Abstract

Data security is one of the most important aspects in information technology. With a high level of security, it is expected that the information presented can be maintained its authenticity. The method for forming systems uses object-oriented methods. By using the Tiny Encryption Algorithm (TEA) Algorithm which is a symmetric key cryptographic algorithm, this problem can be overcome. The strength of this algorithm lies in feistel networks (including substitution operations, permutations and arithmetic modular), the implementation of which is analyzed using the encryption and encryption message encryption process in text format (as in * .txt format). Abstract

Transportation is a service provided to help goods or people to be taken from one place to another, the presence of online transportation applications that can be easily installed on a smartphone. The presence of online application-based transportation services that use the internet is very influential for the community in all activities quickly and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of acceptance of uber application technology as an online transportation media, where this study is to find out and explain the influence of perceived ease of use on the Uber application. Abstract

In the implementation of governance, information security factor is a very important aspect to be noticed, considering the performance of governance will be disrupted if the information as one of the main objects of governance experience information security issues concerning confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Because of this, it is necessary to have operational standard procedures to minimize the level of vulnerability. So we need an adequate information security management for system users to become safer and more comfortable.The operational standards are based on the information technology infrastructure library version 3 sub-service domain design service service catalog management and information security management to support adequate IT management and management.The result of this design is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for IT services. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the perception of consumers in choosing a digital camera. The results of the research in Store CAMZONE Bandung is the value obtained as a material evaluation of academic materials on campus. The low interest in buying consumers because many not understand in choosing, for solving the problem the author using Technologi Acceptance Model (TAM) method that is suitable to test the problem. The author uses three constructs: perception of perceived usefulness (perceived ease of use), attitude towards using, to test cosnumeners. This study draws a sample population of 100 from 745 people, sampling technique using random sampling, data collection using questionnaires, testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This research aims to design customer relationship management information systems that facilitate work to manage service data, complaints, and payments.Customer relationship management support a company to provide customer service in real time by establishing valuable relationships with each customer through the use of information about customers.System analysis uses object-oriented methods with based OOSE (Object Oriented Software Engineeringi).System design using web programming language with framework codeigniter uses MySQL database and web view on android studio.Implementation and testing system is the application system that will be applied and then will be tested using blackbox method.Based on research conclusions about customer relationship management information systems, the admin can already see the latest data consumers make service to the system easily, consumers can already file complaints on the system, consumers can upload proof of payment on the system, consumers can see the service schedule, the owner has can see data service and admin and consumers can communicate with each other using messages in the system. Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the goals to be achieved by organizations. This goal is to support the desire of employees to work better and can have a strong commitment to completing their duties. This study investigates the effect of job satisfaction on employee job performance mediated by affective commitment. The survey method used in answering research formulations. Non-parametric suppressors with Partial Least Square (PLS) are used to prove the purpose of the study. The survey conducted at one government office in the city of Bandung by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees. The results showed that the affective commitment of employees could improve the completion of their tasks better. This factor will encourage them to work harder. Abstract

The critical role of employee management in organizational development is one of the goals of the organization. This study aims to validate the Intellectual, Social, Affective Engagement Scale (ISA Engagement Scale) instrument developed by Soane et al. (2012) using local samples and the manufacturing and service sectors. Participants in this study were 112 employees who filled out the questionnaire. Determination of a random sample by giving an instrument statement to respondents who are willing to fill in instruments that have been provided by researchers. The data testing method uses exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by first testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results showed that it proves that the ISA instrument had three unique factors, namely the cumulative variance extracted rate of 65%.
