Abstract

A crisis can endanger the reputation and performance of an institution or agency, especially government property. One of the causes of a crisis is the emergence of unexpected events with wide-reaching impacts that occur quickly. This also elicited various responses from various circles. Facing the development of information technology, especially social media, crisis situations can also be influenced by various responses from netizens that appear on social media. Indonesia is experiencing a crisis situation related to the phenomenon of health problems in the form of acute kidney failure that occurs in children which is allegedly caused by the dangers of cough syrup-type drugs by the dangerous chemicals ethylene glycol and deethylene glycol. Responding to this phenomenon, Chairperson of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) Mrs. Peny Lukito held regular press conferences with the main agenda related to the current situation in handling this case. This study aims to look at the formation of a communication network and sentiment analysis from netizens towards the response of the BPOM leadership using a social media network analysis approach on the Youtube channel with the Kompas.com account broadcast live online. The findings in this study are that Peny Lukito as the head of BPOM received negative responses from netizens because they considered him negligent and transferred responsibility to other parties.

Abstract

Kejahatan siber telah menjadi ancaman di berbagai kehidupan manusia sehingga sulit untuk menanganinya, hal ini merukan akibat pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia. oleh karena Itu Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara sebagai lembega resmi negara yang bertugas menjaga keamanan siber negara Indonesia menjadi perhatian masyarakat kareana dianggap tidak mampu menjaga data pribadi masyarakat Indonesia yang mudah di akases. Sehingga masyarakat tidak puas dengan kinerja badan siber dan sandi negara. Di tambah tingkat kepuasan masyarakat Indonesia terhadap badan siber dan sandi negara menurun dari 82,1 turun ke nilai 76,54. Maka dari itu di perlukanya peran hubungan masyarakat sebagai penjaga dan pengembalian nama baik Badan Siber dab Sandi negara yang tercemar akibat dampak kebocoran data masyarakat.  Dalama rangkan pengembalian dan penjagaan nama baiksebuah intansi atau lembaga seorang Public relations maka diperlukannya sebuah strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk hal tersebut. Adapun strategi yang di gunakan adalah  seperti  By serving the media (pelayanan kepada media), By establishing a reputations for reliability (menegakkan reputasi perusahaan agar tetap di percaya), By supplying good copy (memasok naskah informasi yang baik), By providing verification facilities (menyediakan fasilitas.).

Abstract

Kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah tentu menimbulkan berbagai respon oleh banyak pihak. Respon masyarakat yang memberikan penolakan dengan berbagai cara merupakan salah satu respon yang timbul. Maksud pemerintah menaikkan harga BBM ini tentu memiliki maksud baik untuk kemajuan bangsa. Oleh karenanya artikel yang berjudul “Peran Public Relations dalam penyampaian kenaikan harga BBM di Indonesia” melalui metode kualitatif, diharapkan dapat mencapai tujuan penulisan yakni untuk  mengetahui pengaruh yang terjadi di masyarakat akibat adanya kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM, memberikan alternatif penyelesaian untuk pemerintah dalam menginformasikan sebab kenaikan harga BBM kepada masyarakat yang memberikan penolakan, serta mengetahui langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh praktisi  Public Relations dalam upaya membantu pemerintah mengatasi penolakan-penolakan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Hasil pembahasannya adalah peran praktisi Public Relations atau Humas sangat diperlukan dalam membantu pemerintah menghadapi masalah seperti ini. Hal ini dikarenakan seorang praktisi Humas sudah memiliki kemampuan  publikasi berbicara yang baik dan mampu menguasai pengolahan masalah oleh karena itu segala bidang yang ada di pekerjaan membutuhkan peran  praktisi Humas untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

Kerjasama General Security of Military Information Agreement (GSOMIA) merupakan kerjasama militer antara Korea Selatan dan Jepang. Pada mulanya kerjasama tersebut akan dilaksanakan pada era Presiden Lee Myung-bak, akan tetapi kerjasama tersebut gagal dilaksanakan karena adanya penolakan dari pihak domestik Korea Selatan. Pada tahun 2016, kerjasama tersebut kembali dibahas pada era Presiden Park Geun-hye. Pihak domestik Korea Selatan tidak menyetujui kerjasama tersebut, akan tetapi Presiden Park Geun-hye tetap menandatanganinya pada November 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui latar belakang Presiden Park Geun-hye menyepakati kerjasama tersebut. Adapun metode penelitian dilakukan dengan library research, dan analisis menggunakan Teori Model Aktor Rasional oleh Graham T Allison. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua alasan bagi Korea Selatan menyepakati GSOMIA, yakni kemampuan militer Jepang dan adanya peningkatan aktivitas nuklir dan rudal Korea Utara di Kawasan Asia Timur, khususnya Semenanjung Korea. Abstract

