Abstract

Kesadaran masyarakat Dunia akan pentingnya kelestarian hutan menimbulkan permintaanpasar terhadap legalitas kayu atau produk kayu yang bersertifikasi dalam industri kayu. LEI(Lembaga Ekolabel Indonesia) sebagai salah satu lembaga independent yang merupakanorganisasi berbasis non-profit konstituen mengembangkan sistem sertifikasi hutan. Sistemlacak balak memegang peranan penting dalam menjalankan skema CoC (Chain of Custody)bagi LEI. Metode pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan FAST (Frameworkfor the Application of Systems Techniques). Sebagai organisasi berbasis konstituen, LEImempertahankan kemerdekaan dan transparansi, baik yang diperlukan untuk kredibilitassertifikasi hutan. Sistem lacak balak diharapkan dapat mengakomodasikan kebutuhan sertakeinginan pasar terhadap legalitas kayu dan juga membantu pemerintah dalammengimplementasi SVLK ( Standard Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu )

Abstract

Library materials (Library), which attracted many visitors seeking information library, the library collection according to its nature there are borrowed to take home and there was borrowed to be read in place, visitors to the library often has limited time to read diperpustakaan, so that not a few collections that often missing. In this research, library materials security system is required to use RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Which can mengidentifikasii affordable collection through frequency by putting RFID tags on the collection and RFID in the strategic area or the exit from the room so that the collection is out of the room will always be identified or read by the tool. These systems provide data reports and books identified alarm sound from the instrument, if the collection is not allowed.

Abstract

Context: Cohesion merupakan faktor yang sangat diperhitungkan dalam menilai tingkat kualitas sebuah software yang menggunakan dasar Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dalam pengembangannya. Semakin besar nilai cohesion maka class tersebut semakin independen sehingga semakin mudah dilakukan maintenance pada saat software berevolusi. Dalam pengembangan OOP diharapkan memiliki nilai cohesion yang tinggi.Objective: Paper ini menggunakan studi literatur sistematis terkait pada salah satu teknik refactoring yaitu extract class yang merupakan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan nilai cohesion dari sebuah class dan class cohesion metric untuk menilai tingkat kompleksitas class.Method: Dalam paper ini akan dilakukan studi literatur secara sistematis pada dua database jurnal yang berkaitan dengan extract class dan class cohesion metric hingga tujuh tahun terakhir.Results: Literatur tentang extract class refactoring dan class cohesion metric yang telah ada saat ini diklasifikasikan dan dilakukan perbandingan dari masing-masing metode.Conclusion: Dari review studi literatur masih terdapat issue terkait berapa jumlah optimal class yang harus dibentuk dari extract class refactoring.

Abstract

Every year Yogja Infoservice Company get many offers information technology projects. Priority projects need to be done for efficiency and effectiveness of work with the joint meetingmechanism by a number of employees in charge of three things: technical, financial andadministrative Each field considered priority projects according to criteria that belong to each ofthese fields , which of profitable projects to take precedence in a more objective and prioritizedby each business unit in the company. Because of the decision reached by the collaborativework of three units of Decision Support Systems must be built Group Decision Support System (GDSS ) . Methods of decision-making for each group using the Weighted Product ( WP ) andthe decisions of each group collaborated with BORDA method . The research methodologyuses a System Development Life Cycle and systems development approach using structuredmethods . Results of the study was a model project selection decision support applications thatimplement both methods . Abstract

This research based on necessery of a tool which can help for breeder or extension agent in diagnosing disease of chicken livestock which is because of virus. The tool is an expert system which is besides to diagnose, this system is expected able to give the medication suggestion. This Expert system to communicate with the user in the form of question " yes" or "no". Method Inference used backward chaining with the model of Depth first search. Step system development composed : knowledge acquisition, knowledge representation, mechanism inference, input scheme / output and implementation. Output from this tool is name of disease type groaning chicken and its medication suggestion Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan atas kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak atau penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit ternak ayam yang disebabkan oleh virus. Alat bantu tersebut merupakan sistem pakar yang selain untuk mendiagnosis, sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan saran-saran pengobatannya. Sistem pakar ini untuk berkomunikasi dengan user berupa pertanyaan “ya” atau “tidak”. Metode inferensi yang digunakan adalah Backward chaining dengan model Depth first search. Adapun tahapan pengembangan sistem meliputi : akuisisi pengetahuan, representasi pengetahuan, mekanisme inferensi, perancangan input/output dan implementasi. Keluaran dari perangkat lunak ini adalah nama jenis penyakit yang menyerang ayam dan saran pengobatannya

Abstract

As a result of the release of ISM 2.4 GHz frequency for use in the field of wireless data communication through the media and the lack of clarity about the rules in the use of a frequency of 2.4 GHz to be one factor interference in wireless communication. Interference generally occurs in urban areas the level of use of wireless data communication through the media is very high. Wireless devices 2.4 GHz are easily available and inexpensive, making the user media data communications using wireless LAN as a cheap alternative compared to other data communication media, such as Fiber Optic, Radio Microwave Link.It is in fact the channel that is used in 2.4 GHz wireless communication is permitted only 11 channels starting from 2412Mhz-2462Mhz frequency, as more users make a frequency of 2.4 GHz increasingly crowded existing channels, resulting in wide bandwidth of each channel is also increasingly cramped. The width of the narrow bandwidth that clearly affects the quality of the process data communication, data sent or received experienced loss.One quick method to overcome these problems is to utilize the capabilities of wireless devices Superchannel. One of the wireless devices with Atheros AR5413 chipset which has a mini-PCI Superchannel is R52H which is the product of mikrotik. Superchannel frequency range starting from 2192Mhz - 2539Mhz. Indeed, in the frequency range is still illegal superchannel for some countries, like Indonesia, but many Internet access providers, or ISPs use this superchannel capabilities for data communication media, both for distribution to customers or to the ISP backbone network, although not used permanently.

