<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of ability to read aloud the fourth grade primary school013 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. This study aims to improve the ability to read aloud usingthe method of giving the task to improve the ability to read aloud the fourth grade students ofSD Negeri 013 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Subjects of this study is the fourth grade studentsof SD Negeri 013 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam totaled 20 students, consisting of 10 femalestudents and 10 male students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research isclassroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments and instrumentperformance data collection activity observation sheet form teacher and student activity.Based on the results of the research shows that the students' skills in reading aloud increased.It is known from preliminary data the average value of 63.2. When viewed from the classicalcompleteness, there are 19.2% of students (5 persons) who finished obtaining a minimumvalue of 70 (according to the standard KKM). However, after the implementation of themethod of assignment, obtained an average value of 68.9 or completeness of 50% of students(13 people). <![CDATA[Based on observations while at SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir, discovered the phenomenonamong others: (a) the majority of teachers who often do not come on time even did not comefor no apparent reason; (B) the majority of teachers who often leave the office during workinghours; and (c) the tasks and activities provided by the principal to the teachers not run asexpected, especially when the task outside the official school hours, many of the teachers werenot prepared for the learning tools they should have. Remedial and enrichment programs notrunning as it should, so that learning becomes less than the maximum. This study aims toimprove the performance of teachers through supervision. This type of research is actionresearch school (PTS) located at SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir, aimed at teachers. The mainreason is of the observations and information from the teacher, that teacher performance isstill relatively lacking. Place of research is in SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir. When the study wasconducted in February 2015. The number of samples set out in this study were 20 teachers.From the description of data processing and discussion it was concluded that teacherperformance is obtained in the first cycle of 57% with good enough category and the secondcycle increased to 80% in both categories. This means that the supervision activities canimprove the performance of teachers in SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir is successful.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the method VII.2 classassignment sheet giving students conducted in March and April 2016. Subjects were seventhgrade students of SMP Negeri 2 Dumai totaling 26 students. The parameters in this study isthe absorption and mastery learning as well as student activities and teacher activities assupporting data. The research instrument used is the study and data collection instruments.The device consists of a learning syllabus, lesson plan, test, observation of student activitysheets, activity sheets teacher observation. The survey results revealed absorption of studentsin the first cycle is 70% with moderate category and second cycle increased to 78% in thehigh category. Mastery learning of students in the first cycle is 88.46% and 88.50% in thesecond cycle students completed. Activities of students in the first cycle an average of80.76%% (very good) and the second cycle is an increase of 97.5% (excellent). It can beconcluded that the method of administration of the student assignment sheet can improvestudent learning outcomes in the classroom ecosystem VII 2 material SMP Negeri 2 Dumai.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low student learning outcomes PPKn SD Negeri 002Kirap Jaya sixth grade students, this is evidenced by an average of only 62.14 studentlearning outcomes. While KKM is set at 65. To the researchers conducted a study with theaim to improve learning outcomes PPKn through the implementation of cooperative learningmodel type STAD. This research is a classroom action through the stages of planning,implementing action, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles.The subjects were students of class VI SD Negeri 002 Kirap Jaya with a number of studentssebanya 40 students. The results of the research data showed that the learning outcomes ofstudents has increased, this is evidenced by: (a) the activities of teachers has increased in thefirst cycle of the first meeting activity for teachers to get a score of 11 (45.83%), in the firstcycle II meeting increased with a score of 14 ( 58.33%), the second cycle of the first meetingincreased with a score of 19 (79.19%). And the second cycle II meeting increased with ascore of 22 (91.66%). Activities of students has increased, at the first meeting the first cycle ofactivity students obtain a score of 10 (41.66%), at a meeting of the second cycle II with ascore of 13 (54.16%), at a meeting I cycle II with a score of 17 (70, 83%). And at the secondmeeting of the cycle II with a score of 20 (83.33%); and (b) PPKn learning outcomes ofstudents has increased At the base score / baseline number of students who completed is 20students (50.00%) with a low category, the first cycle is the number of students who pass the30 students (75.00%) with high category and the second cycle the number of students whopass the increase with the amount due totaling 36 students (90.00%) with a very highcategory.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of tests conducted on social studies student learning results obtained arelow, the researchers observed that in general the students have not reached the limit ofmastery learning expected by SBC. Students who reach KKM on the subjects of socialsciences with KKM 65 only 10 (50%) of 20 students. Furthermore, the low student learningoutcomes occurred is also due in teaching subjects the researcher as a teacher gives lessvariation and implementing teaching methods that can make students feel happy and makeactive students become more active and creative in learning which in turn student learningoutcomes low, This research forms a classroom action research. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low results of students' mathematics learning. Of the 35students only 15 students (40.54%) who completed study results, while the average valueobtained by the students was 68.65. This study aims to increase the students' mathematicslearning through PMRI. This research is a class act who performed two cycles. Based on theresearch of learning outcomes and learning activities teachers and students expressedincreased. In the first cycle 1 meeting activities for teachers to get a score of 14 (70%), in thefirst cycle 2 meeting increased with a score of 15 (75%). In the second cycle 1 meeting obtaina score of 17 (85%) and the second cycle 2 meeting obtain a score of 18 (90%). Besides thestudent activity also increased in the first cycle of meeting one activity students obtain a scoreof 12 (60%), in the first cycle 2 meeting increased with a score of 16 (80%). In the secondcycle 1 meeting obtain a score of 17 (85%) and the second cycle 2 meeting obtain a score of17 (85%). The results of students' mathematics learning increases the basic score averagevalue obtained was 68.65 increase in the first cycle with an average value of 95.41 hasincreased in the second cycle with an average value of 97.97.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the activity and motivation of students to learn social sciencesis still low. This is shown in their behavior when the following study social sciences. Based onthe test scores of the first half of social sciences with KKM (minimum completeness criteria)was 65 known that 58% of students have graduated KKM while 42% of students did notcomplete. Under the conditions described, we can conclude that student learning outcomesare still low. Researchers also conducted interviews with several students. Some students saidthat the conditions were not conducive classes, friends who like crowded in the classroom, theway teachers deliver material is less clear, the reason for the lazy student learning so thatlearning is low. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to determine the applicationof cooperative learning think pair share (TPS) in improving learning outcomes for socialsciences at the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 001 Ukui Satu. lessons classroom actionresearch (PTK) planned two cycle. Each cycle in action research consists of four stages,namely: 1) planning (planning), 2) the implementation of the (acting), 3) of observation(observing), 4) reflection (reflecting). This study was conducted in SD Negeri 001 Ukui Satuin the fourth grade, while the timing of this research is in the second semester of the academicyear 2016. In this classroom action research that is the subject of research is the students ofclass IV consisting of 34 students with a composition of 11 male students-Eighteen and 23female students. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of motivation to learn mathematics student class VSDN 010 Ujung Batu. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve student learningmotivation math class V SDN 010 Ujung Batu through the game card numbers as propscarried out for 1 month. This research was conducted in SDN 010 Ujung Batu. Classes thatthorough research is a class V with the number of students as many as 30 people. Thisclassroom action research was started in August 2014. This form of research is classroomaction research. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activitysheets and achievement test. Based on the results of research and discussion can beconcluded that the application of the card game of numbers as props can increase studentmotivation to learn mathematics in the subject matter of integers class V SDN 010 UjungBatu, as it is seen in the first cycle of students' motivation by category reached 59.9% prettygood, and increased in the second cycle in which student learning mnotivasi be 71.3% withgood category, dnegan this shows the card game as props able to increase students'motivation in learning mathematics]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the lack of ability to describe the upper grade IV directive SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Goals to be achieved in this research is to improve the ability to describe the Upper Grade IV Directive SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam through the application of methods demonstrations conducted during one month. This research was conducted in SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Classes are meticulous researchers are class IV by the number of students as many as 32 people. This classroom action research was started in early August 2016. The form of the research was a class act. The research instrument consists of instruments teacher and student activity sheets and achievement test. Based on the data that has been presented in chapter IV, that this research is to improve the ability of the user to describe the plan through demonstration method of fourth grade students of SDN 006 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. Based on the results of the study as described in chapter IV, the research objectives have been achieved. Because of the data known to the average ability of students before the implementation of demonstration methods (preliminary data) is only achieved at an average value of 65.9. Then, after the applied method of demonstration (first cycle), obtained an average score of 71.6 or higher categories, and the second cycle 88 or with a high category, but the performance indicators achieved in 96.9% of students or 31 people]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the use of props in direct learning can increase themotivation of teachers to teach in SMPN 2 Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Formulation of theproblem in this study is: Does the use of props to increase the motivation of teachers in teachingin SMPN 2 Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir? This study was limited to Improve teacher motivationin teaching by using props in SMPN 2 Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. This research wasconducted in SMPN 2 Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. The teacher is the subject of the studyconsisted of 18 teachers. Characteristics of the teacher motivated heterogeneous, but can not besaid to be using props intensive time of learning. Based on the analysis and discussion can beconcluded that the principal aspects of activities as a facilitator to get the achievement with ascore of 25 or with a percentage of 63 of all aspects of assessment or 63% of all activities isreached. Then in the second cycle of scores obtained by 38 or by the percentage of achievementof 95% of all aspects achieved. Aspects of the teacher as participators in this study in which thefirst cycle scores obtained from the implementation of the directives by the principal to get ascore of 73 or with the percentage of achievement of 51%. Then at the second cycle level ofparticipation was 74% higher than the first cycle and with a score of 106. The implementation ofthe motivational aspect of teaching the teachers during the implementation of the directives ofthe first cycle to the second cycle, the motivation of teachers in using props tend to rise. Whereinif the first cycle obtain the percentage of achievement of 64% in both categories, then the secondcycle obtain a percentage of 88% or with a very good category.]]>
