Abstract

The role of a housewife who works in this study has the objective to improve the economy of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the role of a housewife who works in general, are able to support their families, especially in Gunem village, subdistrict Gunem, Gunem district. The problem in this research is how the role of housewives in in Gunem village, subdistrict Gunem, Gunem district in helping the family economy, in the context of the daily needs of their families.The method used the qualitative description of the approach. In the process of data collection through direct observation, interviews with respondents and analyze existing data, both primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that women in general, housewives in particular has a strong role, morale high despite low income.Housewives who work can fill critical sectors role in the household. Such as education, health, economic and social. With the workings of a housewife, automatically becomes a double role, namely as a housewife and a female worker. That is where the role of housewife devoted to the family and the role of women who produce social interaction communication with parties outside the family. From the sociological aspect in this study the role and work of the spirit of the housewife in her efforts to help the welfare of thefamily is very high.

Abstract

AbstractManagement Accounting System (MAS) is a procedure and systems formal that use information to maintain and provide an alternative of the various activities the company. Characteristics of accounting information management useful based on managerial perceptions as decision makers are categorized into four properties, namely the scope, timeliness, aggregation, integration. This research aims to test the effect of the use of information technology to the quality of decisions through the characteristics of management accounting system (SAM) with interdependence as a moderating variable. This research use survey method with sampel is Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Rembang, with cluster sampling obtained sample 138 SMEs. Data were collected by means of questionnaires directly deliver to the address of the respondents, as well as its own returns the address of the respondents picked according to predetermined promise. Analysis of the data using linear regression. This research suggest that information technology influence positive to SAM and SAM influence positive to decision quality. This is suggest that SAM indirectly can mediate the relationship between information technology with decision quality. Morever, this research also refer that the SAM influence on the quality of decisions is stronger when moderated by interdependence. Keyword:             information technology, quality of decisions, characteristics of management accounting system, interdependence

AbstractB2B e-Marketplace is a media the promoted actor for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that has play role important to realize economic national structure in growing and developing SMEs ability to be strong and independent business, and can to increase build of region, employment generation, equity revenue and growing of ASEAN economic comminity. This research purposed to design website as media promoted product for SMEs and supplier at Bengkalis goverment used concept B2B e-Marketplace. Application B2B e-Marketplace stake the used developing approach such as system waterfall. Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated declining number of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). Decreasing the number of BPR indicate unhealthy condition. In general, this study aims to determine the model of the development of soft skills and reliability of  banking employees in order to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction. Specifically, this study aims to improve the quality of governance, healthy operational management and professional in the banking world. The model used in this study is comprised of four variables where the variables in the first stage of soft skills and reliability of the independent variable while the quality of service becomes the dependent variable. Then in the second stage of skill and reliability as an independent variable, the quality of service as an intervening variable, whereas the variable customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Research data collection techniques by means of a questionnaire on BPR customers spread in Semarang systematically arranged with multiple choice answers are easy to understand. Distribution of the questionnaire by means of a direct encounter conducted in the period April to August 2014, with a sample of some 120 people. Instrument (questionnaire) will go through the stages of validity and reliability. Research data will be analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). Test the strength of the model using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The research proves that there is a direct positive influence between soft skills and reliability to customer satisfaction. The results also prove that the quality of service is a positive intervening between soft skills and reliability to customer satisfaction.                                                       Keywords: soft skills, reliability, quality of service, customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThere are regulations of solid waste and kind of solid waste in their households. The people to be responsible with their own solid waste by separating organic and non organic solid waste in their households. Organic solid waste will be processed to become compost as organic fertilizer for all plants. Non organic solid waste will be reuse and recycle to become usefull things or sell them to trash collector. Take in hand by progresif, simultaneous and integrated of organic solid waste and non organic solid waste is reduse big volume of solid waste. One of method in handling non organic solid waste is trash bank.This research about trash, trash bank in Indonesia and the sample of Nirwana Trash Bank located in RW 07, Pedurenan Village, Karang Tengah, Tangerang City. Nirwana Trash Bank has been operating more than two years (since 12 th October 2012), number of member 80 person or only 22,15% of 361 households in RW 07, with 9 personil manajement (8 female, 1 male).  Keywords: regulations, integrated, reduse, reuse, recycle, trash bank.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to support the development of SMEs fish processing. The formulation of the issues raised are SMEs dried fish processors in determining the choice of form partnerships that benefit both parties, is able to distinguish the effectiveness of partnerships that were given a loan and that without being given a loan in advance. The hypothesis in this study suspected effectiveness of partnerships with first capital loaned able meningkatkkan performance so that the fish processing SME development in the coastal environment Rembang be increased. After testing the instrument with the results of all valid and reliable research instrument. From the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistic and is based on the real level of 0,05 can be concluded that the data of SMEs in partnership with capitalized first is normal. Data normality test results SMEs with capitalized first Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic is 0,070 and alpha of 0,05 means that H0 is accepted. Medium Data SMEs without prior dimodali Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic of 0,082 and 0,200 significance alpha of 0,05 means that H0 is accepted. The results of the t test for SMEs which is capitalized in advance and that without statistical values obtained capital t = 2,944 and 0,004 significance value < 0,05. Because the significance value is smaller than the real level, we conclude H0 is rejected or no significance difference in SMEs which are given in advance and the capital without capitalized to increase performance so that the development of SMEs dried fish processors can increase sales and economic growth.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is determined by the presence of microfinance institutions (MFIs) that offer financing models are diverse. But on the other hand the diversity of models offered MFI financing has yet to be exploited. The objectives of the study was to identify the characteristics of business and financing needs of SMEs, as well as identifying financing models that fit the character of SMEs. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research through a case study approach, the informants in this study were employees and managers are authorized to provide information on financing models. While the research conducted in the district of Jepara. Based on comparative models and characteristics of SME financing, MFI cooperative model provides relatively brief filing procedure with a low ceiling making it suitable for small and micro businesses. As for MFIs BPR models have the advantage in providing kinds of products are more varied and larger loan limit and interest rates varied so suitable for this type of small and medium enterprises Keywods: SMEs, MFIs, financing model.
