Abstract

During this time, the business actors in the Small Business, lack of understanding about Packaging, especially regarding the functions and benefits, so they make thePackaging with the origin. This study aims to determine the role and function ofpackaging in maintaining product safety, as a promotional media so as to increase theselling value of the products of the Small Business. Appropriate material structure,attractive packaging appearance will give a distinct impression for consumers indetermining their decision to buy or not buy a product. Descriptive qualitative researchmethod by conducting a direct survey of Small Business in Sidoarjo, and also conductinglibrary and literature studies. The results of this study prove that the right materialstructure and the appearance of packaging that is very attractive to consumers willincrease sales of these Small Business products.Keywords: Packaging, product sale small business product

Abstract

This study discusses corporate finance in order to enlarge the company's capacity. There are two ways to finance this, namely by issuing debt securities and by selling someshares to other parties or to the general public. Data is taken from 24 shipping companiesthat provide transportation services listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through RTIBusiness in the form of liabilities, equity, DER, ROA and ROE. To analyze the data used descriptive analysis and correlation analysis techniques. Although the correlation between DER and ROA gives positive results, it does not provide information on whichstocks are suitable for investors to choose in investing. When viewed from the value ofROE, investors can choose companies that have ROE above 15% and a positive DERvalue. In the research there are two shipping companies that have ROE above 15%,namely HITS and TCPI. In choosing a source of corporate funding, management must becareful. Debt that is too large compared to the ability to pay together with the interest isvery burdensome for the company. This can reduce the value of assets and inhibit theincrease in company equity. If a company has very stable cash flow, it can use more debt than companies inrisky industries or very small companies that are just starting to operate. New businesseswith high uncertainties may have difficulty obtaining debt financing and better financetheir operations mostly through equity.Keyword: debt, equity, DER, ROA, ROE.

Abstract

Concrete steps that need to be taken by the Government of Pamekasan Regencyand its staff to further optimize the acquisition of local taxes and local user fees, namelyby conducting an Intensification and Extensification Strategy. The purpose of this research is to conduct analysis of Strengths, Weakness,Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) on issues related to efforts to increase the RegionalOriginal Revenue (PAD) of Pamekasan Regency, and to find out the Strategic Plan forthe Intensification and Extensification of the Pamekasan Regency Government inincreasing the District Revenue Pamekasan. While this study uses a descriptivequalitative approach, which is research that requires a deep and comprehensiveunderstanding related to the object under study to answer the problem by getting data tothen be analyzed and concluded. The Intensification Strategy is carried out in the following ways: Managing theTax and Retribution Administration Management System, Optimizing the collection ofTaxes and Levies through the application of the discipline of tax and retributionpayments to avoid the "Gap of tax and retribution receivable", Supervising andcontrolling systematic and sustainable by forming a Task Force Team (Satgas), Providingincentives to the Regional Apparatus Organizations that in the collection of taxes andretribution meet the targets set. The Extensification Strategy, carried out in the following ways, is as follows: Exploring and creating new tax and retribution objects, Conducting a review of theimposition of tax and retribution rates which so far have not been adjusted for tariffs andconducting comparative studies on regions that apply the "Management System Taxesand levies "good and achievers.Keyword : Intensification and Extensification Strategy

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that organizations, especially companies have a responsibility to employees, shareholders, the community and theenvironment, especially consumers, in all aspects of the company's operations, especiallyfor problems that affect the environment such as pollution, waste, product safety andlabor. Corporate Social Responsibility is no longer voluntary or a commitment made bythe company in taking responsibility for the company's activities, but rather becomes anobligation for the company to do or implement it. To evaluate the successful implementation of CSR and as a means of accountabilityto shareholders and investors, it is necessary to disclose social responsibility (CorporateSocial Disclosures) in the annual financial statements. CSD (Corporate SocialDisclosures) of the company can be described as the availability of financial informationin the form of financial and non-financial ratios which include social benefits and socialcosts related to the interaction of organizations with the physical environment and socialenvironment.Keyword : Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Social Disclosures, Financial Ratios

Abstract

This study aims to determine the practice of accountability-based quality assurance in theperspective of Islamic financial management at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kapasan-Surabaya.This research data is the result of observations in the field through interviews with 3informants, namely the principal, vice principal and treasurer. The theory used is Sharia'Enterprise Enterprise Theory (SET), the concept of accountability based on justice and honesty.The research approach used is a case study. This study uses the Yin analysis method to analyzequalitative data. The results showed that in the accountability of school financial managementthere are values of spirituality such as monotheism and caliph that influence the existence ofvertical accountability practices and horizontal accountability in schools both financialmanagement.
