate that teens about premarital sex knowledge in SMK N 3 Klaten is 85.4% included in both categories and teen attitudes about premarital sex was 65.5% in the negative category.

Abstract

Background : Play health education is game auxiliaries of edukatif about health education given to child of age early to increase health. While play education is play thing which can optimal development of child. From result of observation in PAUD KB Aisyiyah Morangan amounts to 20 childs that is age 36 months happened deviation development of according to pre questionaire skrining development. On that account researcher interests to know effectivity play health education compared to play education to development child of age early. Purpose : To know effectivity play health education compared to play education to development child of age early. Research Method : Applies sham experiment or quasy experiment. Population and sample in this research the 20 chlids in the village KB Aisyiyah Morangan Karanganom north Klaten. Sampling total divided to become 2 group, 10 child of given group of treatment and 10 childs as a group control. Analysis applies difference t-test. Result : Development score before and after done play health education with t-test that is 18,27 and play education 8,78. Conclusion : Play health education and also play education can increase development score p=0,00 ( p<0,05); CI 95% while test result t play health higher education compared to play education. Ho researcher is refused by both effective same.

Abstract

Background : growing older will increase dementia factor and can decreasing of concentration and remembrance in elderly people. Dementia can restain by brain ? gymnastic, it can increase stimulation in brain so they can remember well or have good remembrance. The interview result from some respondence, respondence have trouble such as they usually forget about time where they put their goods. In there village many villager get descent of dementia and increace the number of dementia. Objective : ti find out efectivity of brain ? gymnastic to prevention dementia to elderly people in the South Klaten. The Method of research : use quasy eksperiment with pre test and post test design qualitative. Population and sample in this research is 20 respondent, they are 10 treatment responden and 10 control respondent. Sampling by purposive sampling with univariate and bivariate analize. Result : the different result of treatment respondent and control respondent with Mann-Whitney U-Test get significan score 0.103 p> 0.05 and t -1.629. Conlusion : brain ? gymnastic is not effective for prevention dementia for elderly in the Glodogan, South Klaten.

Abstract

Background : The result of research the ASI gift shown 37,18% from 488.495 just 181.600 the baby that have exclusive ASI from the mother because she is busy to work and they choose formula milk. In indonesia on 2012 years day by day the growth of technology, woman carier more to choice ASI that she squeeze for her baby it saves in the cold temperature and room temperature it make the baby stillto drink withexclusive program. Purpose : The purpose of research is knowing the effectiveness from the saver of ASI on cold temperature 0-10oC between room temperature 19oC-26oC contens standard lactose. Methods : The research used methods true experiment with pretest-posttest. The sample interpretation is Quota Sampling. The data was analyzed by using Chi Square test and processed with SPSS release 16.0. Result : The Research sample of 30 bottle ASI in measure contens standard lactose as pretest with result effective of 15 sample (100%) in cold temperature and room temperature effective of 13 sample (86%) and posttest with result in the cold temperature effective of 13 sample (86%) and in the room temperature effective 3 sample (20%). Conclusion : The saves of ASI on cold temperature 0-10oC more than effective in between room temperature 19oC-26oC contens standard lactose.

Background: Education has improvement impact degree of public prosperity. Public having education has ability to take choice or alternative and has is powered to increase degree of life, thereby public having level of relative education of height has opportunity larger ones to increase prosperity and would more can master science and eclectic. Purpose Of Research: To know relation between level of education with knowledge of mother primigravida trimester III about change during pregnancy in midwife Bidan Praktek Mandiri Dewi Isbat Manjung Klaten Tahun 2014. Research Method: This research type is analytic survey with approach of cross sectional. Population in this research mother primigravida trimester III in midwife Bidan Praktek Mandiri Dewi Isbat Manjung Klaten Tahun 2014. Instrument of Questionaire research, data analysis chi square. Result Of Research: That mother characteristic most of age 20 - 35 years, middle education and housewife work. Education mother most of is middle 17 (56,7%). Knowledge of pregnant mother about change during pregnancy most of enough 21 (70%). Conclusion: There is the relation level of education mother with knowledge of pregnant mother about change during pregnancy.

