Abstract

Tenga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor produksi yang mempunya peranan paling penting serta sebagai subjek dalam proses produksi guna menghasilkan barang dan jasa yang menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjamin kesejahteraan bagi tenaga kerja diperlukan adanya program jaminan sosial. Dalam hal ini peranan pemerintah sangat penting untuk menjalankan program jaminan sosial tenaga kerja yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pangkal Pinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui trend perkembangan kepesertaan Program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pangkal Pinang tahun 2013-2018 beserta manfaat apa saja yang diterima tenaga kerja/masyarakat sebagai peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder untuk menghitung persentase trend data tersebut, peneliti menggunakan Model Grafik dan Percentage dalam metode anlisis deskriptif dengan bantuan computer Microsoft Excel 2013. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa pada pada prinsipnya program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi keselamatan dan kesejahteraan pekerja dalam bekerja. Analisis lainnya menjelaskan bahwa secara keseluruhannya jumlah kepesertaan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pangkal Pinang mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan pada tahun dasar 2013 tetapi pada dasarnya trend kepesertaan mengalami fluktuasi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai macam faktor. Hal ini terlihat dari pada tahun 2015 persentase kepesertaan secara umum dari berbagai program mengalami penurunan drastis daripada tahun 2014.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia which is accompanied by an increase of public intelligence to utilizing technology encourages the e-commerce entreprises to further increase the complexity of their business, so it will makes the competitors difficult to imitate and makes the customers become more loyal. The factors which can increase the customer loyalty including ease of use, quality of information, and trust. This strategic variables have significant effect on the existence of e-commerce enterprises in the industry, thus makes the companies need to prioritize these variables in decision making process. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of ease of use, information quality, and trust on increasing the customer loyalty at blibli.com. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by drawing a sample size of 200 respondents. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research indicate that ease of use, information quality, and trust mediated by customer satisfaction significantly increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Financial institutions have a very important role for Indonesian economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy (CAR), liquidity (LDR), credit risk (NPL), operational efficiency (BOPO) on profitability (ROA). The analysis technique using panel data regression such as: common effect models, fixed effect models, random effects models. The data sourced from four state-owned banks listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2018. The analysis shows that only CAR and BOPO variables have a significant (negative) effect on ROA. Meanwhile, LDR and NPL, did not have a significant effect. Further research is suggested added others variables that affected to profitabilities, increase the period of the research, hopefully, it will improve data accuration.

Abstract

Abstract Tourism is an industry that is growing rapidly every year. In Indonesia, the tourism sector is developed as a sector that promises to bring in income for the state, especially in areas that have natural resources, as well as abundant cultural resources. Various potentials are explored to attract tourists to come to visit so that they can expect to be able to improve the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of natural resources that can be utilized. The object to be identified or analyzed is the beach at Grand Elty Krakatoa Resort Kalianda, South Lampung. By using a descriptive approach research method with interview techniques that can be used to obtain more relevant and precise information from the informants.
