Abstract

University of Bandar Lampung in particular computer science faculty is the faculty that stood since 2000 and have two departments of technique informatics and information systems. FIK UBL always try to satisfy students, especially in providing facilities. Because the facility is one of the important priorities that must be Atfilled in order to satisfy students.In determining the facility is very difficult decisions in the analysis. Importance Performance Analysis has beengenerally accepted and used in various fields of study because of the ease to apply and display the results of analysis that facilitates performance improvement proposals.Importance Performance Analysis has the main function to display information related to service factors which greatly affect consumer satisfaction and their loyalty, and service factors that consumers need to be improved because according to current conditions have not been satisfactory.

Abstract

In todays modern era, the various types of vehicles being produced to facilitate a person it? carrying out activities throughout the day. One of the vehicles chosen by a handful of people is a car that not only can accommodate several people but also has a dual function that can accommodate luggage in the car. Surely it is not uncommon when someone is having difficulty in choosing the type of car he wanted. In this Final Project, the authors want to design a simple web application using the analytical hierarchy process to select the type of car based on certain criteria. Through the selection criteria that exist in the web application can be determined what kind of car that suits ones choice. This can be determined from charging an application that has been filled by a person in determining the type of criteria to match. Based on the design of web applications is expected to be used for the selection of cars in accordance with appropriate criteria.

Abstract

Widara Asri Hotel is a Company engaged in the field of hospitality in the city of Bandar Lampung. Currently Widara Asri Hotel is not only engaged in the hospitality Sudak but progessed to the culinary field. Rapid technological developments make Widara Asri Hotel need to acipt to the use of these technologies. One technology was adapted by Widara Asri Hotel is internet technology that can be used to asisst the process of booking a hotel room.This thesis will decribe and explain the use of analytical hierarch process method to help speed up the selection of hotels room. AHP is used to scale down the ratio of multiple pairwise comparisons that are discrete or continous. Comparison of these pairs can be obtained through actual measurements and measurements of the relative degree of preference, or the interest or the feelings.

Abstract

Kebutuhan untuk layanan video conferencing menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam bidang bisnis, militer dan pemerintahan. Akan tetapi, seining dengan berkembangnya penggunaan video conference, tentunya terdapat ancaman terhadap aplikasi video conference seperti adanya penyadapan dari pihak yang tidak berkepentingan. Proses otentikasi pada sistem video conference juga dapat met jadi potensi ancaman dari pihak luar, yaitu dengan nienyalin pesan stream yang dikirim antara client dan server kemudian mengirim kembali pesan tersebut ke server untuk mendapatkan akses terhadap sistem.Dalam makalah ini, dikembangkan sebuah perangkat lunak video conference dengan menerapkan hybrid cryptosystem yang diberi Hama Agievic. Agievic menerapkan otentikasi dan key establishment antara clien dan server menggunakan sistem challenge respond berbasis public key cryptosystem, sementara komunikasi video conference diamankan dengan menerapkan teknik enkripsi untuk data video dan audio menggunakan algoritma AES 256 bit dengan mode CTRBerdasarkan basil pengujian, data yang diperoleh pada saat penyadapan komunikasi video conference tidak dapat dikenali sebagai data video dan audio sehingga penyodap tidak dapat mengetahui komunikasi video conference yang sedang berlangsung. Adapun waktu rata-rata proses enkripsi dan dekripsi pada komunikasi video konferensi yaitu 6140,14 ins.

Abstract

With the technological use growth of computer as a means of assist in finishing work in company which progressively mount fast, what do not in .following behaviorally is good in using computer technology, and its minimize is human resource which with quality vertalis in a company, will be happened by the delay in course of accurate and is not solution in finishing solution. System of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) that is technique of is solving of problem of pursuant to Case-Based of passing process Retrieve, Reuse,Revise, Retain to be formed by new knowledge in course of solving of solution. Applying CBR have a lot of weared in solution seeking by exploiting or previous prosescase data. CBR own five duty in forming knowledge that is case representation, case Index, case retrieval, case adaptation, and case maintenance. At case adaptation represent the process of case seeking which own of speed and accuracy in seeking of new case-based and knowledge, at system of solution ticket. This research to explain about applying CBR in system of solution ticket to process the solving of solution quickly and accurate. Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu yang penting, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan adalah pengajar. Dalam pendidikan tingggi, pengajar/dosen memegang peranan yang penting dalam kualitas lulusan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan diperlukan dosen yang berkualitas, baik dalam hal penguasaan materi maupun aspek pembelajaran lainnya. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kualitas dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar yaitu dengan melakukan evaluasi kinerja terhadap dosen yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa aspek penilaian, antara lain: penampilan fisik materi yang di sampaikan, disiplin dan perilaku.Pengolahan terhadap hasil kuisioner ini secara sederhana dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode matematika biasa menggunakan rumus nilai rata-rata. Hasil pengolahan ini kurang akurat, untuk itu untuk untuk meningkatkan akurasi pengolahan data ini digunakan metode fuzzy, metode ini digunakan karena fuzzy dapat mengolah data yang Samar dan Sehingga hasil pengolahan data dapat lebih akurat.
