Abstract

There is intense competition between local and foreign cosmetic industry in Indonesia. Imported cosmetics dominate the business market by 80%, while only 20% for local cosmetics. Theconceptof consumen ethnocentrismand country of originis considered as one way to help the local cosmetic industry to face competition from imported cosmetics. The purpose of this study is to determine 1) Theeffectof demographic characteristics (age, income, education) to consumer ethnocentrism; 2) Theeffectof consumer ethnocentrismand countryof origin to the consumer purchase intentions; 3) The influence of country of originas a mediation of consumer ethnocentrism and purchase intention. The samples used were 125 cosmetic users who live in Denpasar City taken by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique use dis the One Way ANOVA and PLS (Partial Least Square).,The results showed that 1) Consumer demographic of age and income showed a significant effect to distinguish consumer ethnocentrism, while education did not have a significant influence on consumer ethnocentrism; 2) Consumer ethnocentrism and country of originhasa positive significant effect towards the purchase intention of local cosmetics; 3) Recently, country of origin partially media tes the effect of consumer ethnocentrism on purchase intention. This finding simplicates that purchase intention of local cosmetics is influenced by consum erthnocentrism and country of origin. Management need more concern to use those factors to develop marketing communication and improve the product quality.

Abstract

Profitability as the company's ability to obtain profit in relation to sales, total assets and equity are often used to measure the efficiency of the use of capital in a company by comparing the income with capital employed in operations. Negative profitability due to the company's profit or loss is negative, it indicates the ability of the invested capital as a whole has not been able to generate profits. and vice versa, positive profitability due to the company's profit is positive, it means investing in assets has been able to generate profits or gains. PT.Quiksilver Indonesia is a company that sells surfing products, accessories, shoes, bags and etc. In this study, using a variable Receivable Turnover, Working capital turnover and Return on Assets (ROA). The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence receivables turnover and turnover of working capital either partially or simultaneously to ROA in PT.Quiksilver Indonesia. Data used in this research is quantitative data with the primary data source. Methods of data collection was done by using the documentation, while the analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that in partial receivables turnover significant positive effect on ROA, thus the hypothesis is accepted. While variable working capital turnover significant negative effect on ROA, thus the hypothesis is rejected. Simultaneously turnover of receivables and working capital turnover significantly influence the ROA, the hypothesis in this study received. The advice can be given that the company should further improve working capital turnover to evaluate and manage well so that the amount of working capital as required.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of profitability, solvency, liquidity ratios and corporate value to stock return, either simultaneously or partially. Profitability uses the proxy of return on assets (ROA), liquidity uses the proxy of debt to equity (DER), solvency using current ratio(CR), and firm value usingprice to book value (PBV). This study was conducted at companies indexed LQ45 at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Determination of samples with porposive sampling obtained 13 companies for three years, so the number of observations to 39 companies. The model feasibility test uses the classical assumption test. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and determination analysis. The significance test using t test and F test with theSPSS program V.23. The result of analysis is obtained as follows: (a) return on asset (ROA) has no effect on stock return, (b) debt to equity ratio (DER) has no effect on return saham,(c) current ratio (CR) has no significant effect on stock return, (d) price to book value (PBV) has a significant positive effect on stock return.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain the role of competitive advantage mediate the influence of product innovation on marketing performance at endow mnkm in Denpasar City This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The population used is the owner or manager of endek product MSEs. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used is path analysis and Sobel Test. Based on the analysis result found that product innovation have positive and significant effect to competitive advantage, product innovation have positive and significant effect to marketing performance, competitive advantage have positive and significant influence to marketing performance and competitive advantage have positive and significant influence in mediating product innovation to marketing performance. Suggestions on MSEs of endek products are expected to pay more attention to the innovation of products to be produced so as to compete.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Operating Revenue Operating Expense, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Net Interest Margin to Return On Assets and Profit Change. This research was conducted on Rural Banks in Bali. To answer the hypothesis proposed in this study, the data were analyzed using path analysis with AMOS program 16. The results showed that Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive influence on Return On Assets. Operational Revenue Operating Expense (BOPO) has a negative effect on Return On Assets. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive influence on Return On Assets (ROA). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive effect on Profit Change. Operating Revenue Operating Expenses (BOPO) have a negative effect on Profit Change. Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive effect on Profit Change. Net Interest Margin has a positive influence on Profit Change. Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on Profit Change.

