Abstract

The aims of this research are to explore and analyze the factors that was effected the entrepreneurship intention of the senior students of islamic boarding school Ar-Riyadh Palembang. Nowdays the senior students of islamic boarding school of Ar-Riyadh and his alumni has begun to abondan the intention of entrepreneurship  as it leads to developing his social economics matters. Using quantitative procedures, this research finds out that parsially t test shows t-valued 7,171 > than t-table 1,665. And simultaneously f test shows f-valued 88,136 > than v-table 3,97. From above findings, this reseach could explined that the entrepreneurship intentions of senior students of Ar-Riyadh Palembang has high category it had been reach  96,2 %. Internal and exsternal factors was significanlty effected his entrepreneurship intentions. Key Words:Entrepreneurship, Intentions, Senior Students, and Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Return on Asset on Dividen Payout Ratio of consumption good industry sectors companies that are listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research are 38th companies. Sampling technique is conducted based on purposive sampling method on 13th companies with their financial reports disclosure that was listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using multiple regression with t test and F valued, this research finds out that partially only variables of Total Asset Turnover, and Return on Asset that have singnificance effects on Dividen Payout Ratio. But simultaneously all independent variables has significance effect on Dividen Payout Ratio. Abstract

This conceptual papers intend to explores the ethical theories of business behavior and also devoted to explores Islamic view points of it. This papers argues that the study on business ethic has became an official  discipline on scientis circles. But, in addition to islamic points of view the study on business ethic behaviors had not fully well constructed as the official theory. In other words, so far the Islamic business ethics still on normative form, not well constructed yet. Its doesnt means that the reveletion norms was not sufficients, but the own conception is not adequate. Finally, this papers suggests that to be well constructed the islamic business ethics has to built a bridge between the reveletion ethics and rational ethics. Key Words:  Ethical Theories, Ethical Business Behavior, and Islamic View Points

Abstract

The empowerment of The Small-Medium Enterprises sectors becomes crusial, due to the fact its sectors was supporting the objectives and the realization of socio economic development of the majority of Indonesian peoples.  It’s development has a big contribution to the Indonesian economics. Realized the potentiality of The Small-Medium Enterprises sectors in Palembang, Bank Indonesia with his Social Program build the linkage between the BI and the small-medium enterprises business.  Finally this reasearch finds out that Social Program of Bank Indonesa in cooperation with The Small-Medium Enterprises has been contributed to the socio economics development of the small-medium enterprises in Palembang. Key Words: The Small-Medium Enterprises, Social Program, and Bank Indonesia

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Quick Ratio (QR) on Return On Assets (ROA) of the bank financial performance.Data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of Islamic Banks in Indonesia 2011-2013. Data source for this study were obtained through quarterly report. This study took 6 samples of Islamic Banks in Indonesia, which consists of 2 foreign exchange banks and 4 non-foreign exchange banks with a sampling technique based on purposive sampling.The data during study period shows a normal distribution.Using multiple linear regression, the research finds out that 17.6% ROA can be explained by the independent variables CAR and QR. While 82.4% is explained by other causes beyond the study model which is the contribution of the other independent variables besides the two variables in this study. Key Words: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Quick Ratio (QR) Return On Assets (ROA) and Bank Performance

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is believed to be an important force in global economic growth that creates new business and economic growth, and as one solution to the problem of unemployment. While entrepreneurship learning is an important component of business education has been shown to provide stimulus for individual in making or considering entrepreneurship as a career choice that enhances the creation of new businesses and economic growth. Entrepreneurship learning in higher education should ideally be implemented in the long term, through a gradual process of learning and development. This study aims to see how the influence of entrepreneurial learning in building entrepreneurial intentions to be the young entrepreneur. The study was conducted with a sample of 100 respondents from Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business majoring Diploma 3 sharia banking students at UIN Raden Fatah. The survey was conducted with questioner during May – July 2017. Data were processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result showed that entrepreneurship learning positive affect the entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship learning has positive influence on the young entrepreneur. There is a greater direct influence of entrepreneurship learning to the young entrepreneur than indirect effect through entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial intention positive affect the young entrepreneur.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi oleh Tingkat pemahaman (literasi) masyarakat Indonesia terhadap pasar modal dan tingkat utilitas produk pasar modal masih sangat rendah dan yang terkecil dibandingkan dengan 5 industri jasa keuangan lainnya. Dan diharapkan Generasi muda dapat memanfaatkan investasi di pasar modal untuk menambah pundi-pundi kekayaannya melalui sebuah wadah yang dapat memberikan edukasi terhadap pemahaman investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan terhadap media pembelajaran capital market bagi mahasiswa dan dosen menginginkan media tersebut menjadi Menarik, yaitu disertai dengan gambar dan musik pengiring, Materi yang disajikan di dalam media disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kompetensi dasar yang dipelajari mahasiswa dengan penyajian yang singkat dan jelas; dan Adanya contoh penerapan dan soal evaluasi. Pengembangan Laboratorium Capital Market terpadu melalui pembuatan program yang bekerjasama dengan pihak Danareksa sekuritas, pembentukan Galeri Investasi bekerjasama dengan pihak Bursa Efek Indonesia dan pembuatan modul.

