Abstract

Osteopororsis is rotten bones, which is a disease that signed by the shortage of low bone mass, also bone micro arsitexture disorder and decreasing of bone tissue quality. Those signs causes bone fragility therefore it is easily broken. Osteoporosis can be detected by certain tool through radiology chek up. Because the tool is still limited and also the check up and the tool quite expensive, so the community do not understand the osteoporosis disease. The diagnose system application of osteoporosis at women uses Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System method. This method is choosen to do the diagnose of osteoporosis has 5 variables, such as age, activity, calsium, height, and weight. Each variable has 3 fuzzy group, from all group it is taken 27 fuzzy rules and then used in inference step. At inference step, it is searched the antecendent membership value (α) and diagnose score (z) from each rule. This system creates recommendation value which is the information of the diagnose of osteoporosis therefore it is able to know the type of osteoporosis that is suffered. Beside that it also gives the information of how to handling and treatment of osteoporosis. Key Words :Osteoporosis, Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is one method to perform system analysis that contains uncertainty. Fuzzy logic mimics a human thinking way called reason, where reason can explain and identify things automatically. In this research used inference method of Fuzzy Tsukamoto system. The design of the system for obtaining output is carried out in stages (a) The establishment of the Fuzzy set, (b) Application of the implication function, (c) The composition of the rule, (d) the affirmation (Defuzzification). To assist the determination in determining a person who is eligible to receive a scholarship then required a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is to use Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto.So the result of the selection is if the value Z = 70.78571, then the decision is Accepted with limitation if the received output value is 70-80 and if the reject between 0-60.This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is the right to receive the scholarship based on the criteria specified[6]. Abstract

The today’s learning process is greatly influenced by student’s memory. In learning obstetrics, the delivery of learning material using guidebook still used old learning method where the obstetrics students have to understand the material delivered by the lecturer. Besides, by using the guidebook, the users have to look up the meanings of obstetric words manually, without any pronunciation model. It is even very difficult to bring the book and to update as to the needs and current development. Therefore, it is needed the availability of obstetric dictionary that can make it easy for the people to look up the obstetric terminology easily and quickly. The application of obstetric dictionary is an application made for the development method that was prototype that expects the obstetrics students to learn the obstetric glossary more easily. The prototype method has several phases, namely: needs collection, design and prototype evaluation. It can also test the prototype and the built application to solve problems. This study was done to result in an android-based application of obstetrics dictionary which can facilitate the learning process to the students and the users. Abstract

A software development will take time and high cost. Reverse engineering is a technique or a way to find the principles of the technology of a product by analyzing the structure, function and how the product. By studying the structure of the functions of a product, this study aims to patching into software to improve the quality of the software itself. Abstract

Masalah penentuan pemberian kredit merupakan masalah yang bersifat samar dikarenakan menentukan tidak bisa ditentukan secara pasti diterima atau ditolak. Untuk memudahkan penentuan pemberian kredit diperlukan adanya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu manager dalam menentukan keputusan, meningktkan dalam pengolahan data, mempercepat prosesnya dan dapat meningkatkan mutu serta pelayanan dari pihak BMT dalam memberikan kredit. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di BMT Raudlatul Quran 16 B Metro Barat pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2016.Adapun parameter yang dapat dijadikan penentuan keputusan pemberian kredit  di BMT Raudlatul Qur’an Metro adalah karakter orang, jaminan kredit, gaji, pengajuan kredit, lama pinjam dan status rumah.. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan metode Fuzzy dan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dengan jumlah nasabah sebanyak 100 nasabah. Metode ini banyak digunakan untuk menyelesaikan pengambilan keputusan secara praktis. Hal ini disebabkan konsepnya sederhana dan mudah dipaham, komputasinya efisien, dan memiliki kemampuan mengukur kinerja relatif dan alternatif-alternatif keputusan. Dengan dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Fuzzy dan metode SAW dapat membantu manager BMT Raudlatul Qur’an Metro dalam menentukan layak atau tidak layak menerima pinjaman. Hasil penelitian dari kelima kategori dengan karakter orang, jaminan kredit, gaji, pengajuan kredit, lama pinjam dan status rumah.  Kata kunci : Kredit, Parameter, Metode Fuzzy, Simple Additive Weighting.

Abstract

The development of information technology has been absolutely used by various institutions and organizations. Library on SMP St. Louis is a unit that serves the students, and have a lot of activity such as borrowing books, serve the creation of a membership card, manage the available data books and every transaction that occurs in the library. For it will be built the library information system at SMP St. Louis. This system was developed by FAST method. The results of this study are Informs library system that manages the data in the library. Given this system will simplify the management of the library. Additionally this system will provide services to students to more easily get information about books in a library. Abstract

In accordance with Indonesian Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 on Policy & National Strategy for Development of E-Government. In order to realize the implementation of a strong bureaucracy, professional, effective, productive in providing excellent service to the community is one of the objectives of good governance at the local government, especially in North Lampung Local Government. To achieve these goals, it is necessary to develop systems of management and work process and utilize services that use information and communication technology (ICT) is appropriate. Information technology infrastructure is a foundation that will support the entire information system which will provide IT services to the organization, so it needs an infrastructure planning. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that will be used as reference in designing the information technology infrastructure in North Lampung Local Government. The results of this study are: (1) From the result of design using TOGAF ADM candidate obtained 28 new applications are proposed to be developed in North Lampung Local Government. (2) Generate a fiber optic connection to the rest of SKPD connected to the metro-LAN or Metro Area Network (MAN). (3) Generate the concept of "Advanced Catalog" and PTSP online in support of public services. (4) The results of the analysis of applications and technology gap seen anywhere made the turn, maintained or integrated into the new system.