Abstract

Background : Exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by several factors such as aspects understanding, nutritional, educational aspects, immunological, psychological, intelligence, cost and delay pregnancy. The low level of understanding of the importance of breastfeeding during the first 6 months of birth due to lack of information and knowledge possessed by mothers about everything plus nutritional value and benefits contained in breast milk. Objective : To determine the relationshipbetween the mother's level of education on exclusive breastfeeding success in the MelatiIntegrated Service Center Beteng Village Subdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten. Research Methods : This study was a cross sectional analytic study. The population in this research were all mothers with infants aged 6 -24 months in Integrated Service Center in the Beteng Village Subdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten 38 people.The sample in this research as many as 30 people. Instrument research angket, chi square analysis of the data. The results : of the study maternal characteristics maternal age 20-35 years, parity primiparous and housewives. Mother's education level in the Integrated Service Center Beteng VillageSubdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten most basic with the percentage of 53.3%. The success of exclusive breastfeeding in the MelatiIntegrated Service Center Beteng Village Subdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten is succesed on 24 people (80%). Conclusion : There is a relationship with the mother's level of education on exclusive breastfeeding success in the MelatiIntegrated Service Center Beteng VillageSubdistrict Jatinom District of Klaten with value ? 2 = 6.563, p = 0.038 (p <0.05).

Abstract

Background : An estimated 90% of maternal deaths occur at the time of delivery and approximately 95% of the causes of maternal mortality are obstetric complications can not be predicted in advance. One way to prevent obstetric complications by knowing the estimated fetal weight by the formula Johnson. Johnson-Tohsach formula is one formula that is frequently used by midwives in knowing the estimated fetal weight. Determination of fetal weight estimates are accurate by comparing birth weight is difficult because there is no precise measuring instruments. Based on the results of the preliminary study dated December 7, 2013 obtained the data from the Independent Midwife Practice (BPM) Jayanto Benis Kujon Village, District Ceper, Klaten regency in the month of November 2013 there were 12 maternal birth weight babies have a greater than estimated fetal weight and the weight 5 babies are born smaller than the estimated fetal weight. Objective : To determine differences in the estimated weight of the fetus with birth weight Methods : The study was comperative study with cross sectional study design. Statistical test using paired t-test. The population in this study the entire maternity in March 2014. The sample in this study are all mothers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling is total sampling with a sample of 34 mothers giving birth.   RESULTS : Based on the data analysis by paired t-test p value = 0.00 (p <0.05) .The result of research is said to be significant. Which means that there is a difference between estimated fetal weight formula Johnson with birth weight. Conclusion : There is a difference in estimated fetal weight formula Johnson with birth weight.

Abstract

Background : Base don the phenomena that lack of knowledge about breastfeending mothers from pregnancy through postpartum impact on maternal attitudes which willthen afect the behavior of mothers in breastfeending. Karen edmond et al study indicate Early Initiation of Breastfeending within the first 1 hour after birth lowers risk of death 22% of infants aged 0-28 days. In contrast, delay initiation increases the risk of death. Objective : To determine the implementiation ofEarly Initiation ofBreastfeending Post-Maternity in BPM Errawati, Amd.Keb, Plawikan, Jogonalan, Klaten. Research Methods: In this study the method is observation, while the cross-sectional approach is a study to study dynamics of corelation. The sampling techniques used in this study is purposive sampling is a sampling with particular consideration. Results : The results showed that as many as 17 people (68%) were male. Birth weight in this study is the most normaly of 20 people (80%). This is because most of thebaby weight is 2500 grams to 4000 grams. Conclusión : base don the results it can be concluded that most ofthe characteristics ofthe respondents were male sex with baby newborn is a succsesful Early Initiation of Breastfeending is 20 infants (80%). Infants who are not succsesful Early Initiation of Breasfeending 5 people (20%). Success Early Initiaton of Breastfeending done by the time the baby is 20 pople (80%) with a time of 1 hour. Step Early Initiation of Breastfeending have done as many as 20 respondents (80%).

Abstract

Background : Aging is said to be success in its life if it reached life satisfaction of life. The satisfaction of life are not only someone?s ability in enjoying their experiences but also person?s the level of excitement that arise frome needing everyday and the expectations to enjoy something. Objectives : The objectives of this researcd is to know the factors that affecting of the satisfaction of life of aging in the vilage Jambakan Bayat Klaten. Research Methodology : The method of this research is the Quantitative Descriptive, The researcd is held on November 2012 until Augustus 2013, the population of this researcd are all of aging between 45-59 years old the totally 450 persons, the sample that use 82 respondents, sample was take by purposive sampling. The instruments are used Check list and Kuesioner, the analize of data are used analize univariate with Mean and Modus. Results : The incoming factor that dominates the respondents 67 respondents (81.7%), the healting that dominates the respondents, the respondents that unill for 3 month as 70 respondents (85.4%), the social factors that dominates respondents are well as 60 respondents (73.2%). Conclusions : The incoming factor, health factors, social factors are affection the life satisfation of life.