Abstract

Konsep berkah sangat abstrak dan secara relatif tidak dapat diukur, melainkan hal itu mesti dipertanggungjawabkan secara epistimologis. Akan tetapi sebagai agama yang transenden dan sekaligus imanen, Islam tidak saja harus ma`qul (sensible), tetapi sekaligus juga mesti ma`mul (applicable). Berkait kelindannya dimensi ma`qul dan ma`mul tersebut, masih harus dibuktikan secara empirik, apakah adanya rasa “keberkahan” dari zakat mal yang dikeluarkan oleh muzakki setelah mereka mengeluarkan zakat mal benar-benar terbukti, baik secara transenden mereka merasakan kedamaian dan ketentraman jauh lebih intensif dari apa yang mereka rasakan sebelumnya, ataupun secara imanen (ekonomis), misalnya berupa peningkatan omzet usaha dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Dalam kerangka tersebut penelitian ini akan melihat pengaruh kesadaran membayar zakat mal terhadap keberkahan usaha. Untuk lebih memfokuskan kajian, peneliti akan melakukan studi kasus terhadap padagang songket di Pasar Kito Ilir Barat. Dipilihnya pedagang songket di Pasar Kito tersebut, karena mayoritas pedagang beragama Islam. Metodologi yang digunakan pada kajian ini adalah menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan menyebarkan questioner kepada pedagang songket di Pasar Kito. Kemudian data yang ada dianalisis dengan uji Asumsi Klasik, uji hipotesis dan uji Regresi linier. Dari hasil Penelitian bahawasanya pembayaran zakat memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberkahan usaha. Variabel Pembayaran zakat pedagang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produk Keberkahan Usaha. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung sebesar 3,383 sementara t tabelnya 1,676, yang artinya thitung> ttabel(3,384 >1,676) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya pembayaran zakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberkahan usaha Palembang. Serta kontribusi variabel bebas (Pembayaran zakat) terhadap produk Keberkahan Usaha sebesar 52,5%, sedangkan sisanya 47,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Palembang as a city that famous as commercial city and culinary tour city. But other potentials of Palembang City are religious tourism such as Ki Merogan Mosque tour. This attractions are already famous in the world of tourism but still need development to attract more tourists. This study identifies how the perception of tourists to this attraction and see the potential and provide development strategies in accordance with the needs and desires of tourists. Using 200 sample people consisting of tourists who have visited Ki Merogan tourism by accidental sampling. Techniques use by explorative qualitative analysis to reveal the potential that exists in both attractions. The result of the research using SWOT analysis shows that Ki Merogan tourism object is in quadrant I which means in growing and developing /aggressive position. Development strategy that is suitable for both attractions such us increase tourist attractions and addition on tourist infrastructure such as restaurants, villas, comfort toilets, manage community tourism in develop the attractions. Tourism management must also be managed more professionally to generate profit.

Abstract

Abstrak. Konsep Wisata Berbasis Masyarakat. Di Indonesia, pariwisata merupakan sektor yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian. Untuk menjadikan sektor ini berhasil, maka diperlukan kepandaian dalam mengelola aset pariwisata yang ada. Salah satu konsep pengelolaan aset pariwisata yang dapat diterapkan bersama masyarakat lokal yang berada didaerah tempat wisata adalah dengan mengenalkan konsep wisata berbasis masyarakat (Community Based Tourism). Prinsip dasar Community Based Tourism adalah menempatkan masyarakat sebagai pelaku utama melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan kepariwisataan, sehingga manfaat kepariwisataan sebesar-besarnya diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat. Tujuan yang ingin diraih adalah pemberdayaan sosial ekonomi komunitas itu sendiri dan meletakkan nilai lebih dalam pariwisata, khususnya kepada para wisatawan. Community Based Tourism akan melibatkan pula masyarakat dalam proses pembuatan keputusan, dan dalam perolehan bagian pendapatan terbesar secara langsung dari kehadiran para wisatawan. Dengan konsep Community Based Tourism akan dapat menciptakan kesempatan kerja, mengurangi kemiskinan dan membawa dampak positif terhadap pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya asli setempat. Abstract. Community Based Tourism. Tourism in Indonesia is a sector that provides a large income to the country's economy. The experts are required to manage the existing tourism assets. One of the concepts of tourism asset management can be applied with the local communities known as the Community Based Tourism. The basic principle of Community Based Tourism is to make the community as the main actors through empowering various tourism activities, and the benefits of tourism as much as possible for the community. The socio-economic empowerment of the community become the main goal and put more values in tourism, especially to the tourists. Community Based Tourism will involve the community as decision-making process, also in the acquisition of the largest share of income from the tourists directly. With this Community Based Tourism concept will be able to create employment opportunities, reduce poverty and bring a positive impact on the preservation of local native environment and culture.
