Abstract

This study aims to analyze the price factors that affect the perceived quality of Sony's electronic products in the city of Ambon. The data of this study were collected using questionnaires distributed to consumers using Sony brand electronics products, especially audio-video category in Ambon City. The collected data was processed using SPSS 21 and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the premium price variable has a positive and significant effect on perceived quality of Sony's electronic products in Ambon City. Therefore it is recommended that the marketer always be able to pay attention to the pricing policy applied on the products it offers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and organizational climate on job satisfaction and employee turnover intention. Research data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Bank Mandiri Ambon Branch, processed using SPSS 21 and analyzed by path analysis. The result of the analysis showed that job stress had a negative effect on job satisfaction and positive significant to turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational climate has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and negatively on employee intention turnover. Similarly, job satisfaction negatively affect employee intent turnover. From the results of this study, can provide input for the Bank Mandiri in Ambon, in order for employees to feel satisfied in working and no or less turnover intention, it is necessary to create a conducive organizational climate and efforts to eliminate the factors that cause work stress is an important thing to always be considered. Can be done through the refreshing program, family gathering and sports together are regularly done by the management.

Abstract

Dividend policy becomes an important financial policy, not only from the company management side, but also from shareholders. Shareholders will apply for dividends if the company makes a profit. The growth of the Jakarta Islamic Index industry which tends to be good and stable earnings will be easier and focused to see profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size affect dividend payout ratio and of course dividend payout ratio. Based on the statement can be seen that investors want a stable dividend policy. However, in fact, the average growth of dividend payout ratio during the period 2010-2015 fluctuated and did not indicate the implementation of a stable dividend policy. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and size of the company against dividend policy. The approach taken in this research is quantitative approach. Sample selection method in this study is purposive sampling is the method of selecting the sample by using some certain criteria so that get 11 samples of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index period of 2011-2015, which amounted to 30 companies. The analysis method used is financial analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, liquidity, leverage and firm size affect simultaneously to dividend policy. Partial test shows that the variable profitability, liquidity, and size of the company have a positive and significant impact on dividend policy. Meanwhile, leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. The coefficient of determination showed 59.9%. These results indicate the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable while 40.1% is explained by other variables. The results of this study can provide information or as a signal to the public and outside parties or investors to take investment decisions and assess the financial performance of a company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and organizational culture on professionalism. This research is quantitative in which the research data is analyzed descriptively using Excel 2007 program and inferentially using multiple linear regression model with the help of SPSS 23 IBM program for hypothesis testing. The hypothesis in this study are: empowerment and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on professionalism. The result of the analysis shows that empowerment and organizational culture have positive effect to professionalism. The value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.506 means the closeness of the relationship between empowerment and organizational culture to professionalism in a moderate level. The value of determination coefficient ( ) of 0.256% means that empowerment and organizational culture influence 25.6% on professionalism which means there are other variables of 74.4% which can affect professionalism. The f-test shows that empowerment and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on professionalism. The t-test shows that empowerment is partially significant to professionalism while the organizational culture is partially influential not significant to professionalism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of attribute factors of Islamic products, religious commitment, trust, and quality of service on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously at Bank Muamalat Ambon Branch. The customer in question is the customer of Muamalat Bank Ambon Branch either as a cash custodian or a fund user who has used the services of Bank Muamalat Ambon Branch at least one year. The sample of this research is 73 customers of Bank Muamalat Branch of Ambon, taken by accidental method, that is the determination of sample by chance, anyone who by chance meet with the researcher at the time of data collection can be used as sample. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The research results show product attributes, religious commitment, service quality and trust together have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of Bank Muamalat Ambon Branch. Product attributes, religious commitment, service quality and trust are able to explain customer loyalty either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya semua perusahaan harus dihadapkan dengan modal yang akan menentukan keberlanjutan hidup perusahaannya, modal ini dapat diperoleh apabila sang investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan, salah satu cara agar investor tertarik pada perusahaan dapat dilihat dari nilai perusahaannya. Nilai perusahaan merupakan persepsi investor terhadap tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan yang sering dikaitkan dengan Harga saham. Harga saham yang tinggi membuat nilai perusahaan juga tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari 3 komponen yaitu corporate social responsibility, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Interest Based Debt terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu corporate social responsibility,Ukuran Perusahaan dan Intrest Based Debt sebagai variabel independen serta Nilai Perusahaan sebagai Variabel Dependen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari JII. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 7 perusahaan manufaktur. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode nonprobabilitas yaitu purposive sampling yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang ditentukan oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis didalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Nilai Perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan Interest Based Debt berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

