Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of brand love in mediating the brand image of WOM (word of mouth). The sample size of 90 people taken using non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling. Data were collected using survey and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 22. The results show that brand love is not able to mediate the influence of brand image on WOM. H & M should be able to maintain the brand image by making update in the design of clothing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of partial variable companies growth, profitability and firm size companies on the capital structure of Manufacturing companies (food and beverages sub sector) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the sampling was done by purposive samoling method, with a total sample 12 companies. To solve the problem in this study used multiple linear regression analysis technique using the help of SPSS versi 22.0. In partial results of the study (t test) with significance level 5% program indicating that the company growth has no significant effect on the capital structure, profitability has a significant affect on capital structure and firm size has no significant effect on capital structure in manufacturing companies (food and beverage sub sector) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance and through mediating organizational commitment in the aromatherapy incense product unit in the Graha Kaori Group in Gianyar. The population in this study all employees in Graha Kaori Group were 33 people, the method of determining the sample using a saturated sample. Data is taken by observation, interview, literature study and questionnaire. Data analysis using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance. Limitations of this study only carried out in small populations for further research can be done in larger populations and with the addition of other variables that affect employee performance.

Abstract

Repurchase intention is a post-purchase action caused by the satisfaction received by the customer for the product consumed previously. If the product meets customer expectations, the customer will buy or reuse the product. The better the quality of service, the customer will be satisfied, but the quality of service for customers is expected, the customer will be dissatisfied and reluctant to reuse the service.The sample in this study was 157 customers of Honda Workshop, PT. Asaparis (Kita Motor) AHASS 0718 who have used services at this workshop. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire method which was then processed using AMOS 16 software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique.The analysis shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction influences the significance of successful repurchase intention, and the quality of service has a significant importance on repurchase intention. Managerial implications that can be applied Honda Workshop, PT. Asaparis (Kita Motor) AHASS 0718 always guarantees and improves the quality of its services, in order to retain its customers, and encourage supporters who continue to improve to face competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the company's financial performance and the influuence of firm size as a moderating variable between intellectual capital and the financial performance of the consumption sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a total of 120 companies. The results of the analysis based on statistical tests that intellectual capital has a positive effect on the company's financial performance and firm size succeeded in moderating the relationship of intellectual capital with the financial performance of the consumption sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

Advertisement controlling is an effort to make sure that the establishment of the advertisement in the field in accordance with permission granted and to find any irregularities like unlicensed advertisement, the specification and location of advertisment are not suitable by licensed permitted, advertisement held on pedestrian, for doing the corrective action of those things. The facts show that the unlicensed advertisement could be find on all around street in Surabaya. These irregularities are seen by data of advertisement sweeping Satpol PP Surabaya. In 2012, there are 13.482 advertisements swept by Satpol PP Surabaya. This amount raises in 2013, there are 16.925 advertisement and 19.989 in 2014. These fact indicates there are problems of permission advertisements control in Surabaya. This study aims to describe how effective control of advertisement permission in Surabaya. Surabaya chosen as the locus in this study because of Surabaya is a big city as central economic activities in East Java that has more than twenty thousand points billboards and other advertisement along the roads and the general area in Surabaya. This research was conducted by using the method of descriptive qualitative. This research used purposive and snowball techniques informants. Data were obtained from interviews and analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion throughout the data collection process. The results of this study indicate that the controlling of advertisement have not effective yet. These caused by less of human resources of Satpol PP Surabaya, minimum operational tools by quantity and quality, and less intensity of controlling.

Abstract

The rapid development of tourism in Bali has an impact on the rapid growth of accommodation facilities as well. The mushrooming of various types of accommodation has an impact on the very high competition in the accommodation business. As one of the five-star hotels in Bali, Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort has a department that specializes in promoting and selling all the hotel's main products, namely the Sales and Marketing department. Sales and Marketing departments have very high sales targets, this target will rise 5% from the reality each year, which is based on historical data of the company's sales. For this reason, the Sales and Marketing department has a marketing strategy aimed at increasing hotel sales volume. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze effective marketing strategies in increasing the volume of room sales at Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort. The samples taken were 61 consisting of top management to middle management of Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort using the Slovin technique. The data analysis method used in this study is a SWOT analysis based on the company's internal and external environment. The results showed that Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort was a company that implemented a marketing strategy that differentiated the market (differentiated marketing) with the type of entrepreneurs who segmented the market. In its generic strategy the company uses an expansion strategy and applies the 7P marketing mix concept to its daily marketing activities. The results also show that to increase effective sales volume, companies must use and implement an aggressive growth strategy by developing and utilizing the strengths and opportunities (SO) of Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort for business development.

Abstract

A professional hotel employee is required to have the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are qualified in their fields, so as to be able to produce maximum results according to the operational standards set by the hotel management. However, the facts on the ground show that employees' knowledge, skills, and abilities are still far from expectations. In this paper, the author tries to analyze the inuence of knowledge, skills, and abilities on employee performance at the Panorama Hotel Ubud, located in Gianyar Regency, Bali. This paper will discuss descriptively various variables related to employees' knowledge, skills and abilities, and their effects on their performance while working at the hotel. Data collection methods are done through observations, interviews, and documentations, while the analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that employees' knowledge, skills, and abilities have a positive and significant effect on the level of performance of employees working in the Panorama Ubud Hotel.

Abstract

Working capital is not important for the company because without sufficient working capital, the company's operational activities cannot be carried out. The purpose of this study was to study working capital research on Net Profit Margins at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. This type of research is research that is associative. The data used is the financial statements of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. year 2009 - 2018 which contains the allocation and income statement. The data was each obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and www.gudanggaramtbk.com. After processing the data, the results of the study show that working capital has no significant effect on changes in Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the infuence of transformational leadership to perceptional justice. Beside that it also indicated the relationship between perceptional justice to unethical behavioral. The respondence of this study was employee in hotel industries, which located in Nusa Dua area. SPSS version 20.0 was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed transformational leadership can directly affect perceptional justice. However, perceptional justice had a negative effect on unethical behavioral. Discussion and limitation for future research is presented.
