<![CDATA[STMIK STIKOM Indonesia sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan perguruan tinggi yang berbasis teknologi informasi menyelenggarakan perkuliahan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswanya untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi berwirausaha. Mata kuliah ini wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa yang sudah menginjak semester tujuh. Dari wawancara awal dengan beberapa mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan kewirausahaan tentang materi yang diberikan di kelas terungkap bahwa perlu kiranya diberikan tambahan waktu serta materi yang relevan untuk pelaksanaan konsep serta praktek wirausaha di kampus. Terkait hal itu maka peneliti mencoba menelaah lebih lanjut melalui penelitian ini untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang persepsi mahasiswa tentang materi perkuliahan kewirausahaan yang diberikan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah selama ini yang nantinya sebagai bahan evaluasi rencana pembelajaran semester selanjutya, Serta mencoba mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan kewirausahaan di kampus STMIK STIKOM Indonesia serta dampaknya terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha baik selama menjadi mahasiswa maupun setelah tamat nantinya.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on return on assets simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative. The population in this study is financial statement data in the form of balance sheet and profit and loss at Pt. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk, 1982 - 2019 (37 years) since the company went public. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of financial report data available for 10 consecutive years, from 2010-2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that accounts receivable turnover partially did not have a significant effect on return on assets. and inventory turnover has a significant effect on return on assets. while accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets at Pt. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses a comparative method that is carried out on consumers who have shopped at the Estizy and Aladin Distro. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the marketing strategy of the Estizy and Aladin Distro. Samples were taken as many as 100 people using a sampling technique, namely Proportioned Stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used the Paraid Sample T Test. The results showed that the Estizy and Aladin distributions were -1,926 with profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060. Thus the value of t count <t table (-1.926 <1.984) and the value of profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060 <0.05, then H0 is rejected (there is no significant difference). So it can be concluded that the Estizy and Aladdin distributions have differences that are not much different.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing the Work From Home (WFH) work system during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of employees of the Bima State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This type of research used associative, questionnaire data collection techniques with google form assistive media. The population in this study were all employees of the Bima State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL), totaling 39 employees, 33 civil servants and honorary 6. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so the sample in this study were all state civil servants (ASN), amounting to 33 people. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze whether or not there is a difference in Debt to Equity Ratio between PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Kimia Farma Tbk. This type of research used in this research is comparative research (comparison). Comparative research is used to determine the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio between PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (X1) and PT Kimia Farma Tbk (X2). The variable in this study is DER (Debt to Equit Ratio). The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, which is taking the sample previously determined based on the aims and objectives of the research and the sample in this study is the financial statements of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Kimia Farma Tbk for 5 years starting from 2015 to 2019. Analysis of the data used in the form of two independent samples t-test. The results of the analysis show that there is a difference in Debt to Equity Ratio between PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Kimia Farma Tbk, the results of data interpretation can compare the value tcount and ttable. If t_count ≥ t_table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So {(5,755) ≥ (2,306)}, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with the development of science and technology that has led to glob-alization, the relevance of the Indonesian Navy Trisila is again tested in encour-aging the formation of excellent human resources (HR) for its soldiers. This study aims to analyze the influence of Military Discipline, Hierarchy and Hon-or as elements in the TNI AL Trisila on the formation of superior human re-sources for Satker "A" Koarmada soldiers. The sample used in this study were all soldiers of Satker "A" Koarmada totalling 70 personnel. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data was then tested using the multiple linear regression method partially and simultaneously using SPSS 25 for Window Software. The results showed that there was influence of 80,7%Trisila TNI AL as a independence variable towards on the formation of superior human re-sources for Repair and Maintenance Service of 2nd Fleet Command soldiers as a dependence variable which means that the influence given is positive, powerful, and significant.]]>

<![CDATA[Motivation is very important in improving soldier performance, work motivation of soldiers needs to be raised so that soldiers can carry out performance with the best results. Conversely soldiers who do not have high motivation in doing their jobs will find it difficult to work well and tend to be irresponsible even if the soldier has very good abilities. If the work motivation of the soldiers can be built, the soldiers can have a better performance for the organization in terms of carrying out operational readiness. The purpose of the research is to analyze and prove the effect of work motivation on the performance of the KRI enlisted class Pattimura in carrying out operations readiness. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) while the sample in this study amounted to 77 enlisted KRI Pattimura class. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, as well as literature studies. he results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence of work motivation variables on the performance of soldiers on board, this can be seen from the t count of 12.092 greater than t table 1.992. For the coefficient of determination (R Square) regression of 0.661, shows that work motivation partially significantly influences the performance of the soldiers by 66.1%.]]>

<![CDATA[Management research is aimed at the restaurant business for survival by following the government regulations of the COVID-19 period and exploring knowledge in applying business change methods. The purpose of this research is to improve business performance in a pandemic by sharing knowledge to obtain product marketing information, building cooperation in activities that significantly improve business performance when the economy is weak. Quality products made hygienically with the best raw materials, processing, packaging and shipping have very positive business performance. Quantitative research methods with SPSS 23.0 from distributing questionnaires to 150 restaurant entrepreneurs in Central Kalimantan. The results showed the effect of sharing knowledge and 72.9% product quality on the performance of technology-based restaurant businesses during the pandemic. The implications of this study are aimed at restaurant operators in Central Kalimantan in particular and the restaurant business in other provinces in general, to utilize technology to build relationships in sharing information and maintaining customer confidence in quality products.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, image and satisfaction on patient trust at PHC Surabaya Hospital. The object of this research is PHC Surabaya Hospital with the unit of analysis in this study is the patient / patient's family. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the respondents and then analyzed using SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that most of the families using the PHC Surabaya hospital were women as much as 58%, worked as private employees and had a bachelor's education. The results also show that the service quality of the PHC Surabaya hospital is in the good category, but still needs to be improved. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that service quality has a significant effect on patient trust. Besides, the image also has a significant effect on the patient's trust. Patient satisfaction has a significant effect on patient confidence in PHC Surabaya Hospital. Patient satisfaction has the greatest influence on patient trust.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) on stock prices. This research was conducted at a banking company registered in LQ-45. This research uses associative research. The population in this study were all banking companies listed in LQ-45 based on the research period as many as 7 companies and the sample used was 5 companies with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis conducted, this study shows that Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) have no significant effect on stock prices partially but Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt Ratio (DR) have a significant effect on stock prices simultaneously.]]>
