Abstract

The aim of this study was to know and analyze : (1) Influence of customer relationship management  on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Influence of customer management on Customer Value , (3) Influence of service quality on Customer Satisfaction , (4) Influence of service quality on customer value, (5) Influence of Customer Satisfaction  on Customer Value , (6) Influences of customer relationship management  and service quality on Customer Value  through Customer Satisfaction, (7) Influence of customer relationship management  on Customer Value  through Customer Satisfaction , (8) Influence of service quality on customer value through customer satisfaction, (9) Influence of service quality  on customer relationship management .            The population in this study involved all customers of  current account, saving, and time deposit in Surabaya, with minimum criteria of 3 (three) months being  customers. Accidental sampling technique was used in this research and 400 customers were obtained. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used  as analysis technique  by using AMOS 4.01 software.            The result of this study showed that customer analysis management and service quality provided significant influences on customer value through Customer Satisfaction in state banks in Surabaya  Keywords:  Customer    relationship    management,    service    quality,    Customer Satisfaction ,  value.

Abstract

This research is analysis of electricity demand, and focus for medium recidence sector in PT Perusahaan listrik Negara (Persero) or PT PLN (Persero). Dependent variable is demand electricity or kWh sales, and independent variable consist of install capacity, average tariff, and rate of capacity using percustomers. Step of research and process result based on SPSS calculation, and use cross section data on January 2010. Obtain result that install capacity and rate of capacity using percustomers has given positif impact, and average tariff has given negative impact. Install capacity and average tariff variable has significant influence  to electricity demand of medium recidence sector, but rate of capacity using percustomers has not significant influence  to electricity demand of medium recidence sector. PLN’s management has to observe growth of explanatory variable to make policy for demand and supply equilibrium and toward customers satisfaction.Key word : Electricity demand , Strategy Management, and Microeconomic

Abstract

The ceramic floors are the products which are used for house floors and have an art touching. The ceramic mosaics are prepared by the company, for public to fulfill the housing needs. So one consumer with the other consumer has different perception of the product, price, distribution and promotion. For that reason we need to know the influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception for the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd, so we will know how the influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd. The understandingof this problem is important for the marketer, as a basic making of effective marketing strategic. The that reason this research is for knowing the marketing mix influence to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd, and the most dominant variable.According to the consumer  behaviour theory which consist of buyer characteritic which must be paid attention by the marketer, so there is a possibility of marketing mix influence to the consumer perception. Baside that, there is marketing mix variable which has the most dominant influence to the consumer perception.This research is done to the mosaic ceramic consumers with the brand Platimun which has needs and wants with the research object target in Surabaya. The amount of respondens which are used for samples are 100 people, the sampling method which is used is the convenience method, the samples are the ones which are easily met and in coincidence surveying at the mosaic ceramic. The data collections are done by iterviewing and spreading the questionairs. The results of the research are : (1) There is an influence of partial marketing mix variable to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya. (2) There is an influence of marketing mix variable together to the consumer perception about the good and bad Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya. (3) The price variable is the most dominant influence. The conclusion which is got is the marketing mix has positive influence to the consumer perception about the good and bad of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya.The marketing mix analization like above can give the implication to the marketing strategy, especially for making aand deciding the marketing mix strategy of Platinum Ceramics Industry Ltd Surabaya.Key word :  The influence of marketing mix to the consumer perception for the good and bad.

This research was done to see the effects of company risk to profitability and value of a firm. The results of analysis show that: the company risk did not have a significant effect on profitability; the company risk did not have a significant effect on value of a firm; profitability had a significant effect on value of the firm; and both company risk and profitability simultaneously had a significant effect on value of a firm.Keywords: company risk, profitability, and value of a firm.

City of malang is the second bigest city in east java province geografically be in malang regency area  and direct adjoining batu tourism area.The existence of abdulrachman saleh airport as air t5ransportation  infrastructure  give  malang economic development share.Since re-operated on june 2005, air traffic through abdulrachman saleh airport always rise significantly, especially after lapindo disaster in porong area that cause traffic jam on malang – surabaya highway everyday.            Abdulrachman saleh airforce base tni-au  use also  to serve  civil aviation,  must be developed to meet international civil aviation organization (icao) requirment standard.    That is why its need to built and developed efford.This visibility study discuss about development plan of abdulrachman saleh airport malang. Abstract

In this research of writer use method either through qualitative and also quantitatively with examination of reliabilitas and validity, test doubled regresi, correlation coefficient test, parsial correlation coefficient test, test F test and tAs for result of this research is : For the examination of by parsial known by variable (tangibles) (X1), assess t calculate which obtained is equal to 9,547 and its value is 0,000, (reliability) (X2), assess t calculate which obtained[is equal to 10,245 and its value is 0,000, ( responsiveness) (X3), assess t calculate which  obtained is equal to 8,576 and its value is 0,001, (assurance) (X4), assess t calculate which  obtained is equal to 7,568 and its value [is] 0,002, (empathy) (X5), assess t calculate which  obtained is equal to 6,125 and its value is 0,000, this smaller value than = 0,05, so that can be said that that free variable (tangibles) (X1), (reliability)(X2), (responsiveness)(X3), (assurance) (X4), (empathy) (X5) by parsial have an effect on to storey; level satisfaction of student (Y)Result of calculation Test conducted F constructively SPSS program obtained [by] f value [count/calculate] equal to 980,365. obtained Signifikansi value [is] equal to 0,000, this smaller signifikansi value than value that is 0,05. Thereby can be interpreted that free variable which cover physical evidence ( tangibles) ( X1), mainstay ( reliability) ( X2), comments (responsiveness) (X3), (assurance) (X4), (empathy) (X5), together have an effect on to storey; level satisfaction of student ( Y) Because X2 variable that is (reliability) have highest parsial correlation value that is equal to 0,988 compared to other free variable hence X2 variable that is (reliability) represent dominant free variable influence variable tied that is storey; level satisfaction of student ( Y)Keywords : Quality of Service and Satisfaction

Abstract

The location of this research is at Earning Department Office of East Borneo Province in Samarinda.The research problems is how is the supporting factors in work discipline of someone that consist of : prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader as free variable, it can influence work achievement that consist of : quality of work, quantity of work, reability and attitude as unfree variable.The research objectives is to know how is the influence of a whole work discipline factors toward work achievement of earning department employee of East Borneo Province and work discipline factors that has dominant influence toward work achievement of earning department employee of East Borneo Province.Based on the research toward 49 respondents it got result that a whole work discipline factors has positive influence toward work achievement that can see from the regression similarity, like this : Y = -0,6387 + 0,1011 X1 + 0,6693 X2 + 0,2573 X3 + 0,2312 X4 + 0,3598 X5. from the similarity above it indicated above threat (X2) = 0,6693 it very dominant toward work achievement.The conclusion is if work discipline factors involved prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader can be increase, so work achievement of Earning Department of East Borneo Province will be increase.Keywords:   Discipline: prosperity, threat, resolutely, ability and the example of leader, and work achievement
