Abstract

The study seeks to explore the preferences of the Samarinda’s people against Islamic bank. In order to encourage the development of sharia banking nationally, needed to expand sharia banking network in pontetial areas and require the service of sharia banking. Sharia banking network expension is market driven, based on need n willingness of bank to provide an overview of sharia banking development pontential. Potential meant can be viewed from a resource and area economic activities and the customer preferences to sharia banking product and service, then the research preferences of samarinda people is required. Grand mean analysis get number 7,69 from 300 respondent, its mean that majority of sample thought that sharia banking can be alternative when conventional bank. Regression analysis result indicate that the presence of shariah banking in samarinda city prospectively, because 91,13% of people samarinda were muslim. Abstract

article discusses about intermediation of bank sharia Mandiri Jambi. The main study to see how much third party funding and financing by bank sharia Mandiri Jambi and development bank intermediation. Based on the finding of the field turn out third party fund and financing has increased and growth. It is influenced by factors such as costumer motive in accordance with the beliefs and economics motive. Sources of financing at a bank in equity and third party fund but if the bank are not sufficient to do financing, so the bank will recourse to other branch office or use equity owner of bank. Monthly Intermediation level of bank sharia Mandiri Jambi have significant enhancer. The highest increase occurred in August 2006 at 141,31%. This is influenced by the increase of 36,71% musharaka financing. Intermediation level based on annual data are generally, the highest percentage occurred in 2007at 130, 71% because of musharaka financing increase amount 183,63%. Intermediation level of bank sharia Mandiri Jambi indicate that the bank had perform its function as regulator of Islamic financial. With the increase of financing by that bank will economic development community and can assist local authorities to develop local economy. Abstract

The entire property is derived from a good source and obtained a good way, compulsory removed the zakah, when reached of nisab.zakah given to mustahiq as specified role in Al-Taubah Verse 60, pursuant to the priority. Generally the verse can accommodate all types of property about liability issues zakah. Details of the names of the zakah, which is mentioned in the hadith is not meant to limit the material zakah, but in accordance with trh realities of production at the time. Zakah and taxes are two different obligation although there are similarities to the common good, but from the points of substance, source, goal and objectives, there is a different. Abstract

Efforts towards the Islamic community that need to be mached by entering into the discourse of the Islamic financial market and derivatives instruments. In fact Islamic financial market in needed by muslim in Islamic investment activities for the prevention of gharar and riba. However, these financial instrument is still a lot of pros and cons among muslim figures. As to which badawis statement; The price meaning of gharar it self uncertain. The literature does not give us an agreed definition and scholars rely more in enumering, individual instance of gharar as substitute of precise definition of term.
