Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara Province seeks to promote tourism in its region through a program called Visit Lombok Sumbawa ( VLS ) 2012. This is done because tourism can make a major contribution to the regional economy of NTB. The method used to determinethe effect factors ofthe tourist traffic is factor analysis using the quartimax rotation, and for the grouping of tourists using centroid hierarchichalcluster techniques. Fromthis research were obtained four main factors that affect tourist arrivals in this program, including internal factors derived from tourism, personal factors, hygiene factors and promotion factors. In cluster analysis that using centroid hierarchichal clusterhas formed 3 type tourist clusters, where cluster 1 the group of tourists who tend the internal factors and personal factors, cluster 2 the group of tourists who tend to promotion factor, and cluster 3 the group of tourists who tend thehygiene factor in visiting the sights

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dispute of authority of state institutions that occurred between the Parliament and the Constitutional Court in the establishment of the rule of law level legislation , with specific targets in the form of teaching materials produced in the course of Constitutional Law and Technical Regulations . Moreover , the conflict is to be averted in the future state institutions , especially the Parliament and the Constitutional Court in the establishment of the rule of law level legislation . The research method used is a normative legal research, with the method of statute approach and methods of conceptual approaches . Approach through legislation that researchers will conduct in-depth study f the constitusional of the 1945 Constitution and the laws regarding the authority of state institutions in the establishment of the rule of law level legislation . Through a conceptual approach , researchers will examine the concepts of thought from the experts / Constitutional Law expert associated with the authority of state institutions in the formation of legal norms equivalent legislation in Indonesia . Based on research conducted found : a. The institution has the authority to make legal norms level legislation based NRI Constitution of 1945 is the House of Representatives . This is in accordance with the provisions of Article 20 paragraph ( 1 ) NRI Constitution of 1945 which determines the " House of Representatives holds the power to make laws " . However, in terms of shaping the legislation , the House could not be alone but must involve the President . This is in accordance with the content of Article 20 paragraph ( 2 ) determine the " Every bill discussed by the House of Representatives and the President for approval together . b . Some of the solutions that can be done to resolve disputes between Parliament and the Constitutional authority in the formation of legal norms level legislation is to amend the 1945 Constitution NRI restrictions governing authority of the Court in a test of the Act . Another solution is to submit or ask the President to immediately issue a government regulation in lieu of law ( PERPU ) in order to address the legal vacuum caused by the cancellation of a norm ( section , paragraph , phrases ) law by the Court through its decision . In addition , the House of Representatives and the President as soon as possible to make changes to the law that the norm has been canceled by the Constitutional Court

Abstract

The Mangrove forest in some areas on the island of Lombok has decreased in both quantity and quality. These problems are mainly caused by factors: excessive exploitation, functional changes, and natural factors. The Natural Park of Bangko-Bangko (Taman Wisata Alam Bangko-Bangko,/TWABB) in Batu Putih village, District of Sekotong West Lombok has been established as a conservation area with the primary purpose for the benefit of tourism and outdoor recreation, which has an area of ± 50 ha. Lack of accurate and scientific information will result in ineffective management, so the result would damage the existing mangrove ecosystem. The purpose research to find out 1) species of mangroves are present in TWABB? 2) dominate species of mangrove in TWABB? and 3) species the highest Important Value Index of mangroves in TWABB?To identify the mangrove type the researcher used mangrove identification books. For the Diversity Index and the Important Value Index of mangroves in TWABB the researcher utilized the diversity index formulations The research results showed 12 (twelve) types of mangroves exist. Seedlings total reaches 28,000 stems/ha, 13,760 saplings stems/ha and tree level 445 stems/ha. Rhizophora stylosa has the highest importance value index, and the lowest index occupied by the type of Ceriops decandra

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the characteristics of the fishing settlement patterns formed in the Karang Panas before and after relocation, and identify the factors that influence what changes occur in the new fishing settlement. This study uses a qualitative method with rationalistic approach. The data collection was done by field observations by directly collecting data in the field and interviews are useful to obtain additional information that can complement and support the data obtained from field observations. The results of this study are the characteristics of the fishing settlement patterns in the environment before it relocated Karang Panas linear shape, face to face follow Ampenan shoreline. Those that shaped spread pattern while forming a linear pattern oriented toward the coast . In the new settlement the two sides are patterned parallel gradial. This pattern was deliberately drafted by the City of Mataram for residential land mengefesiensi reef fishing hot new environment and facilitate accessibility between residential one another. Disadvantages of this pattern is the absence of a common room which comes as naturally as shared space repair fishing nets and drying chamber as a means of socialization in the morning and afternoon. Togetherness which is the hallmark of the previous settlement patterns do not appear in the new settlements. While the factors that affect settlement patterns of changes in the characteristics of the fishing environment Karang Panas namely : 1) internal factors (endogeen), which is caused by the desire of the people want to relocate themselves in order to avoid the danger of seawater abrasion and personal social movement of the public to hold changes based on life choices adjust the times, 2) external factors (exogeen), which is the policy of the City of Mataram on relocation settlements and encouragement of the development environment that supports the demands of the times of economic activity

Abstract

A molecular modeling has been carried out on the phenyl-phyrazolindole derivatives as anti-corrosion by ab initio methods at the HF/DZV level of theory. Quantum-chemical parameters for anti-corrosion compounds such as orbital energies (EHOMO and ELUMO), ionization potential (I), electron affinity (A) and electronegativity (χ) has a linear relationship with the anti-corrosion efficiency (IE%). The substituent changes on the anti-corrosion compound causes the enhancement of anti-corrosion eficiency. The 1NH2-PI compound has the highest anti-corrosion efficiency of 83.12%. This value is better than the phenyl- phyrazolindole (PI) which has anti-corrosion efficiency of 79.30%. This theoretical study will have a major contribution in helping the design and synthesis of novel anti-corrosion compound that has a higher efficiency

Abstract

Traffic volume road section Mataram-Lembar dense enough, linking two vital objects, that the Port Lembar and Lombok International Airport, ideally have a good level of service. Research on these roads aims to determine the minimum stopping sight distance based on vehicle speed and sight distance are available as well as safety analysis based on the availability and sight distance needs. The method used is to perform data analysis of primary and secondary data for obtained stopping sight distance (SSD), include: SSD available in the field based on the analysis of the road measurement data, SSD minimum based on the speed in site and SSD based on the design speed. The results showed there are 4 corners that do not meet the elements of safety because of the stop sight distance available in the field is smaller than required at curve 2, curve 3, curve 4 and curve 5. Just curved bends 1 that meets the safety requirements. Sight distance is not appropriate is as follows: a) In the second bend 50-meter-Lembar Mataram direction and 75 meters towards Lembar-Mataram b) In the third bend 100 meters along the direction of Mataram-Lembar and 75 meters towards Lembar-Mataram.; c) In the fourth round the bend towards Mataram 75 meters and 75 meters-Lembar direction Lembar-Mataram.; d) In the fifth bend 125 meters along the direction of Mataram-Lembar and 100 meters towards Lembar-Mataram.