Abstract

This research raised the title of the influence of organizational culture, organizational communication and task conflict on employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar. The formulation of the problem from this research is whether organizational culture, organizational communication and task conflict have significant effect simultaneously and individually to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar and Among the variables of organizational culture, organizational communication and conflict of which task dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to test the significance of the effect simultaneously and individually between organizational culture, organizational communication and task conflict on employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar and to find out which variables between organizational culture, organizational communication and task conflict that have dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar. Population in this research is employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar 2015 as many as 92 people. The results showed that from the results of F statistical tests (F-test) obtained obtained F-count is 35.301 larger than F-table of 2.71 with sig. 0.000 <0.05 is in the rejection area of ​​Ho, then Ho is rejected or H1 accepted, it is true there is a positive and significant relationship (significant) simultaneously between organizational culture, organizational communication and task conflict with employee performance on PT. Astra Honda Motor in Denpasar. The result of statistical test t (t-test) obtained t1-count is 3.905 with sig. 0.000 <0,05 bigger than t-table equal to 1,987 is in rejection region Ho, hence Ho refused or H2 accepted, it is true organizational culture have positive and significant effect to employee performance. The result of statistical test t (t-test) obtained t2-arithmetic is 5,552 with sig. 0.000 <0,05 bigger than t-table equal to 1,987 is in rejection area Ho, hence Ho refused or H2 accepted, it is true communications organization have positive and significant effect to employee performance. The result of statistical test t (t-test) obtained t3-count is 2,442 with sig. 0,017 <0,05 bigger than t-table equal to 1,987 is in rejection area Ho, hence Ho refused or H2 accepted, it is true conflict of duty have positive and significant effect to employee performance.

Abstract

The rural banks industry occupies a very important role in the economic sector, especially in supporting the development of small and medium enterprises. The more intense competition among rural banks, the services that rural banks provide must be more optimal so that the company is able to win the competition. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT BPR Saraswati Ekabumi in Badung regency. Respondents in this research are credit, deposit and savings customers in BPR Saraswati Ekabumi. The number of respondents in this study was determined 124 respondents by using accidental sampling technique.This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 program.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, 2) satisfaction has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3) service quality has positive and significant influence to customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to analyze the system reward on the performanceemployees PT Ellora Bali; (2) to analyze Job Relevant Information (JRI)on the performance employees PT Ellora Bali; (3) to analyze Manager Value Orientation Toward Innovation (VOI Manager)on the performance employees PT Ellora Bali; (4) to analyzeon job satisfaction of performance employees PT Ellora Bali;(5) to elucidate the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of thesystem rewardon the performance of employees PT Ellora Bali; (6) to elucidatethe ruleof job satisfaction in mediating effects of the JRI on the performance of employees PT Ellora Bali ; (7) to elucidate the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effects of the VOI Manager on the performance of employees PT Ellora Bali.Total population in this study were as many as 78 employees PT Ellora Bali. Data analysis of this study using SPSS for windows 16 and Path Analysis. The results this study showed that: 1) System reward has significant effect on performance employees; 2) JRI has significanteffect on employee performance; 3) VOI Manager has significant effect on employee performance; 4) Job satisfaction has significant effect on employee performance; 5) System reward has a significant direct effect on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction ; 6) JRI has a significant direct effecton employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction; 7) VOI Manajer has a significant direct effect on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction.

Abstract

Break Even analysis is one way to set sales planning to achieve the desired profit. Villa Kubu Manggala Seminyak must reach the minimum rental villa rental rate so that at the time of budget preparation, the management knows the information of some minimum sales of the company. The purpose of this research is to calculate the amount of villa rental service minimum that must be reached villa so as not to suffer loss or reach break even. The types of data used in this study are: quantitative and qualitative data, with secondary data sources. Methods of data collection were done by interview and observation while the analysis technique used were: cost grouping, fixed cost allocation and variable cost, contribution margin and break even rate calculation.From the results of research and recapitulation results, the largest profit is obtained if the rental price of Two Bed Room villa type increased and followed by the lowest break-even level. From the results of the calculation of break-even analysis in 2016, it can be seen that the break event for 2016 was achieved when the sales volume reached Rp. 1,259,493,670 or as many as 712 villa units for a year. To reach the break even level Villa Kubu Manggala Seminyak should maintain the existing situation and keep trying to spend cost effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The success of a company in achieving its goals is largely determined by the ability of the company in managing its resources. The study was conducted in Negari Kopi Luwak. The sample in this research is all employees of Negari Kopi Luwak which amount to 47 people. Data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses variance based method or SEM base component called partial least square (PLS). The results of research is organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational justice has no significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organization justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior has an insignificant positive effect on turnover intention.