Abstract

AbstractUnit Pelayanan Informasi dan Keluhan (UPIK) is an e-government application built by the Yogyakarta City Government in order. UPIK becomes a container of input information in the form of complaints, questions, information, suggestions, and suggestions from the community, as well as providing solutions response to information that entered the Yogyakarta City government. The goal is to accelerate the service of information and complaints to be conveyed by the public without the need for a convoluted procedure. In its implementation, UPIK has several limitations, such as: updating of news which is not fast, lack of responsiveness of community response or complaint, no coordinate location where community reporting, and delivery of complaints and suggestions from the public through opertator and to the office implemented manually. The methodology used in this study is GRAPPLE (Guidelines for Rapid APPlication Engineering) which is a method commonly used for the development of object-oriented applications. This Android-based application is built using java programming language by utilizing Brute Force method on the system, so that users easier to report complaints to the relevant offices. With this application can help the performance of related agencies responsible for making corrections of complaints that come in the Application Information Services and Complaints Yogyakarta-based mobile community.Keywords: Complaint, Community, Brute Force, Office, Response, Android.AbstrakUnit Pelayanan Informasi dan Keluhan (UPIK) adalah sebuah penerapan e-government yang dibangun oleh Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta dalam rangka . UPIK menjadi wadah informasi masukan berupa keluhan, pertanyaan, informasi, usul, dan saran dari masyarakat, serta memberikan solusi respon atas informasi yang masuk kepemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Tujuannya adalah untuk mempercepat pelayanan informasi dan keluhan yang ingin disampaikan masyarakat tanpa perlu prosedur yang berbelit belit. Dalam pelaksanaanya, UPIK memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, diantaranya adalah: pemutahiran berita yang tidak cepat, kurang tanggap penyelesaian tanggapan atau pengaduan masyarakat, tidak ada lokasi koordinat tempat pelaporan masyarakat, dan penyampaian keluhan dan saran dari masyarakat melalui opertator dan kepada  dinas dilaksanakan secara manual. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah GRAPPLE (Guidelines for Rapid APPlication Engineering) yaitu suatu metode yang lazim digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi berorientasi objek. Aplikasi berbasis Android ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprograman java dengan memanfaatkan metode Brute Force pada sistem, agar pengguna lebih mudah untuk melaporkan keluhan ke dinas yang terkait. Dengan aplikasi ini dapat membantu kinerja dinas-dinas terkait yang bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan pembenahan keluhan yang masuk di Aplikasi Pelayanan Informasi dan Pengaduan masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta berbasis mobile.Kata kunci: Keluhan, Masyarakat, Brute Force, Dinas, Respon, Android.

Abstract

With the increasing number of users and number of android apps in android market isgrowing rapidly, whether paid or free. In fact, free android apps in the market that aresometimes only a demo version and can not be used in the country of Indonesia as well as notall users want to buy a paid app on the market. One way to overcome this problem is to requirea search engine that will find applications outside of android market spread across theinternet.In this thesis, the application has been made to resolve the problem of finding theandroid package on the internet. The method used in the design and manufacture of thisapplication is the method of RUP (Rational Unified Process). Application is made usingCodeIgniter. Applications with CodeIgniter resulted in an application that can search the androidpackage and the search results can be downloaded and installed. Abstract

Important Problem on Internet networking is exhausted resource and bandwidth by some user while other user did not get service properly. To overcome that problem we need to implement traffic control and bandwidth management system in router. In this research author want to implement Hierarchical Token Bucket algorithm as queue discipline (qdisc) to get bandwidth management accurately in order the user can get bandwidth properly. The result of this research is form the management bandwidth cheaply and efficiently by using Hierarchical Token Bucket qdisc on Linux operating system were able to manage the user as we want.

Abstract

To implement the governance tasks, professional, responsible, honest, and fair civil servants are needed. It can be attained through a training which is implemented based on the system of working performance and career that focuses on the system of working performance. Therefore, the appraisal of working performance is carried out to evaluate the performance of civil servants for providing guidance to the officials in the evaluation of  unit and organization performance. This study aims to make intelligent agens design, so that the working units and governmental organizations can do evaluation based on the self-evaluation of their employees’ working performance. It refers to the government regulation number 46 year 2011, that the appraisal of the civil servants’ working performance consists of Employee’s Work Goal (EWG) and Work Behavior (WB) with the percentages for each are 60% and 40%. The intelligent agens that can be formed from this case consist of 1) Agen-evaluator who provides the feed back of working performance progress, 2) Agen-work planner who contributes in providing recommendation of jobs which are apropriate with the civil servants whose working performance is still low, and 3) Agen-record-of-performance who contribute in recording the performance of Civil Servants.
