Abstract

Generally, point to point communication and broadcasting uses VHF band, each function VHF band can use for observes   activities at ionosphere. This research designed and realized   propagation detection use frequency modulation based personal computer.  Results of the research are realization of system and simulation. Simulation results   before ionosphere reflection occur is  50 % and after ionosphere reflection occur is 90 %. Frequency modulation method can be implemented   earthquake detection with realized measurement stations. Keyword : VHF, Propagation, ionosphere

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop an electronic document management system (EDMS). With a system is expected to be an alternative in the management of electronic documents in the college environment. Writing this using qualitative research approach with observation, document analysis, and interviews for data collection process. The system used a web-based system that is expected to reach the  users of the system at large. This system has the functionality to store, archive, and retrieve electronic documents. Abstract

E-mail is one of the Internet resources used to exchange information electronically. Derived from information  data retrieval survey of users e-mail, the result of internet users who ha ve more than one e-mail more than just a single e-mail account. The tendency of the owner of the e-mail that more than one to manage e-mail on an even keel is still a problem in implementation. This can be caused by the level of interest will e-mail is used. Another problem because the procedures for using e-mail that you have to login to some webmail is used. The research conducted was to develop an e-mail service that already exists to be integrated in a joint management by using a system called multi Webmail account. This system is an alternative solution for managing e-mail in a treatment procedure and in one view webmail. Development of system utilizing JavaScript and XML capabilities or commonly known as AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML). Abstract

Information on historic objects in the Museum of Lampung are generally in the form of text that are static and limited. Information on the object as name of the object, as long as objects, useful objects, as well as functions found on museum objects shaped only static text with small font so it looks less informative and interesting. Application of augmented reality technology used to develop an application that is useful as a medium for additional information on the objects in the Museum of Lampung in the form of a virtual text, 3D objects, animations, audio, and video. This application was built using software libraries ARtoolkit to display additional information in the form of a virtual text, 3D objects, and animation. Macromedia Flash Player 8 is used as an additional interface for displaying information in the form of audio and video. This application was given the name ARMULA, which stands for Augmented Reality Museum of Lampung. With this application is expected to make the object more informative and interesting, so as to increase the interest and fascination of the public to the Museum of Lampung. Abstract

Multiple security systems in motor vehicles in Indonesia today is required to reduce vehicle theft by people who are not responsible. Current conditions, vehicle theft rates continue to rise. The data obtained from multiple information media, both print and electronic media. Even the theft of motor vehicles had entered the campus environment. The idea how to make the vehicle security system, although there is now a double security on the vehicle include a remote that is connected with an alarm is limited to the open door, an additional lock on the wheels of motor vehicles, power down with the manual switch button and so forth. This research will be how to generate the security of two-wheeled motor vehicles especially effective and much cheaper if produced. The equipment will be made can be displayed by the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an attractive and easy to modify the card as a password. How it works two-wheeled vehicle security system is by entering the card as an input to turn off the alarm signal received from signal input through the motion sensor (switch). If the two-wheeler handlebar position changed from the initial position, and handlebar changed by force then it will give input to the microcontroller to inform the infrared sensor (input card), if the card is wrong then the microcontroller will activate the horn Keyword : LCD, Microcontroller, LED, motion sensor

The Business Correspondence that currently run by Informatics and Business Damajaya is still using decentralization and manual system. Along with the upraising of business intensity level, particularly the flow of letter circulation, this system seems to be out of date or does not match with the demand, therefore, a new good application of business letters is urgently needed to replace the old one. Abstract

Marine and Fisheries Department Lampung Province is a government institution has the duty of carrying out some of the government in the field of maritime affairs and fisheries based on the principle of autonomy, which is responsible for the deconcentration and assistance duty and other duties in accordance with the policies established by the Governor. Marine and Fishery Department purpose to develop monitoring and controlling the use of marine resources as well as supporting and coordinating human resource management of marine resources in coastal or provincial affairs. The system of fishery products in Lampung Province Department of Maritime affairs and Fisheries, not maximum. Based on the problems, the authors developed a system based fisheries information network at Marine and Fishery Department Lampung Province is fishery production and export of fishery production, which uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as programming language and Microsoft SQL Sever 2000 as the database. With network-based fisheries of information system at Marine and Fishery Department Lampung Province to help avoid errors and speed processing data efficiently and effectively in order to produce information quickly and accurately. Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) is dangerous disease that affect many of the various layer of work society. This disease is not easy to accurately recognized by the general society. So we need to develop a system that can identify accurately. System is built using neural networks with backpropagation methods and the function activation sigmoid. Neural network architecture using 8 input layer, 2 output layer and 5 hidden layer. The results show that this methods succesfully clasifies data diabetics and non diabetics with near 100% accuracy rate. Keyword : Neural Network, Backpropagation, diabets

Abstract

The information in a hospital is needed by patients or visitors. This web-based system built to facilitate search of information about a patient who was treated in certain hospitals and in certain rooms. If a patient will be seeing a particular doctor, this application also provides a list of doctors who practice in certain hospitals. The system is designed by using three DBMS that represents the three hospitals. With this system, although it has three different databases, but still can be integrated in a single web application, so users do not need to open many web applications for the same purpose.
