Abstract

Technology Development from year to year is fast becoming an increasing serious challenge to user of the technology it self and encourages every sector, both formal and informal organinations or other agencies in order to supporting work activities so as to produce the information fast, precise, accurate. PT Harja Gunatama Lestari as a trading company that its main activity is buying and selling of course need good management in managing its employees which will have a positive impact for the development of the company itself, then the required information efficiently in maintaining its existence and know by the public.One of the company’s efforts to support this is to use a good computer system. To get a good system then conducted a study of existing system. The next stage is to conduct analysis to indentify weakness and deficiencies of the system, then tried to design a system that is a Flow Map, Data flow Diagram, Data dictionary, informatianprocessing and final phase of implementation that converts design into programing language. Keywords:  system; information; attendance

Abstract

Today, almost all the institutions/organizations/companies need information technology to support its business. However, not all institutions/organizations/companies have good IT blueprint, so it will be difficult to develop systems/technology owned by the same practice field. These difficulties will result from (1) There is no standard system architecture, development tools, database management system (DBMS), and document systems, (2) Database design is not referring to the rules of normalization (3), Design perangat exclusive software to hardware (4) Design software is very dependent on the organizational structure of the company (5) The difficulty of maintenance, repair system testing, system integration, (6) Development always starts from the beginning, instead of continuing the existing system. Almost all institutions that have many branch offices build their own apliksi branch office, so that there will be duplication of systems / applications are built, it will result from the amount of energy, time and costs, so that needs to be built a framework to develop (1) application (2) transaction systems, and (3) online system, as a guide to develop the next aplications. Keywords:  technology; information; institutions; systems, frameworks, infrastructure                    library

Abstract

The purpose of the study was analyzing accounting information systems sales in the PT Sanggraha Property. Writing method in this study uses qualitative research by using two types of data namely primary and secondary data. Taking technique used is the method of observation, interview and documentation. In this study was using a qualitative descriptive data analysis, which describes the accounting information systems sales to PT Sanggraha Property. The results of this study are expected to provide information regarding the accounting information system sales in the PT Sanggraha Property. That was helping the company to manage the system with better sales and in line with expectations. The conclusion of this study isthey must improve sales accounting information system applied in order to have a good systems and alsohave a policies and authorization in payment process.  Keywords: information systems , sales information systems

Abstract

The author makes writing material derived from research in PT. Mekar Cipta Indah. In research that has been done can be observed how the systems work on the GA (General Affairs) that handles stationery supplies, was in demand for office stationery, office stationery stock records, and reports are still done manually. In relation to the business world, computers as a means of data, is an appropriate means to process any business transactions. Manually because the documentation is not possible anymore, because the more volume of transactions taking place and is very influential on office stationery supplies. Then the application program has become a vital requirement for any organization or company to streamline its business operations. With the computerization, it is in the data processing will be more effective, safer, reduce errors, and archives can be arranged neatly. In order for a system that can work well done, the authors sought to design a system in the office supplies stationery. Currently the author uses PHP program language that outlines program focuses on the stock, and to design this system, the authors make the design process of data entry that contains the stationery.  Keywords: program design; program office stationery supplies

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Forming Intentions Student Attitudes Become Technopreneur. National development can not be separated from the contribution of SMEs both in terms of employment and GDP. Empowerment of human resources quality and superior competence needs to be generated so that the achievement of national development can be accomplished. College which is the organizer of educational services required in order to produce competent human resources so that entrepreneurs employment opportunities can be created. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the attitude of entrepreneurial intention students STMIK Mardira Indonesia Bandung to be techopreneur. Exploratory research methods of data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The number of respondents as many as 61 active students with the data collection technique with purposive sampling. Results of the study indicate where the factors positively influence the attitude of 25% on the intentions of students STMIK Mardira Indonesia, Bandung, to become technopreneur, and the influence of the biggest factors is the perceived confidence. Keywords: attitude factor; entrepreneurial intention; college; technopreur

Abstract

School is a place for learning and the educational process should be held election of new students. In the new admissions process will emerge a lot of obstacles in the selection of applicants and entering data into the database. Many schools use manual skills in how to store data. For schools that already have computer equipment still using Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Access as the application of new admissions. Submission of information on the number of applicants and selection results are very important and should be accurate. Many new programs are created for new admissions application still stands alone, for it is the author trying to create a program that uses php application which is a programming language based on client and server using a web-service facilities. With the development of systems using the waterfall method, the analysis with data-oriented, its design illustrated in the diagrams DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and implementation using PHP programming language and MySQL database.  Keywords:  systems; filtering; waterfall
