JUSIFO (Jurnal Sistem Informasi) publishes numerous research articles concerning the articles that integrate technological disciplines with Information System Audit, Software Engineering, Decision Support System, Artificial Intelligence, Application of Information Technology, Social Informatics. JUSIFO (Jurnal Sistem Informasi) is published twice a year; in June and December. In this journal, reviewers will review any submitted paper. Review process employs a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa. Abstract

The selection of faculty student ambassadors at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang is a routine activity, and is a prestigious award for students. The selection of student ambassadors aims to prepare the best students at the faculty level. This event is important to be carried out objectively, because the student ambassadors are representatives of students on campus activities. In the selection process there are problems such as the assessment that is not transparent, thus giving the opportunity for the jury to give a subjective assessment of the participants. In this research, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used to help make decisions. This research aims to build a web-based decision support system for selecting faculty student ambassadors using the SAW method. The Decision Support System is used to assist the jury and the committee team in conducting the participant assessment process based on predetermined criteria so that it can assist in making an objective assessment. In this research there are 12 criteria used. This research resulted in a decision support system that can be used to assist the jury and committee in conducting an objective assessment process. The final result of the selection process is carried out by the system using the SAW method for the process of calculating the participant's value.

Abstract

The Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) is a private non-profit organization that assists the Government of Indonesia in managing zakat. LAZ will produce performance reports and financial reports every year to ensure the accountability of the institution. The report is crucial, because it is the result of the performance of all LAZ partners and branch offices, so it must be stored and controlled properly. This performance reporting will be done centrally, so that in the process of making it, some authentic evidence that can be used as proof that it has been accepted and happened, or as a reference and complement, must be managed and distributed efficiently. The file management information system is a solution that can be applied for the management of report materials and the storage of valid reports. This research has resulted in business process flow design, system activity design, and file management information system interface design on LAZ. The theory of accountability of non-profit organizations is used as an analytical study along with the PIECES parameters, to ensure that the resulting design is in accordance with the supposed accountability. The design in this study has been presented systematically, so that it can be understood by LAZ managers or executives who are not from the information technology field.

Abstract

Risk management within an organization is important. The risk cannot be left alone, because in the end it will get bigger and have a bad impact on the organization. Risk management is an attempt to identify vulnerabilities and threats to information sources used by an organization. This study aims to see the results of the implementation of risk management in the electronic-based population administration business process, named POEDAK (Population Administration Online Services), in Gresik district. In this study, a risk analysis was carried out using the risk register and risk analysis using BPRIM. This risk analysis is carried out to determine the category of each existing risk, as well as to see the results of the analysis from the risk register and BPRIM. From the risk analysis that has been carried out using the risk register and BPRIM, the results obtained from the risk register and the depiction of the risk diagram using BPRIM are stated that with reference to BPMN POEDAK there are 16 risk codes. From the 16 risk codes, there are 12 risks in the low level category and 4 risks in the important level category. Where the risk is in the low category, namely the risk with the risk code R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R14, R15, and R16. Meanwhile, the risks that fall into the important category are risks with codes R1, R2, R3, and R13.

Abstract

In Indonesia, in the last few years there have been TV and movie entertainment services that can be accessed via mobile devices, PCs, and smart TVs. This service is known as Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD). SVOD services in Indonesia are very diverse. The problem that occurs is that there are many SVODs that have advantages and disadvantages. So, this makes it difficult for users to determine which SVOD services are in high demand. This research aims to determine the desired SVOD service according to predetermined criteria. In this research, the Weighted Product (WP) method is used to objectively determine which SVOD services are in high demand. 7 criteria were used which were selected based on observations and interviews with VOD service users. This research shows that Disney+ Hotstar is the chosen alternative with a final score of 0,2127. From this research, it is known that the determining criteria in the decision-making process are rating (C1), the increasing number of users (C2), and data collection (C7). This result is influenced by the new users of Disney+ Hotstar service, which increased very high compared to other SVOD services.

Abstract

The best application predicate has been awarded to the application that has the highest downloads and high star rating on Google Play Store. In rating an application, user comments need to be considered because many stock investment apps have almost the same downloads and star ratings, so the title of best app is a problem. Based on this condition, this research aims to analyze user feedback of stock investment applications as a variable to determine which stock investment application is the best on the Google Play Store. This study using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification method with the support of Rapid Miner to carry out the calculation process. From this research, it produces positive sentiment values for each application, namely HSB Investment about 1,134 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 88.70%, Ajaib about 936 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 61.89%, Pluang about 703 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 68.25%, Bibit about 322 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 64.89%, and Stockbit about 124 positive sentiments with an accuracy value of 66.95%. So it can be concluded that the HSB application as the best stock investment application based on user comments reviews where this application has the most positive sentiment reviews with a high accuracy value.