AbstrakSetelah kemenangannya pada Lok Sabha ke-16 tahun 2014, pada pemilihan umum Lok Sabha ke-17 tahun 2019 dengan memperoleh 303 kursi di Dewan Rakyat India, Bharatiya Janata Party (Narendra Modi) kembali menduduki posisi sebagai pemegang kekuasaan tertinggi di Parlemen India yang membawa Modi menjadi Perdana Menteri India. Penulis menggunakan Teori Rational Choice milik Angus Chambell untuk menjelaskan bagaimana perilaku pemilih yang menjadi faktor penyebab kemenangan BJP (Modi) pada Lok Sabha ke-17 India. Data – data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis topik ini bersumber dari buku, jurnal dan artikel internet. Dari pengolahan data yang dilakukan penulis menyimpulkan bahwa faktor kemenangan BJP (Modi) pada Pemilihan Umum Lok Sabha ke 17 India tahun 2019 dipengaruhi oleh : 1.) Program Keamanan Nasional dan Ekonomi India. 2.) Sosok Modi yang Berkarisma. 3.) Pendukung BJP yang Loyal; dimana hal tersebut berhasil menciptakan hubungan timbal balik yang positif antara pemerintahan BJP (Modi) dengan masyarakat India. Kata Kunci : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Narendra Modi, Lok Sabha, Hindu di India, Perilaku Pemiih. AbstractAfter winning the 2014 Lok Sabha, In the 17th Lok Sabha general election 2019 with 303 seats in the Indian People’s Council. The Bharatiya Janata Party (Narendra Modi)’s victory re-occupied the posotion as the hightest authority in the Indian Parliament which brought Modi return to his position as Prime Minister of India. The author uses Angush Chambell’s Rational Choice Theory to explain how the voter behavior was a factor in BJP (Modi)’s Victory in India’s 17th Lok Sabha. The data used to analyze this topic comes from a book, journals and Internet articles. From the data processing carried out, the author conclude that BJP (Modi)’s Victory factor in India’s 17th Lok Sabha General Election in 2019 influenced by: 1.) India’s National Security and Economi Program. 2.) Modi’s Charismatic Figure. 3.) Abstract

             The objectives of the study are first, to know how customers perceive the service quality of Hotel Santika Gresik with an Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and second to determine the priority of service quality improvement at Hotel Santika Gresik with the Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) method.            The population in this study is who have used the services at Hotel Santika Gresik and the sample in this study are customers who have used the services at Hotel Santika Gresik in the period November 2020 – April 2022. Determination of the number of samples will be determined with a 95% level of confidence and a margin of error of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 96 respondents. The researcher's decision to increase the sample to 98 respondents so that the sample is better at representing the population and the results are better generalized. The sampling technique used in this study is based on the Non Probabilistic Sampling method using a purposive sampling.            The results show that (1) the level of conformity between the interests (importance) of customers and the company's performance on the quality of services provided by Hotel Santika Gresik has an average level of conformity below 100%, which is 95.41%, which means Hotel Santika Gresik still lacking or not fulfilling what is considered important by customers and the service is not fully satisfactory; (2) the priority of improvement on the service quality of Hotel Santika Gresik according to the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is that Hotel Santika Gresik employees serve customers quickly, the behavior of Hotel Santika Gresik employees is able to grow customer trust in them, Hotel Santika Gresik always strives to store proprietary data the customer properly and without error, the equipment owned by Hotel Santika Gresik is complete; (3) the priority of improvement on the service quality of Hotel Santika Gresik with the Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) method is that Hotel Santika Gresik employees give individual attention to customers with the highest number of 3.86 and the lobby room at Hotel Santika Gresik is clean and comfortable to get the lowest value is 2.77.

