Abstract

AbstractThe Regional international relation recently has been the other trend on global politics economy. Although the experts don’t have any compromise of how regionalism raises and beingtrend on international relation, either realism, liberal also structuralism. On their development regional cooperation dynamic couldn’t apart from economic globalization. ASEAN cooperation doesn’t enough for pressure economic integration and intra regional trade. That is happened because of loss political will and socialization between the members to private sectors. So ASEAN must prepare themselves, conflict resolution must build consensus building when ASEAN must meet many regional and global power. Abstract

AbstractThe article explores how postmodernism perspective (borrows from Foucault Analyze) explaining environment standardization adjustment as a effort for sustaining capitalist power. That is linked with development jargon which must be done byunder develop country with develop states recipe. Behind that issue the develop countries has prepared environment technology and management so their product could satisfy international environment standardization. Because of thatcompetition, the under develop countries must adopt the standard although they don’t have any resources for applying the technology on their product, the condition is looked as being forced by develop countries for their eternity power with knowledge : environment technology and management system that they have. Abstract

AbstraksiUtilitarianisme merupakan teori etika konsekuensialis yang membuat kita berpikir mengenai kebaikan terbesar untuk jumlah terbanyak, dan keburukan terkecil untukjumlah terkecil. Kepentingan mayoritas dinilai lebih penting daripada kepentingan minoritas, karena utilitas yang memang harus dimaksimumkan. Dengan cara ini, ia dianggap berkesesuaian dengan demokrasi dan cocok untuk  menentukan kebijakan publik. Diakui atau tidak, utilitarianisme menjadi teori etika yang paling seringdigunakan dalam berbagai aspek dan tingkatan kehidupan. Sebab, ia dianggap bersifat internal, koheren, sederhana, menyeluruh dan dapat secara cepat memecahkan dilema. Namun, sering kali menjadi sangat sulit untuk memberi nilaikebaikan dan keburukan untuk banyak orang yang berbeda. Bagaimana menjalankan kepentingan publik ketika dalam waktu yang bersamaan harus menghormati danmelindungi otonomi seseorang? Artikel ini mencoba mengulas teori utilitarianisme, mulai dari sejarah, konsep sampai pengaruhnya dalam berbagai hal.Kata kunci : teori utilitarianisme, moral, analisa kebijakan

Abstract

AbstractThe research shows that Reformation era has brought a great transformation in the development of politics in Indonesia. The transition a long with political freedom has given anychance for the emergence of Islamic movement like Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia (MMI), Front Pembela Islam ( FPI), Laskar Jihad, etc. This emergenceinquires some petitions, and one of them is the implementation of Shariah as a positive law in Indonesia. Even, HTI has broader petition i.e. the realization of Khilafah Islamiyah that makes the world united in the frame of Khilafah State. Moreover, Reformation era has given chance forthe establishment of Islamic Parties. In this Reformation era, PPP stands up for the implementation of Jakarta Charter in the constitution but it always faces obstacles. Oppositewith PKS that doesn’t mention if their program relates with the implementation of Shariah as a positive law in Indonesia. Therefore, PPP and PKS still put it base in Pancasila and maintain Unitary State Republic of Indonesia as the final form of national system.Key Words : : the implementation of Shariah, Khilafah Islamiyah, Islamic movement
