Abstract

Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) 2011-2025 yang dicanangkan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudoyono merupakan mercusuar Indonesia 15 tahun ke depan. Pada strategi ke-3 yaitu penguatan kemampuan SDM dan IPTEK Nasional,  sangat erat kaitannya dengan Perguruan Tinggi sebagai produsen SDM yang berkualitas.       Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang secara formal diberikan tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa agar terbentuk sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional yaitu mengisi kebutuhan masyarakat akan tersedianya tenaga ahli dan tenaga terampil dengan tingkat dan jenis kemampuan yang sangat beragam. Untuk mencapai itu semua dibutuhkan knowledge worker (pekerja pengetahuan) dan knowledge leader (pemimpin pengetahuan) yang mampu mengaplikasikan knowledge management dalam institusinya.Aplikasi manajemen pengetahuan harus tercermin dalam pengelolaan pengetahuan di Perguruan Tinggi melalui konversi pengetahuan seperti : sosialisasi, eksternalisasi dan internalisasi yaitu melalui berbagai pertemuan ilmiah baik berupa rapat rutin, seminar maupun lokakarya serta mendokumentasiannya.  Sedangkan dalam konversi pengetahuan kombinasi perlu memanfaatkan information technology, e-learning, multimedia, internet dan lain-lain dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Selain itu harus ditunjang dengan ekosistem learning organization yang mampu mendorong para knowledge worker  untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan professional. Adapun dimensi dari knowledge leader yang mempengaruhi pekerja pengetahuan dalam mengadopsi praktek-praktek manajemen pengetahuan yaitu : Intelectual Stimulator, People  Person, Reinforcer, Disciplinarian Not, Flexible Gatekeeper, Networker.Key Words : Knowledge Management, Knowledge Worker, Knowledge Leader, learning organization,  dan  MP3EI.

Abstract

Empowerment model and work discipline is reladet to the school performance. This study aims to analyze and determine the effet of the empowerment model and work discipline of teachers on the school performance in SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat, Bangka Regency. Empowerment and work discipline of the teacher are able to increase the school performance. Theachers who were satisfied with the empowerment model that given by the principal and obey the school’s rule will give a good impact to the school performance. This study is quantitave descriptive survey approach. The amount of sample was 38 people. The study used cencus method. Independent variables consist of empowerment model (X1) and work discipline of the teachers (X2), while the dependent variable wash school performance (Y). Testing instrument used validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. While, the analysis data method using multiple linear regression with the F test and t-test. The result shows that the variables of empowerment model (X1) and work disicpiline of the teachers (X2) simultaneously has signifikan effect on the performance of schools in SMA Negeri 1 Mendo Barat Kabupaten Bangka. It is shown by the calculation of the F test that Fcount (33.251) > Ftable (3.23) with p value of 0.000 < 0.05. Moreover, the adjusted R Square value of 0.635, which means that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 63.5%. Partially, the result of t test shows that variables of empowerment model (X1) and work discipline of the teachers (X2) has a significant effect on the dependent variable models (X1) with variable calculation empowerment (X1) tcount (2.693) > ttable (2.0301) and work disicipline of the teachers (X2) tcount (2.250) > ttable (2.0301)

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor merupakan sebuah perusahaan daerah yang memiliki wewenang dalam penyediaan kebutuhan konsumsi air bersih bagi masyarakat di Kota Bogor. Evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan sangat penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk melihat tingkat kinerja PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor. Pelanggan PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor di wilayah Kecamatan Bogor Timur sebagian besar memiliki karakteristik: perempuan (85%), memiliki anggota keluarga > 4 orang (49%), berpendidikan terakhir sarjana dan diploma (36%), bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga (37%), berpendapatan 2 – 4 juta (35%), memiliki pengeluaran 2 – 4 juta (40%), berperan sebagai pegawai dalam pekerjaannya (35%), dan memiliki rumah pribadi (79%). Analisis Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) dilakukan terhadap mutu produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang terbagi dalam 4 kuadran, yaitu kuadran A (dinilai sangat penting tapi kinerja belum memuaskan), kuadran B (dinilai sangat penting dan sudah memuaskan), kuadran C (dinilai kurang penting dan kurang memuaskan), dan kuadran D (dinilai kurang penting tetapi sangat memuaskan). Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor dianalisis dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Penilaian pelanggan PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor terhadap mutu produk air minum adalah sangat puas dengan nilai CSI sebesar 0,86337. Penilaian pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor termasuk dalam kriteria puas, dengan nilai CSI 0,78389. Berdasarkan Uji Chi-Square semua atribut, baik mutu produk maupun kualitas pelayanan PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor, mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan dengan nilai Chi-Square kurang dari 0,05 dan diperoleh bahwa karakteristik responden tidak memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor dengan nilai Chi-Square lebih dari 0,05.