The youth, especially student, is oftentimes categorized as a group consumer which tend to open to new product which peeped out [by] [in] marketing. This group [is] believed always follow life style trend nowadays. They even volunteer [release] money to buy new brand ponsel. This matter [is] [done/conducted] not merely for requirement but for the easiness of / desire of person. So that they will not loyal to a[n brand. This phenomenon [is] usually referred [as] [by] migratory behavior [of] brand. Target of research that is to the influence of product attributes and variation seeking behaviour toward students’ behavior of switching the brand of mobile phone in islamic economy and business faculty. This Research type [is] quantitative. Sampling in this research use method of stratified random sampling. Technique data collecting use disseminated kuesioner to Faculty Of Economics student and assumed Business Islam as according to [done/conducted] research counted 170 sampling.The data were analyzed using validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis test using SPSS version 21.0 Result of research indicates that product attribute and of variety seeking behavior have an effect on to behavior of migratory student [of] brand either through simultan and also by parsial. As for dominant variable influence behavior of migratory student [of] brand that is variable of variety seeking behavior.

Abstract

Service quality is assessment base for impatient obtains health service activities at hospital. This research aim (1) how know the applying of dimension service quality consisted by tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance has relationship with satisfaction of patient, and (2) dimension quality of which service gives the relation of dominance to satisfaction of patient. This research executed in Syekh Yusuf Public Hospital Sungguminasa Gowa Sub-Province, by getting sample 300 patient as responder. Data collecting using questionnaire and data processing applies analytical technique Chi-Square, Coefficient Contingence, and index of relation power. Result of research indicates that (1) either in simultan and also partially dimension service quality consisted of by tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance has the relation of signifikan with satisfaction of patient, and (2) evidence dimension physical having the dominance relation to satisfaction of patient.

Abstract

Organisasi relawan yang bersifat nirlaba membutuhkan pemimpin yang menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan tertentu, sesuai dengan karakteristik dan nilai-nilai dasar yang dianut setiap organisasi. Penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi dan anggotanya. Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh para pemimpin organisasi relawan di Jawa Timur dari perspektif anggotanya, serta mengetahui indeks kepuasan anggota terhadap gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan pada organisasi relawan di Jawa Timur. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada anggota organisasi relawan yang terdaftar pada Sekber Relawan Penanggulangan Bencana Provinsi Jawa Timur dan bersedia menjadi responden. Responden penelitian ini berjumah 525 orang relawan dari 105 organisasi. Data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel 10, serta dianalisis dengan Customer Satisfaction Index dan Importance Performace Analysis. Hasil menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan pada organisasi relawan di Jawa Timur adalah gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional. Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional diterapkan oleh pemimpin organisasi dalam memotivasi anggotanya terkait dengan basic needs yaitu fisiologis needs dan safety needs, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional diterapkan oleh pemimpin organisasi dalam memotivasi anggota terkait dengan self esteem dan self actualization needs. Responden umumnya merasa sangat puas dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh para pemimpin organisasi relawan. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan karakter-karakter tertentu yang hendaknya dimiliki oleh pemimpin organisasi relawan di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia flight service on domestic route in Ambon City. Data are collected using questionnaires distributed to 135 customers who use Garuda Indonesia flight to and from Ambon. The data collected was further processed and calculated using SPSS 21 and then analyzed using regression analysis. The result shows that service quality’s factors have positive and significant influence to Garuda Indonesia customer satisfaction on domestic flight route to and from Ambon. Furthermore, the results of this study recommend that in an effort to improve customer satisfaction, the management of Garuda Indonesia can continue to improve quality services continuously in the future.