Abstract

AbstrakEra digital memungkinkan pertumbuhan digital entrepreneurship yang merambah segala bidang termasuk dalam bidang pendanaan peer to peer landing. Pertumbuhan ini bisa dilihat dari tumbuhnya startup financial technologi yang membuat segmentasi produk student loan di indonesia. Penelitian ini meneliti faktor-faktor yang membuat pertumbuhan fintech dengan segmentasi produk student loan tumbuh di Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian studi literatur dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Studi literatur adalah cara yang dipakai untuk menghimpun data atau sumber-sumber yang berhubungan dengan topik yang diangkat dalam suatu penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut adalah peningkatan biaya pendidikan, perubahan model bisnis, faktor kebutuhan pengguna, dan faktor peluang usaha.

Abstract

The Komnas Perempuan commissioner stated that there were 2,363 cases of sexual violence in 2021, and from January to July in 2022 there were 1,241 cases of sexual violence. This phenomenon can occur by both men and women, where the position of the victim does not receive empathy instead of protection from the authorities. Film which is a form of mass media is often used by filmmakers to describe the reality that occurs in society. Semiotic analysis of film aims to interpret phenomena as signals or as meaningful things through the study of the code signs made by filmmakers. The analysis of semiotics in this study is reviewed through the theory by Ferdinand de Saussure which defines semiotics as a science that examines the role of signs as part of social life. By distinguishing the signifier and signified contained in the film with reference to the conveyance of the intended meaning of the sign. The method used is a qualitative research method with data collection through content analysis and interviews. The film that is the object of research is the Film Copying Light by Wregas Bhanuteja. The results of the semiotic analysis of the communication of moral messages about sexual violence in the film Copying Light are the existence of powerrelations between victims and perpetrators,genderbased violence, the struggle of victims in seeking justice, the lack of a legal framework that is enforced, the helplessness of victims because they are silenced by the system, as well as several signs and signs in every scene or scene it turns outto have a meaning that is closely related to the phenomenon of sexual violence.

Abstract

Public interest in cryptocurrencies and NFTs has increased since the Covid-19 pandemic, especially for artists and art lovers. The function of NFTs is to apply the usability of credits or royalties to a work. Hic et Nunc is an alternative marketplace that is known to be environmentally friendly compared to other Ethereum-based marketplaces that are known for high gas fees and ecological issues. Unfortunately, in the midst of its popularity, Hic Et Nunc was discontinued without any warning and its website is no longer accessible. This situation created sites that mirrored Hic Et Nunc such as objkt.com or henext.xyz. This research discusses the factors that make art collectors have loyalty to Hic Et Nunc by staying and not switching to the dominant market location. The research method was based on a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with 3 informants, all of whom are active art collectors and loyal to the Hic Et Nunc marketplace. Based on consumer behaviour theory and market theory, the results stated that collectors are influenced by their work, social and cultural environment. Besides, the factors for choosing Hic et Nunc as a marketplace include being an alternative platform to the dominance of Ethereum, a digital investment medium and recognition by the social environment.Keywords: NFTs, Hic et Nunc, Collectors, Marketplaces

Abstract

 The World Health Organization (WHO) is the only international organization to be given authority by the Charter of the United Nations to promote and protect the health of all people. Then it is not surprising that people look after the response and action of the WHO when COVID-19 cases explode worldwide.  Observing the response of the WHO, some analysts criticized the organization for late, incomprehensive, and unsystematic policy. Some even blame the way the organization work, that is reactive rather than predictive, the shortage of the budget, and the decision-making process that is not transparent.            This paper intends to analyze the effectiveness of the WHO's rule, norms and regulation in controlling the spread of the COVID-19. It tries to answer the question of how effective the WHO regime is in controlling COVID-19 spread. Using the theory of regime effectiveness, it studies the case of Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. The three countries are chosen because WHO has appreciated Malaysia and Thailand for their compliance with International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR) core capacity requirements and have strong capacity and self-sufficiency in outbreak preparedness and response. Meanwhile, Indonesia faced considerable difficulties at the beginning of the pandemic, but currently Indonesia achieves better performance in controlling the pandemic than that Malaysia and Thailand. Keywords: World Health Organization, International Health Regulation, COVID-19, international regime, effectiveness
