Abstract

AbstractIslamic Propagation is basically set of activities for changing personal and social situation of the poor to the better, for forming ideal order of family life (usrah), social groups (congregation) , and community (ummah). Such propagation is aimed to realize civilized and qualified people according to ideals introduced by Allah in the Quran and Al-Hadith. To realize psycho and social quality of Islamic society need Islamic propagation which is not merely in the format of oral call (verbal propaganda), but further required a praxis and empirical movement in the form of social services , social assistance , and social counceling. According to this context Islamic propagation should be understood comprehensively. The audiences of Islamic propagation not only personal and social groups with established level of education and economic backgrounds, butmost ofthembelong to thepoor people, in education and economic as well.Kata Kunci: Dakwah, kemiskinan

Abstract

AbstractForm of informative missionary movement for religious educator is to provide explanations and religious illumination either through the media or not and can be included in models of oral propaganda. Thaht is propaganda in the form of delivering a message of religious messages through lectures or sermons and lectures religious with missionary movement informative form is not always required the presence of special abilities. For different religious educator with a transformative movement to enforce those special abilities that support the occurrence of the condition comunity. Missionary movement transformative including it as an attitude change towards progress toward mad’u significn to people’s lives. Abstract

Organizational change is a necessity which can not be avoided,either the change is planned or unplanned, physical (tangible) and non-physical (intagible) as well. Management organization is currently undergoing a paradigm shift, especially about the organizations capital base and changes options, up till nowmajority of organization relies on the basic form of capital and economic power, and now emerging new economic powers called brain power. The brain power as a new economic power would be potential basis for the organization to read the opportunities and threats in ensuring the success and sustainable growth. The power of this new form of intellectual capital is usually used in the sense of human capital (human capital) include knowledge, skills and capabilities that enable a person to act in a new way. Organizations with new force do reengenering intellectual capital management process, encourage innovation capacity, establish new patterns, and pay attention to knowledge assets (intangible) of its members , and build collaborationand organization’s relations. Therefore priorities of the organizational or organizational change is to increase the value of human capital.