Abstract

Keberhasilan manajemen organisasi tersebut adalah merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan dalam mengelola pesan di antara instansi yang terkait, karena fungsi pembagian tugas yang diberikan kepada pegawai kerajaan dan pengusaha, agen pariwisata serta masyarakat berjalan dengan baik, dengan manajemen yang baik dan dinamis, dapat menjalankan rencana serta dapat tercapai keinginan Melaka menjadi negeri maju pada tahun 2010 Keberhasilan Negeri Melaka dalam memajukan sektor industri pariwisata karena adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dan stakeholder terutama tentang manajemen organisasi. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of solvency ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and earning assets ratios to Return On Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Return On Assets (ROA) is used because it is able to count the ability of bank management to obtain profit on the whole. It is important because bank is a form of financial company which relies on public trust. The bank risk is much greater than the non bank companies. This technique in this study used purposive sampling which is the sampling get in certain consideration. The data used in this study were obtained from the Financial Highlights of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk from 2000 to 2011. The analysis technique that used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20. The hypothesis testing using the F test and t test and also using classical assumption test involve multikolonierity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the Capital Adequacy Ratio variable has positive effect although insignificant on Return On Assets, Net Interest Margin variable has negative effect although insignificant on Return On Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio variable has positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and Non-performing Assets variable has negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. This study obtained a value of Adjusted R2 = 0.911, it means that 91.1% Return On Assets can be explained by the independent variables, namely the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) and the remain 8.9% is explained by other factors in the outside of regression model.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and organizational culture are very importance to increase the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang.. Employees, who are satisfied with the works that have been reached, will be improve their performance, so it will have an impact on improving overall of company performance. This research using census method. The variables of the study are job satisfaction (X1), organizational culture (X2), and the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang (Y). The method of data analysis using multiple linier regression with the F test and t test. The results show that job satisfaction variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously has significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang. Base on the F test, Fvalue 55,768 > Fcalculation 3,18 with p value is 0,000 < 0,05. In addition, Adjusted R Square value of 0,666 means that the influence of the independent variable; job satisfaction (X1) and organizational culture (X2) towards the dependent variable; the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang (Y) is 66,6 %. Based on the calculation of the t test is known that partially job satisfaction (X1) and organizational culture (X2) has a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirta Dharma Pangkalpinang by the job satisfaction variable (X1) tcountn (6,268) > ttable (2,0057) and the value of organizational culture (X2) 2,561 > ttable (2,0057).

Abstract

This study investigated the influences of job tenure and job satisfaction to organizational commitment of several part-time teachers. Participants were 50 (male = 24, female = 26), selected from the best four of senior high schools in Palembang. Multiple regression was used to analyse the data collected. Results showed that job tenure and job satisfaction significantly predicted organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sebuah model untuk menganalisis kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) yang dilihat dari aspek perolehan jumlah mahasiswa pada sekolah tinggi dan akademi di Semarang. Dengan masalah penelitian yaitu : bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta melalui keunggulan bersaing? Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua program studi maupun pejabat struktural pada sekolah tinggi dan akademi di Semarang sejumlah 113 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS 17.0. Hasil pengujian dan analisis model menunjukkan bahwa tiga dari empat hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima, orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.281, invoasi program (H2) berpengaruh postif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0,208 sehingga hipotesis ini ditolak, adaptabilitas lingkungan (H3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.460, keunggulan bersaing (H4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perguruan tinggi swasta, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.546. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa diantara ketiga faktor yang mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing (orientasi pasar, inovasi produk dan adaptabilitas lingkungan), didapatkan bahwa adaptabilitas lingkungan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat disarankan oleh penelitian ini adalah kebijakan yang menitikberatkan pada penerapan adaptabilitas lingkungan dan orientasi pasar pada perguruan tinggi swasta

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of teachers’ competence quality. The respondent of the research was 44 teachers of MTs. Negeri Pangkalpinang and 31 students of MTs.Negeri Pangkalpinang. To test all three hypotheses, the researcher used double linear regression of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 17.00.Data analysis done using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis (correlation, coefficient of determination, t test, F test and regression). Based on descriptive analysis is know that the teacher’s competence, organizational culture and the school’s competitive quality in the MTs. Negeri of Pangkalpinang quite good. Meanwhile, the results of statistical analysis in mind that the teacher’s competence is very significant effect on the school’s competitive quality. The relationship between the teacher’s competence and school’s competitive quality factor’s are close (strong). Positive and direction, with a correlation coefficient value of 0,954. Organizational cu;lture is very significant effect on the school’s competitive quality. The relationship between organizational culture and school’s competitive quality faktor’s are close (strong). Positive and direction of the correlation coefficient value of 0,853. The result shows that the teachers’ competence and organisational culture influences the school’s competence quality, partially and simultaneously. Teacher’s competence and organizational culture factor’s together can explain the change in school’s competitive quality of 61,20%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the marketing strategy of PT BPRS Bangka Belitung Pangkalpinang branch in attracting customers and assess how much influence the product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and the strategy of the client's interest PT BPR Syariah Bangka Belitung Branch Pangkalpinang either partially or simultaneously. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The sampling method in this study is the type of nonprobability sampling system used random sampling. The population in this study were 198 customers who conduct transactions at islamic pawn PT BPRS Babel Pangkalpinang branch. The samples by using Slovin formula with an error level of 5% obtained a sample of 132 people. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, test validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, t test, F test, regression test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed partial variable positive influence product strategy by 7.6% but not significant by t-test result of 1.004 <1.66 level of significance and the t table 0.317> 0.05 against the interests of customers, a variable pricing strategy has positive effect by 50% and significant by t test of 4.366> 1.66 t table and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 on customers' interest, variable promotion strategies have positive influence by 21.8% and significant by t test of 2.935>1.66 t table and a significance level of 0.004 <0.05 on customers' interest. variable place strategies have positive influence by 27% and significant by t test of 2.382> 1.66 t table and a significance level of 0.019 <0.05 on customers' interest. Simultaneously variable product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and the strategy of positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty to the F test results for 15,180> 3,91 F table with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05. Adjusted R square value of 0.302 means that 30.2% of customers interest can be explained or influenced by variable product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and a strategy, while the remaining 69.2% interest in customers is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
